  • Seahawks' Tyler Lockett: No practice Thursday

Lockett (hip) was held out of practice Thursday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.

Lockett tested the waters Wednesday following a scary sequence this past Sunday in which his leg was twisted and he remained on the turf for a spell. He remained in that game, but after Wednesday's limited session he logged no activity just one day later. The Seahawks may just be exercising extreme caution with one of their top playmakers, especially with fellow wide receiver DK Metcalf joining Lockett on Thursday's injury report as limited with a foot injury. The status of both players is worth watching closely as the weekend approaches.

  • Rashod Bateman WR | BAL

Ravens' Rashod Bateman: Could be in Week 4 mix

Bateman (groin) has resumed practicing with the Ravens.

Bateman was designated to return from injured reserve Wednesday and has turned in practices on back-to-back days since then with seemingly no issue. Jonas Shaffer of The Baltimore Sun notes that Bateman could debut as early as Sunday against Denver, but it's unclear whether that will be the case. When ready, Bateman projects to immediately challenge Devin Duvernay for snaps.

  • Keenan Allen WR | IND

Chargers' Keenan Allen: Limited by ankle issue

Allen (ankle) was limited at Thursday's practice.

We'll track Allen's status leading up to Monday night's game against the Raiders, but so far there's nothing to suggest that his Week 4 availability is in peril. Three games into the 2021 season, the veteran PPR-stalwart has recorded a predictably solid 21-258-1 stat line.

  • Darnell Mooney WR | NYG

Bears' Darnell Mooney: Still limited Thursday

Mooney (groin) practiced in a limited fashion Thursday.

Mooney has gutted through back and groin injuries so far this season, and even though his practice reps have been capped by the Bears, he's logged at least 89 percent of the offensive snaps in all three games. It's possible the combination of being less than 100 percent and poor quarterback play have contributed to a pedestrian 12-101-0 line on 19 targets, but he'll look to get on the right track Week 4 against the Lions, assuming he's active.

  • Elijah Moore WR | PHI

Jets' Elijah Moore: Logs another DNP

Moore (concussion) remained sidelined at practice Thursday, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

The same applies to fellow WR Jeff Smith (concussion), with the duo's Week 4 status looking cloudy at this stage. On the plus side from the Jets' perspective, however, is that slot man Jamison Crowder (groin) logged another limited session and is trending toward a return to action Sunday against the Titans.

  • Jets' Jamison Crowder: On track to return Sunday

Crowder (groin) remained limited at practice Thursday, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

With back-to-back limited sessions under his belt, Crowder is trending toward a return to action Sunday against the Titans, per Cimini. Meanwhile, fellow WRs Elijah Moore and Jeff Smith are dealing with concussions and have yet to practice this week. Look for Friday's final injury report to reveal whether Crowder heads into the weekend listed as questionable, or minus a Week 4 injury tag.

  • Browns' Odell Beckham: Upgrades to full practice

Beckham (shoulder) was a full participant in Thursday's practice, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.

Beckham came out of his 2021 debut in Sunday's win over the Bears with a shoulder injury in tow, and though he was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice as a result, he won't miss any game action as a result of it. More than anything, the fact that Beckham appeared on the injury report because of the shoulder issue rather than due to his surgically-repaired knee should be taken as a reassuring sign about his prospects moving forward. With Jarvis Landry (knee) stuck on injured reserve through at least Week 5, Beckham should continue to operate as Baker Mayfield's clear top target during Sunday's game in Minnesota.

  • Steelers' Diontae Johnson: Logs full practice

Johnson (knee) returned to a full practice Thursday, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.

Johnson's full participation Thursday sets the stage for him to return to action Sunday against the Packers after sitting out the team's Week 3 contest. Meanwhile, Chase Claypool was added to the Steelers' Week 4 injury report after being limited by a hamstring issue Thursday, while JuJu Smith-Schuster (ribs) logged a limited session following a DNP on Wednesday. Look for Friday's final injury report to provide added clarity with regard to the health and availability of the trio heading into the weekend.

  • Tee Higgins WR | CIN

Bengals' Tee Higgins: Could be back Week 5

The Bengals are planning on having Higgins (shoulder) available for their Week 5 game against the Packers on Oct. 10, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

Higgins has already been ruled out ahead of Thursday's home game against the Jaguars, marking his second straight absence on account of the sore shoulder. The second-year receiver might have had an outside chance to play if the Bengals were hosting the Jaguars on Sunday, but the quick turnaround for the Week 4 contest didn't provide Higgins with enough time to get healthy. Higgins should benefit from the longer break before the team's matchup with the Packers, but he may still need to return to full practice by the end of next week in order to avoid the inactive list once again.

  • Josh Reynolds WR | NYJ

Titans' Josh Reynolds: Should rejoin wideout group Week 4

Reynolds is expected to be active for Sunday's game against the Jets with the statuses of fellow wideouts A.J. Brown (hamstring) and Julio Jones (leg) in doubt for the contest, Michael Gallagher of NashvillePost.com reports.

Both Brown and Jones have missed the first two practices of Week 4, and both will likely need to turn in at least limited showings Friday to gain clearance for Sunday. If both Brown and Jones are sidelined this weekend, Reynolds could go from a healthy inactive to a starter for Tennessee. Reynolds has played only 11 offensive snaps through Tennessee's first three games, but he proved to be a reliable complementary target for the Rams in 2021, catching 52 balls for 618 yards and two scores in 16 games. Reynolds would likely join Chester Rogers and Nick Westbrook-Ikhine in three-receiver sets in the absences of Brown and Jones.
