  • Noah Brown WR | LV

Cowboys' Noah Brown: Should practice ahead of Week 5

Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy said Monday that Brown should practice ahead of Week 5 after leaving Sunday's win over the Commanders due to a neck injury, Calvin Watkins of The Dallas Morning News reports.

Brown caught three of six targets for 61 yards before leaving the contest with a neck issue, but McCarthy said he got a "good report" and expects Brown to be okay heading into the team's Week 5 matchup against the Rams. Michael Gallup (knee) made his season debut, but he didn't significantly impact Brown's production. Through four games, the fifth-year wideout has caught 18 of 27 targets for 274 yards and one touchdown. Despite McCarthy's comments, fantasy managers should monitor Brown's practice statuses throughout the week to make sure he's still on track to play against Los Angeles.

  • Bills' Isaiah McKenzie: Lands in concussion protocol

McKenzie was placed in concussion protocols following Sunday's win over the Ravens, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.

Prior to leaving Sunday's game, McKenzie caught four of six targets for 21 yards and a touchdown. Jamison Crowder (ankle) is expected to be placed on IR, so if McKenzie can't clear protocols ahead of Week 5, rookie Khalil Shakir would be a prime candidate for increased snaps behind Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis.

  • Jamal Agnew WR | ATL

Jaguars' Jamal Agnew: Catches two TDs in loss

Agnew caught four of six targets for 50 yards and two touchdowns during Sunday's 29-21 loss to Philadelphia. He also returned three kickoffs for 70 yards and two punts for eight yards.

The 27-year-old played 18 of 47 offensive snaps with Zay Jones (ankle) inactive and took full advantage of his opportunities Sunday. Agnew scored the only two offensive touchdowns of the day for the Jaguars, and he also led the team in receptions and finished second to only Christian Kirk in targets and yards. Tim Jones actually played more offensive snaps (26) but was targeted only once, as Agnew clearly is the more trusted option among Jacksonville's depth wideouts.

  • Marvin Jones WR | DET

Jaguars' Marvin Jones: No catches Week 4

Jones failed to catch his lone target during Sunday's 29-21 loss to the Eagles.

The 32-year-old appeared primed for an increased role Sunday with Zay Jones (ankle) inactive, but rainy conditions and Trevor Lawrence's five giveaways stymied the offense. The turnovers limited Jacksonville to only 47 offensive plays, and Marvin Jones was an afterthought in the passing game with only a single target. The elder Jones will need to be more involved in the offense going forward to find much fantasy relevance.

  • Panthers' Laviska Shenault: Will undergo MRI on Monday

Panthers head coach Matt Rhule said Shenault will undergo an MRI on Monday after he pulled his right hamstring during Sunday's loss to the Cardinals, Schuyler Callihan of SI.com reports.

Shenault missed last Thursday's practice due to a left hamstring injury, but he reportedly hurt his other hamstring Week 4. The extent of the issue remains unclear, but the MRI results will provide further clarity.

  • Jalen Nailor WR | LV

Vikings' Jalen Nailor: Gets first NFL reception

Nailor had one reception for 13 yards on a fake punt in Sunday's win over New Orleans in London.

Nailor hasn't had a snap on offense this season, as his role is mostly limited to special teams (where he's worked as the gunner on punt coverage).

  • K.J. Osborn WR | TEN

Vikings' K.J. Osborn: Just one reception

Osborn had one reception for six yards on two targets and also lost one yard on one carry in Sunday's win over New Orleans in London.

After a season-high eight targets and a touchdown last week, Osborn was back to his more limited third receiver role. He played on 56 of the offense's 76 snaps, which was slightly more than usual. Despite a new offensive-minded head coach in Minnesota, the No. 3 WR continues to be an afterthought in the offense, despite his Week 3 spike in production.

  • Ashton Dulin WR | IND

Colts' Ashton Dulin: Just two receptions Sunday

Dulin had two receptions for 18 yards on three targets in Sunday's loss to Tennessee.

Dulin played on 19 of the offense's 65 snaps as he has moved back to the fourth receiver role the past two weeks with Michael Pittman and Alec Pierce healthy. Dulin continues to outplay Parris Campbell, so it's possible he could be the team's third receiver before too long.

  • Colts' Parris Campbell: Season-high four receptions

Campbell had four receptions for 43 yards on four targets in Sunday's loss to Tennessee.

Campbell nearly duplicated his output from the first three games (47 yards) combined. Despite his best game of the season, he played on just 67 percent of the snaps on offense after playing 77 percent or more Weeks 1-3 as the Colts utilized two- and three-tight end sets more frequently Week 4. Campbell may continue to have a smaller role in the offense, despite his slight increase in production.

  • Jahan Dotson WR | ATL

Commanders' Jahan Dotson: Could miss time

Coach Ron Rivera noted Monday that Dotson's hamstring injury "might keep him out a week or two," Ben Standig of The Athletic reports.

Though the 2022 first-rounder officially hasn't been ruled for Week 5 action, it looks like he'll be hard-pressed to play Sunday against the Titans based on Rivera's comment. If Dotson does miss time, Dyami Brown, Cam Sims and Dax Milne would be candidates to log added WR snaps behind Terry McLaurin and Curtis Samuel.
