Isaiah Bond WR | CLE
Browns' Isaiah Bond: Misses practice with foot injury
Bond (foot) is not slated to practice Wednesday, Daniel Oyefusi of ESPN.com reports.
Bond sustained a foot injury during Cleveland's loss to the Patriots in Week 8 and is still not back to full health after the Browns' bye week. He'll have two more chances to officially get back on the practice field ahead of Sunday's road matchup against the Jets. When asked about Bond's status for Week 10, head coach Kevin Stefanski said "we'll see how it goes the next couple days," per Oyefusi. Cedric Tillman (hamstring) had his 21-day practice window opened Monday, and when he returns to the field Bond will figure to drop down to No. 3 on the wide receiver depth chart.

Chris Godwin WR | TB
Buccaneers' Chris Godwin: Sitting out practice
Godwin (lower leg) is not expected to participate in Wednesday's practice, Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Godwin remains sidelined at practice despite Tampa Bay having had the benefit of a Week 9 bye. Head coach Todd Bowles said prior to the bye that Godwin is "week-to-week," though he confirmed that the veteran wideout's fibula injury has no danger of being season-ending. Still, Godwin may be trending in the wrong direction for Sunday's matchup against the Patriots, in which case wideouts Sterling Shepard, Tez Johnson, Ryan Miller and Kameron Johnson, plus tight end Cade Otton, will be in line to handle increased receiving work behind rookie standout Emeka Egbuka.

KaVontae Turpin WR | DAL
Cowboys' KaVontae Turpin: Gains 13 total yards on offense
Turpin caught two of three targets for 10 yards and rushed once for three yards in Monday's 27-17 loss to the Cardinals. He added 151 kickoff return yards and six punt return yards.
Turpin continued to have a minimal impact on offense Monday, doing most of his damage on kickoff returns. The fourth-year wideout is not involved enough in the Cowboys' offensive plans to garner much fantasy attention, but with Monday's performance on special teams, the TCU product is now fourth in the NFL with 722 kickoff return yards. Turpin will remain extremely difficult to trust for fantasy purposes as the Cowboys head into their Week 10 bye before a matchup against the Raiders in Week 11.

Jalen Tolbert WR | DAL
Cowboys' Jalen Tolbert: Not targeted in loss
Tolbert failed to record a single target in Monday's 27-17 loss to the Cardinals.
Tolbert was a complete nonfactor in Monday's loss to Arizona. The fourth-year wideout played just seven of the Cowboys' 67 offensive snaps in the contest, the least of any wide receiver who saw the field and his lowest snap total of the season. Tolbert has had a minimal role in the Cowboys offense, as he is buried on the depth chart and has seen just 24 targets through nine games. The 26-year-old should remain far off the fantasy radar as the Cowboys head into their Week 10 bye before a matchup against the Raiders in Week 11.

Mac Dalena WR | KC
Mac Dalena: Joining Seattle's practice squad
The Seahawks signed Dalena to their practice squad Tuesday, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.
Dalena spent training camp with Kansas City as an undrafted free agent before being waived in August, but now he's getting another chance with a new team. Seattle is dealing with a few different injuries at wide receiver, so it makes sense that the organization is trying to beef up its depth there.
-
Jimmy Holiday WR | KC
Jimmy Holiday: Done with Kansas City
The Chiefs released Holiday from their practice squad Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
Holiday has spent the entire regular season up to this point on the practice squad, but he's now getting cut after Week 9. The undrafted rookie will have to seek out a new opportunity to make an impression.
-
Kristian Wilkerson WR | BUF
Kristian Wilkerson: Let go by Buffalo
The Bills cut Wilkerson from the practice squad Tuesday, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN.com reports.
Wilkerson joined the Bills' practice squad in late August after failing to make the 53-man roster at the end of training camp. He was not elevated to the active roster through the Bills' first eight games and will now look to join a team in need of depth at wide receiver. He has appeared in nine regular-season games since entering the league in May of 2020 as an undrafted free agent.
-
Terrace Marshall Jr. WR | PHI
Terrace Marshall: Getting cut from practice squad
Philadelphia released Marshall from its practice squad Tuesday.
Marshall signed with the Eagles' practice squad prior to Week 1, but now he's on his way out after Week 9. He'll become a free agent, and he'll probably have to look for his next opportunity to make an impression elsewhere.

Treylon Burks WR | WAS
Commanders' Treylon Burks: Getting signed to active roster
Washington signed Burks to its active roster Tuesday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
The Commanders are dealing with injuries to multiple notable contributors at wide receiver, so it's not a huge surprise to see them bring up reinforcements at the position. Burks logged 32 offensive snaps in his first game with Washington in Week 9, bringing in his only target for 14 yards.

Marvin Mims WR | DEN
Broncos' Marvin Mims: Considered limited Tuesday
Mims (concussion) was estimated to be a limited participant at Tuesday's walkthrough.
Mims was able to participate in some capacity for the first time since suffering a concussion in Week 8 against Dallas. The wide receiver remains in the concussion protocol, and he'll likely have to log a full session Wednesday to have a shot at playing in Thursday night's matchup with Las Vegas. If he's unavailable, Pat Bryant would once again see an uptick in workload in Week 9.
