Pascal finished with zero catches on one target Sunday against Jacksonville.

Pascal caught at least one pass in each of the first three games of the season, but he didn't play a major role in any of those contests, topping out at just three receptions. He was blanked Week 4, with no wideout other than A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith hauling in a pass.

Watkins failed to pull in his lone target Sunday against the Jaguars.

Watkins played a season-high 46 offensive snaps, but he again didn't play much of a role in the game plan. He's now gone without a catch in three out of four games this season. A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith continue to hog nearly all of the wideout targets, and it likely will take an injury to at least one of them for Watkins to have meaningful fantasy appeal.

Alexander reverted to the Lions' practice squad Monday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.

Alexander served as Detroit's primary returner after being activated for Week 4, recording 62 yards on three kick returns over nine special-teams snaps. The 25-year-old wideout was not targeted over two offensive snaps played with Amon-Ra St. Brown (ankle) and DJ Chark (ankle) both sidelined. Alexander will be available for two more gameday elevations from the Lions' practice squad this season.

Hinton reverted to the Broncos' practice squad Monday, Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com reports.

Hinton caught two of three targets for 39 yards in Sunday's loss to the Raiders. He also saw the third-most snaps of any Broncos receiver with 30, trailing only Courtland Sutton and Jerry Jeudy. This was the third straight week that Hinton was elevated from the practice squad, so he'll need to be signed to the active roster if he's going to appear for Denver again this season.

Baccellia reverted to the Cardinals' practice squad Monday, per Aaron Wilson of ProFootballNetwork.com.

Baccellia was elevated ahead of Sunday's win over the Panthers, though he did not record a target while playing six of Arizona's 79 offensive snaps. The 175-pound wideout also played three special-teams snaps Week 4, and he will be available for one more activation from the Cardinals' practice squad this season.

Kemp (hamstring) signed to the Chiefs' practice squad Monday, Field Yates of ESPN reports.

Kemp joined the Giants this past offseason after spending parts or all of the last five seasons with the Chiefs. The 27-year-old suffered a hamstring injury in training camp, which led to a placement on the Giants' IR; however, he ultimately reached an injury settlement with the team and became a free agent. Now healthy, Kemp joins the Cheifs' practice squad, where he'll work to earn a chance to be on the team's active roster.

Atwell (coach's decision) is inactive for Monday's game at San Francisco, Gilbert Manzano of The Orange County Register reports.

Atwell was available for the Rams' first three contests of the season, failing to haul in either of his targets on 12 offensive snaps. Now that he's donning street clothes Week 4, the team will turn to Brandon Powell and Lance McCutcheon as the reserve wide receivers behind the top trio of Cooper Kupp, Allen Robinson and Ben Skowronek.

Gray (hip) is listed as inactive Monday against the Rams, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.

This more or less was expected after Gray didn't practice during Week 4 prep and was deemed doubtful to play. With the rookie third-round pick sidelined, Jauan Jennings, Ray-Ray McCloud, Willie Snead and Malik Turner will be the 49ers' available wide receivers behind top options Deebo Samuel and Brandon Aiyuk.

Turner has been elevated to the 49ers active roster ahead of Monday's Week 4 contest against the Rams.

The move will mark Turner's second elevation, which means he'll only be eligible for one more standard promotion before the 49ers would need to officially sign him to the active roster. The undrafted wideout out of Illinois played primarily on special teams during his Week 1 elevation and figures to garner a similar role against Los Angeles.

Chargers head coach Brandon Staley said Monday that Allen (hamstring) is considered day-to-day, Bridget Condon of NFL Network reports.

Allen has remained sidelined since picking up a hamstring injury during the season opener. He appeared close to making his return Week 4 after logging limited practices Wednesday and Thursday, but he ultimately was ruled out after not practicing Friday. The Chargers have continued to be patient with one of their top wideouts, so Allen likely will have to submit at least one full practice before he returns to game action.
