Bourne appears to be dealing with a mild case of turf toe, Zack Cox of NESN reports.

Turf toe can cause multi-week absences for players, but Bourne's case "doesn't seem that serious," so he might be able to keep playing through it. The wide receiver played just four snaps Week 6 against the Browns before exiting the game, though he remained on the sideline with his teammates. Expect Bourne's practice reps to be capped ahead of New England's Week 7 MNF matchup with the Bears.

New Orleans considered putting Thomas, who's missed three straight games due to a foot injury, on injured reserve, but it opted not to in the event he was ahead of schedule, Katherine Terrell of ESPN.com reports.

Per Terrell, Thomas' initial prognosis suggested a four-week return timeline, but the Saints didn't want to put the star wideout on IR in case he was ready to return earlier than expected. The Saints are on a quick turnaround and play the Cardinals on Thursday, which would mark the fourth game since Thomas' initial injury, but it remains unclear when he'll suit up again.

Coach Frank Reich said Monday that Coutee (concussion) will likely be out for Sunday's game against the Titans, James Boyd of The Athletic reports.

Coutee was diagnosed with a concussion after exiting Sunday's game against Jacksonville and will have to clear the league's protocols for head injuries prior to returning to the field. If he's held out against Tennessee, Parris Campbell and Mike Strachan are candidates to see slightly increased roles.

Young wasn't targeted in Sunday's 19-9 win over the Cardinals.

Young has only played in two games this season; he has been a healthy scratch in three games but also sat out once with a quadricep injury. The rookie could handle a few more snaps if Penny Hart, who was out with a hamstring injury Sunday, misses additional time, but Young won't be on fantasy radars this season.

Eskridge caught all three of his targets for 39 yards in Sunday's 19-9 win over the Cardinals.

Eskridge played just 13 offensive snaps, as he slotted in as the No. 4 wide receiver. The second-year pro managed to produce a career-high yardage tally, though. He won't be a fantasy option this season as long as Tyler Lockett and DK Metcalf are healthy, considering he's played just 76 snaps through six games.

Goodwin caught both of his targets for 26 yards in Sunday's 19-9 win over the Cardinals.

After missing the Week 5 loss to the Saints, Goodwin returned and worked as the No. 3 wide receiver, recording 31 of 68 offensive snaps (46 percent). The speedster has handled this role all season, but it has translated to just six catches (10 targets) for 79 yards and no touchdowns.

Agnew (knee) is considered day-to-day, J.P. Shadrick of the Jaguars' official site reports.

Agnew was forced out of the team's Week 6 loss to the Colts due to a knee injury, but he appears to have avoided a major issue. His status for Sunday's matchup against the Giants remains unclear, but the Jaguars' injury report Wednesday may provide further clarity on the situation.

Brown suffered a potentially season-ending foot injury during Sunday's loss to the Seahawks and will undergo further testing Monday to determine the severity of the issue, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Brown's X-rays came back negative, but he had a walking boot on his left foot following Sunday's loss. The extent of the issue remains unclear, but based on Schefter's report, there's a possibility the wideout could miss the remainder of the season. Arizona already has begun to mitigate the potential loss by trading for Robbie Anderson, who'd grown disgruntled in Carolina, and will get DeAndre Hopkins back from a six-game suspension Week 7. Regardless, Brown was by far the Cardinals' most productive offensive player through six games, totaling 43 receptions for 485 yards and three scores, so his absence will be a major blow to Arizona's offense.

Gage brought in two of four targets for 20 yards in the Buccaneers' 20-18 loss to the Steelers on Sunday.

Gage once again spent plenty of time on the field -- he logged 53 snaps overall -- yet had little to show for it. The veteran now has three straight two-catch efforts, and he's eclipsed 28 receiving yards all of one time in the first six games, despite the prolonged absence of Julio Jones (knee). Gage's fantasy value remains muted heading into a Week 7 divisional matchup on the road against the Panthers.

Carolina traded Anderson to Arizona on Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

The trade comes one day after Anderson was sent off the field by interim head coach Steve Wilks during the team's Week 6 loss to the Rams. Anderson wasn't targeted during the game and was spotted in a verbal argument with receivers coach Joe Dailey, per Joe Person of The Athletic. Per Rapoport, the Panthers had been shopping Anderson since the firing of Matt Rhule after Week 5 and even contemplated releasing the wideout, but they were able to get a 2024 sixth-round pick and a 2025 seventh-round pick from the Cardinals, who may be without Marquise Brown (ankle) potentially out for the rest of the season. However, Arizona is expected to get back DeAndre Hopkins in Week 7 after he served a six-game suspension for violating the league's policy on performance-enhancing substances, so Anderson may be a regular in the team's receiving corps in short order. Given the upgrade at quarterback, this seems to be a positive development for Anderson's overall fantasy potential, but he may face an adjustment period to start.
