  • Keith Kirkwood WR | BAL

Keith Kirkwood: Staying in New Orleans

The Saints re-signed Kirkwood to the practice squad Monday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.

Kirkwood has helped fill in for New Orleans' depleted receiving corps since first signing with the team's practice squad in late September. The 27-year-old caught both of his targets for 18 yards between Weeks 5 and 6, but he then battled a brief ankle injury and has spent time on and off the team's active roster over the past two weeks. Kirkwood was already elevated from the practice squad once this season, and he'll be eligible for two more such activations with the Saints moving forward.

  • Cooper Kupp WR | SEA

Rams' Cooper Kupp: Expected to play Sunday

Rams head coach Sean McVay said Monday that he expects Kupp (ankle) to play this coming Sunday against the Buccaneers, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports.

Per Rodrigue, McVay noted that Kupp has some tissue swelling in his ankle but added that the Rams' top receiver avoided structural damage. It's still likely that Kupp's practice participation this week will be affected by the ankle issue he sustained Week 8 versus the 49ers, but at this stage, he's trending toward playing in Tampa Bay.

  • Willie Snead WR | MIA

    Willie Snead: Let go Monday

Snead was cut by the 49ers on Monday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.

Snead was signed to the team's active roster from their practice squad Saturday, as Deebo Samuel and Jauan Jennings were both out due to hamstring injuries. Despite playing 21 snaps on offense against the Rams, he failed to see a target. He'll now look for an opportunity elsewhere, although it wouldn't be surprising if he ultimately ended up back with the 49ers' practice squad.

  • Keenan Allen WR | IND

Chargers' Keenan Allen: Doesn't practice Monday

Allen (hamstring) didn't practice Monday, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.

Allen returned to action Week 7 for the first time since the season opener, but he didn't play in the second half after feeling like he couldn't accelerate off his injured leg. It was assumed the Chargers' Week 8 bye would provide further rest and rehab for the star wideout, but it appears he's still not 100 percent yet. His absence Monday isn't overly concerning, but if he remains sidelined from practice later in the week, it's very possible Allen misses his sixth game of the season Week 9.

  • Corey Davis WR | NYJ

Jets' Corey Davis: Day-to-day with knee injury

Jets head coach Robert Saleh said Monday that Davis (knee) is day-to-day.

Davis was sidelined for Week 8 due to an MCL sprain, but it appears he may have a chance to return for the Jets' Week 9 matchup against the Bills. In his first six appearances of the season, he caught 19 of 33 targets for 351 yards and two scores, so his potential presence would be a welcome sight for Zach Wilson, who threw three interceptions against the Patriots on Sunday.

  • Bengals' Trenton Irwin: Bumped up from practice squad

Irwin was elevated to the Bengals' active roster from the practice squad Monday.

With Ja'Marr Chase (hip) and Stanley Morgan (hamstring) both out for Monday's game against Cleveland, Irwin will make his first appearance of the season with the Bengals. The 26-year-old has appeared in at least one game for Cincinnati every year since the 2019 season and has three receptions on seven targets for 34 yards in nine games during that span.

  • Rashod Bateman WR | BAL

Ravens' Rashod Bateman: Slated to miss time

Bateman is in line to miss time with a foot injury, Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com reports.

The foot injury that Bateman suffered this past Thursday against the Buccaneers ended up being more serious than initially thought, with coach John Harbaugh noting Monday that "It looks like it's going to be a few weeks" for the wideout. In Bateman's looming absence, added snaps will be available for Demarcus Robinson and James Proche alongside Devin Duvernay.

  • Kalif Raymond WR | CHI

Lions' Kalif Raymond: Another productive outing

Raymond caught three of four targets for 76 yards during Sunday's loss to the Dolphins.

While he has yet to find the end zone in 2022, Raymond again is putting together a solid campaign as a role player for an injury-ravaged Lions receiving corps. Even though Amon-Ra St. Brown and D'Andre Swift are back in commission to steal targets, Raymond should continue to handle a large amount of snaps for Detroit while DJ Chark (ankle) and Jameson Williams (knee) get back into game shape. Up next is a Week 9 matchup against a Packers secondary that is allowing the second-fewest passing yards per game (174.8) this season.

  • Josh Reynolds WR | NYJ

Lions' Josh Reynolds: Drops potential touchdown

Reynolds caught two of six targets for 14 yards during Sunday's loss to Miami.

Reynolds had a quiet day that could have been much more productive had he not dropped a surefire touchdown at the end of the first half or been able to secure a difficult catch for another potential touchdown at the end of the second half. However, with DJ Chark (ankle) and Jameson Williams (knee) still sidelined, the opportunities should continue to be there for Reynolds in future weeks. The Texas A&M product will look to get back on track Week 9 against Green Bay.

  • Amari Rodgers WR | IND

Packers' Amari Rodgers: Another quiet appearance

Rodgers was targeted three times and caught one pass for 22 yards in Sunday's 27-17 loss to the Bills. He also returned one punt for three yards.

Rodgers' opportunities are on the rise, as he has played at least 30 percent of the snaps in three straight games and finished third among Packers wideouts in that department Sunday. However, the 22 yards he recorded were his most as a professional, and he did not even return kickoffs Week 8, so he's simply not doing enough to help fantasy players.
