Robert Woods WR | PIT
Titans' Robert Woods: Running routes
Woods (knee) ran routes and caught passes at OTAs on Tuesday, Paul Kuharsky of PaulKuharsky.com reports.
It'll be a while before he's cleared for team drills or contact, but this is a strong sign Woods is on schedule in his rehab from the ACL tear he suffered a little over six months ago. His progress still needs to be monitored throughout the spring and summer, as the timing of the mid-November injury means any setback could threaten Woods' availability for Week 1. With A.J. Brown off to Philadelphia, the Titans are counting on trade acquisition Woods and first-round pick Treylon Burks to be the top weapons for Ryan Tannehill, whose other pass catchers with NFL starting experience are WR Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and TEs Austin Hooper and Geoff Swaim. In other words, the Titans really need Woods to continue to make progress.

Terry McLaurin WR | WAS
Commanders' Terry McLaurin: Not at OTAs but could sign soon
McLaurin hasn't been participating in offseason activities, but Commanders coach Ron Rivera said Tuesday it's "just a matter of time" before the wideout is back with the team, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.
McLaurin was at the team facility at one point in April, with reports suggesting he wouldn't do on-field work until he'd signed a new contract. His absence since then might be interpreted as either a show of frustration or a negotiating tactic, but it's also possible the wideout is simply being cautious with a huge payday on the horizon. McLaurin is entering the fourth and final season of his rookie deal and should command at least $20 million per year on a long-term extension. Assuming he and the Commanders work things out, McLaurin could still have to deal with subpar QB play again, this time catching passes from former Eagles and Colts QB Carson Wentz.

Jerry Jeudy WR | CLE
Broncos' Jerry Jeudy: Dealing with tight back
Jeudy didn't participate in the Broncos' first OTA on Monday due to back tightness, Mike Klis of 9News Denver reports.
Per George Stoia III of The Denver Gazette, Jeudy's lack of activity was known at the start of practice, but the reason for it was not. Klis described the injury as "mild," so the Broncos appear to be taking a cautious approach with one of their top wide receivers. Jeudy remains in some legal limbo due to a recent incident with the mother of his child, for which he was arrested on suspicion of criminal tampering with a domestic violence enhancer. His next court appearance is scheduled for May 31.

N'Keal Harry TE | SEA
Patriots' N'Keal Harry: Absent on Day 1 of OTAs
Harry was absent for Day 1 of New England's OTAs on Monday, Zack Cox of NESN.com reports.
This isn't surprising as the 2019 first-round pick also skipped New England's voluntary offseason program at the end of April. Harry remains a candidate to be moved by the Patriots this offseason after the team traded for DeVante Parker and drafted Tyquan Thornton this offseason. Harry caught just 12 of 22 targets for 184 yards across 12 appearances during the 2021 campaign and currently is slotted to be the sixth wideout on New England's depth chart to start the 2022 season.

James Proche WR | TEN
Ravens' James Proche: Competing for snaps in offseason
Proche faces added significance to his offseason work this year after the trade of Marquise Brown, Jeff Zrebiec of the Athletic reports.
The Ravens have yet to make a splash in the wideout market after trading Brown to the Cardinals in exchange for the 23rd overall pick in the 2022 NFL Draft, suggesting the team has confidence in the group of young pass catchers already on the roster. Along with Devin Duvernay and Tylan Wallace, Proche appears to have an opportunity to solidify a decent role ahead of the 2022 campaign with his performances during OTAs and other offseason workouts. However, Baltimore also brought in six undrafted rookie free agents that'll also be competing for snaps behind Rashod Bateman, whose role as the de facto No. 1 appears set in stone.

Deebo Samuel WR | SF
49ers' Deebo Samuel: Skipping OTAs
Samuel isn't present Monday for the start of San Francisco's OTAs, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
Samuel reportedly requested a trade from the 49ers back in April, but it appears that the team still hopes to work out a long-term deal that would keep the versatile wideout around for the future. Given that Samuel's contract situation still remains unresolved, it's unsurprising to see him hold out from voluntary team activities. The 26-year-old is entering the final season of his rookie contract, and wherever he ends up signing his next deal, Samuel no doubt is destined for a lucrative payday.

Marquise Goodwin WR | CLE
Seahawks' Marquise Goodwin: Signing with Seahawks
Goodwin will sign with the Seahawks on Sunday, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.
Goodwin opted out of the 2020 season but joined the Bears last year and secured 20 of 40 targets for 313 yards and a touchdown over 14 games. The speedy 31-year-old should compete for a role behind Tyler Lockett and DK Metcalf (foot) and will be a deep threat for Seattle's eventual starting quarterback.

Robert Woods WR | PIT
Titans' Robert Woods: Making steady progress
Woods has been patient in his recovery from a torn ACL but is feeling "really good," Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Woods has been present at the team's voluntary program this offseason, though he has not physically participated. Instead, both Woods and the team have noted that the focus is on his ability to take part in training camp and maintain his health for the entirety of the 2022 season. Woods was acquired by Tennessee in mid-March, and he could be in line to lead the receiver corps after A.J. Brown was traded during the NFL Draft.
-
Kadarius Toney WR | CLE
Giants' Kadarius Toney: Undergoes minor knee surgery
Toney underwent minor knee surgery earlier this offseason, but he is expected to be ready for training camp, Pat Leonard of the New York Daily News reports.
The 2021 first-round pick hasn't been participating in OTAs for good reason. While the arthroscopic surgery appears to be insignificant, Toney is not expected to participate in any offseason OTAs altogether. Rookie second-round pick Wan'Dale Robinson will likely be the biggest beneficiary in Toney's absence, but expect the Florida product to be ready to play once training camp rolls around.

Jameson Williams WR | DET
Lions' Jameson Williams: Early season return possible
Williams (knee) could have "a realistic timeframe" to make his NFL debut "late September early October," Tim Twentyman of the Lions' official site reports.
Williams will be roughly eight months removed from having torn his left ACL when the 2022 regular season kicks off, and such injuries generally carry a recovery timeframe of at least nine months. However, the orthopedic surgeon who oversaw Williams' procedure recently indicated that the Alabama star's injury may have been less severe than most ACL tears, which led to Williams receiving a 5-to-7 month timeline. Williams has said he's targeting a return to on-field activity by training camp in August, which could be possible as long as he avoids any setbacks. Expectations for Williams to be available Week 1 could still be optimistic, but Twentyman said he believes the rookie first-round pick could be "on the field and making an impact" by Week 4.
