Winfree reverted to the Packers' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Winfree was once again elevated from Green Bay's practice squad with Christian Watson (hamstring), Sammy Watkins (hamstring) and Samori Toure (coach's decision) all out against the Buccaneers on Sunday. Still, the fourth-year wideout failed to haul in either of his two targets while playing 13 of the Packers' 62 offensive snaps. Winfree also played three snaps on special teams, and he's now eligible for one more elevation while on Green Bay's practice squad this season.

Hinton reverted to the Broncos' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.

Hinton played 29 snaps on offense, and caught his only target for a 27-yard gain, in the Broncos' 11-10 win over the 49ers on Sunday night. It was his second appearance with the active roster this season.

Webb reverted to the Ravens' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.

Webb was elevated to the active roster for the second straight week with James Proche (goin) inactive. The 24-year-old chipped in on special teams, but he failed to see any snaps on offense. Webb can be elevated to the active roster one more time before he'll he have to be signed to the 53-man roster.

Baccellia reverted to the Cardinals' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Baccellia played in the Cardinals' first two games of the season before being waived and signing with the team's practice squad Wednesday. He was ultimately elevated ahead of Sunday's loss to the Rams, hauling in two of his four targets for 13 yards while playing 26 of Arizona's 83 offensive snaps. However, all of this production came after starting wideout A.J. Green (knee) was forced to exit, and Baccellia's usage as an emergency backup will be tied to injuries moving forward.

Smith caught both of his targets for 22 yards in Sunday's 22-14 win over the Saints.

Smith again played the third-most snaps of Carolina's wide receivers, but after Laviska Shenault broke off a 67-yard touchdown on one of his receptions, Smith's place in the pecking order could come under threat ahead of Week 4's matchup versus the Cardinals. In an offense that's struggled in the passing game thus far, sliding down the depth chart could shrink Smith's already-restricted value.

Tolbert is listed as active for Monday's game against the Giants, Michael Gehlken of The Dallas Morning News reports.

The rookie third-round pick thus is in line for his pro debut after being a healthy scratch for both of the Cowboys' first two games of the season. It's unclear what kind of workload he can expect, but the offense again will be without Michael Gallup (knee), and No. 1 tight end Dalton Schultz (knee) also isn't playing, so Tolbert could get in the mix behind CeeDee Lamb and Noah Brown.

Pascal was targeted three times in Sunday's Week 3 win against Washington, leading to three catches for 18 yards.

Pascal narrowly trailed Quez Watkins in snaps (33-30), but he beat him 3-1 in targets and 3-0 in receptions. Still, neither of the Eagles' depth options was able to do much on a day in which A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith each received double-digit targets. Those two have combined for 86 percent of the Eagles' wide receiver targets this season, so there hasn't been room for Pascal to play much of a role.

Toney (hamstring) is inactive for Monday's game against the Cowboys, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

Toney has been sparsely utilized through two games, making two catches for no yards on three targets. After failing to practice Friday or Saturday due to a hamstring injury, he was given a doubtful designation for Week 3 action. With his status confirmed for Monday, Toney will join rookie Wan'Dale Robinson (knee) on the inactive list. The Giants' receiving corps thus will be composed of Sterling Shepard, David Sills, Richie James, Kenny Golladay and Darius Slayton.

Watkins was targeted just once and did not record a reception in Sunday's Week 3 win over Washington.

Watkins overcame an illness to see the field for 33 snaps, but Jalen Hurts rarely looked his way. Eagles wideouts not named A.J. Brown or DeVonta Smith have combined for just five catches on nine targets through three games this season, so it doesn't seem like there's room for Watkins in the game plan as long as the team's top dogs remain healthy.

Gallup (knee) is listed as inactive Monday at the Giants.

Gallup put together a full week of practice in advance of the Dallas' Week 3 contest, providing optimism the fifth-year wide receiver may be able to log his first game action since tearing the ACL in his left knee Jan. 2. However, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reported earlier Monday that Gallup instead was trending toward another absence, which has come to pass. While CeeDee Lamb and Noah Brown will lead the team's receiving corps for another week, Gallup will set his sights on making his season debut Sunday against the Commanders, a game which both he and the Cowboys are hopeful he'll be play, per Jane Slater of NFL Network.
