  • Cardinals' Christian Kirk: Top receiver with Hopkins out

Kirk caught nine of 12 targets for 94 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 30-12 loss to the Lions.

Kirk stepped into the No. 1 wide receiver role in DeAndre Hopkins' (knee) absence, setting new season highs in catches and targets, but the rest of the Cardinals struggled as the team suffered a shocking loss to a Lions team that came into the game with a 1-11-1 record. His 26-yard touchdown with just 4:40 left in the game was too little too late, but it raised Kirk's season total to five heading into a Week 16 visit from the vulnerable Colts pass defense.

  • Cole Beasley WR | NYG

Bills' Cole Beasley: Inefficient on eight targets

Beasley caught four passes for 35 yards on eight targets against Carolina on Sunday.

Beasley arguably had a difficult matchup as Josh Allen (foot) dealt with a fiery Carolina pass rush, but the Panthers were also down two of their top three corners, so Beasley mostly worked against backups Sunday. Beasley's target volume was solid as it has been almost all year, but he continued his season-long struggles with getting open downfield. Beasley gets a rematch against the Patriots as Buffalo hits the road for Week 16.

  • Steelers' Diontae Johnson: Held to 48 total yards

Johnson recorded five receptions on five targets for 38 yards in Sunday's 19-13 win over Tennessee. He added one rush for 10 yards.

The Steelers offense didn't do much offensively in the victory, so Johnson was still the team's leading receiver despite the underwhelming numbers. He turned in only one reception for more than 10 yards, and his next biggest gain came on an end-around late in the first quarter. Despite the underwhelming performance, Johnson's role in the offense is secure, as he has at least five receptions in nine consecutive games and his yardage total Sunday was his lowest since Week 1.

  • Gabe Davis WR | BUF

Bills' Gabriel Davis: Big game in spot start

Davis caught five passes for 85 yards and two touchdowns on seven targets against Carolina on Sunday.

Davis stepped into the starting role normally held by Emmanuel Sanders (knee) and thrived, even scoring one of his touchdowns against feared corner Stephon Gilmore (though Gilmore seemed confused on the coverage that play, to be fair). Going back to his rookie year, Davis has been almost automatic with his otherwise inconsistent usage, so it will be interesting to see if the Bills get him more playing time going forward even after Sanders' eventual return. The Bills tried to use Sanders as their main downfield receiver this year, but at 34, it's certainly possible the veteran can't be as effective in the role as Davis. With that said, Davis is likely to return to his No. 4 role whenever Sanders is back to health.

  • Stefon Diggs WR | WAS

Bills' Stefon Diggs: Scores in tough matchup

Diggs caught four passes for 35 yards and one touchdown on seven targets against Carolina on Sunday.

Often matching up against top corner Stephon Gilmore while his quarterback dealt with both a tweaked foot and a relentless pass rush, Diggs had a difficult assignment Sunday against the Panthers. A player with his talent and usage often has a high floor even in unfavorable situations, and this game was a good example of that. A road matchup against J.C. Jackson and the Patriots isn't any easier in Week 16, but Diggs has a recent history of success against Bill Belichick's defense, including in the 2020 game at New England (nine catches for 145 yards and three touchdowns on 11 targets).

  • CeeDee Lamb WR | DAL

Cowboys' CeeDee Lamb: Modest yardage on six grabs

Lamb brought in six of nine targets for 50 yards in the Cowboys' 21-6 win over the Giants on Sunday.

Lamb paced the Cowboys in targets and checked in second in both receptions and receiving yards to Dalton Schultz, but a lack of trips to the end zone and just an 8.3 YPC made for a relatively modest fantasy performance overall. Lamb's numbers naturally played much better in PPR formats, and he's now posted at least six receptions in three straight games. The second-year standout does have a four-game touchdown drought, however, a matter he'll next get a chance to rectify in a Week 16 battle against Washington.

  • Rondale Moore WR | MIN

Cardinals' Rondale Moore: Picks up ankle injury

Moore left Sunday's game at Detroit due to an ankle injury, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.

Prior to his departure, Moore had three catches (on three targets) for nine yards, one carry for one yard, two kick returns for 48 yards and two punt returns for 18 yards. His next chance to play will be Saturday, Dec. 25 against the Colts.

  • Colts' Parris Campbell: Return not imminent

Campbell (foot) is making good progress but there is no specific update regarding his status, Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan Indianapolis reports.

Campbell has been sidelined since mid-October after undergoing foot surgery. He was given a two-to-three month timeline, meaning he could be in line for a return at any point. Even so, it doesn't sound as if his return is imminent. That will leave Michael Pittman, T.Y. Hilton and Zach Pascal as the Colts' primary wide receivers for the foreseeable future.

  • Malik Taylor WR | DET

    Packers' Malik Taylor: Active Sunday

Taylor (abdomen) will play Sunday against the Ravens, Mike Spofford of the Packers' official site reports.

Taylor left the Packers' Week 14 win over the Bears early with the injury and was limited in practice all week. With Marquez Valdes-Scantling (back) also active, Taylor's role Sunday against the Ravens will be somewhat limited.

  • Marquise Brown WR | PHI

Ravens' Marquise Brown: Active for Week 15

Brown (illness) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Packers.

The Ravens will thus have their top wideout available for Sunday's contest, but he'll be catching passes from Tyler Huntley, with Lamar Jackson (ankle) not able to start. Brown nonetheless figures to see his share of Week 15 targets, as he'll continue to head a Baltimore wide receiving corps that will be minus Sammy Watkins (reserve/COVID-19 list). Through 12 games, Brown has logged a 70-866-6 stat line on 107 targets.
