Corey Davis WR | NYJ
Jets' Corey Davis: In line to play Sunday
With the Jets' healthy starters expected to play at least a quarter in Sunday's preseason finale against the Giants, per Rich Cimini of ESPN.com, Davis is in line to see action in the contest.
Davis was among the team's key players who didn't play in this past Monday's preseason game against the Falcons, but he's in line to log some snaps Sunday. Once the regular season starts, Davis will be a key cog in a Jets' WR corps that also includes Elijah Moore, 2022 first-rounder Garrett Wilson and Braxton Berrios.

Stefon Diggs WR | WAS
Bills' Stefon Diggs: Candidate to rest in preseason finale
Coach Sean McDermott relayed Wednesday that QB Josh Allen, along with many of the Bills' key starters, a group that presumably includes Diggs, won't suit up for Friday's preseason finale against the Panthers,Alec White of the team's official site reports.
As Week 1 approaches, Diggs and Gabriel Davis clearly top the Bills' wideout depth chart, so the coaching staff's focus Friday (in terms of the position) figures to be evaluating the team's complementary options ahead of looming roster cuts. Once the regular season commences, Diggs' high-volume role in an Allen-helmed offense will continue to yield high level fantasy dividends.

Kadarius Toney WR | CLE
Giants' Kadarius Toney: Uncertain for preseason finale
Coach Brian Daboll said Friday that Toney (leg) is questionable for Sunday's preseason finale against the Jets, Dan Duggan of The Athletic reports.
Daboll said a final decision on playing time will be made Saturday. Toney has been in and out of practice throughout the preseason due to leg injuries, and he underwent knee surgery earlier this offseason, so the Giants may opt to take a cautious approach to his health and prioritize the regular season.

JuJu Smith-Schuster WR | NYG
Chiefs' JuJu Smith-Schuster: Amends contract
Smith-Schuster (knee) and the Chiefs have agreed to an amended contract that increases his per-game roster bonuses from $30,000 to $60,000, Field Yates of ESPN reports.
Smith-Schuster is signed to a one-year, incentive-heavy contract, allowing the Chiefs to delay much of the cap hit until 2023. He may end up in Kansas City for just the one year, but Smith-Schuster undoubtedly is headed for a key role on offense, with he and fellow offseason signing Marquez Valdes-Scantling (concussion) getting most of the first-team reps this summer. Neither was healthy for Kansas City's final preseason game, but both should have enough time to get there before Week 1 against the Cardinals. Chiefs coach Andy Reid said Tuesday that Smith-Schuster had "turned the corner" with his knee injury and was expected to play in the season opener.

Chris Moore WR | BAL
Texans' Chris Moore: Scores in preseason finale
Moore caught two of three targets for a team-high 35 yards, including a 16-yard touchdown pass, in Thursday's preseason finale against San Francisco.
Moore played in all three preseason games, catching five of nine targets for a team-high 67 yards and one touchdown. He's expected to make the final roster with only his spot on the depth chart to be determined. Moore, Chris Conley and Phillip Dorsett are jockeying for spots after Brandin Cooks and Nico Collins.

Juwann Winfree WR | HOU
Packers' Juwann Winfree: Quiet in final exhibition
Winfree was targeted six times and caught one pass for seven yards in Thursday's preseason game against the Chiefs.
Winfree had more than a handful of chances in Thursday's contest, but he was only able to come down with one football thrown his direction. The quiet night probably did not ding Winfree, as having been with the Packers for nearly two years he did not need to show much in the team's final exhibition contest. However, with five widedouts -- and possibly a sixth -- guaranteed a roster spot in Green Bay, he finds himself firmly on the bubble with final cuts looming.
-
Samori Toure WR | PHI
Packers' Samori Toure: Stands out in final audition
Toure was targeted eight times and caught six passes for 83 yards in Thursday's preseason contest against the Chiefs.
Toure needed a big night to maintain pace in the race for a roster spot, and he certainly had one, easily leading his team in both receiving yards and targets. As a seventh-round rookie who is behind at least six other players on the depth chart, Toure is still likely on the outside looking in. However, he has held his own during camp and is a good bet for the practice squad if he doesn't get a look elsewhere.
-
Mecole Hardman WR | BUF
Chiefs' Mecole Hardman: One catch Thursday
Hardman caught his only target for five yards in Thursday's preseason game against the Packers.
The grab came on Kansas City's second possession, and Hardman didn't stay in the game much longer than that. The fourth-year player was effectively the team's No. 1 wide receiver in the preseason finale with JuJu Smith-Schuster (knee) and Marquez Valdes-Scantling (concussion) both sidelined, but it's still not clear if Hardman will see a significant increase in his role compared to last season -- when he set career highs with 59 catches on 83 targets for 693 yards -- once the entire group is healthy.
-
Skyy Moore WR | GB
Chiefs' Skyy Moore: Limited to return duties Thursday
Moore didn't see an official target but returned two punts for 51 yards in Thursday's preseason game against the Packers.
The 2022 second-round pick was the intended target of a Chad Henne incompletion deep down the sideline on Kansas City's second possession of the game, but the play was wiped out by defensive pass interference. Moore's role on offense this preseason has been almost exclusively as a deep threat, and he may be taking over Mecole Hardman's spot from last season while Hardman moves into Tyreek Hill's.
-
Amari Rodgers WR | IND
Packers' Amari Rodgers: Versatile usage again Thursday
Rodgers caught all four of his targets for 39 yards, gained 17 yards on three carries and returned a kickoff for 12 yards in Thursday's preseason game against Kansas City.
The 2021 third-round pick showed his versatility once again, and Rodgers' ability to contribute on special teams could help him secure a roster spot even after the offseason additions of wideouts Christian Watson (knee) and Romeo Doubs in the draft, as well as the signing of free agent Sammy Watkins. Rodgers caught only four of eight targets as a rookie despite suiting up for 16 games, however, and he may not see enough action on offense to see a big increase in those numbers.
