Tyler Lockett WR | LV
Seahawks' Tyler Lockett: Dealing with hip issue
Lockett was limited at Wednesday's practice due to a hip injury, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.
Lockett had his leg twisted when he was tackled at the end of a six-yard catch in the fourth quarter of the Seahawks' Week 3 loss at Minnesota. At first glance, it appeared to be a potentially bad knee injury, but Lockett was able to return and recorded one more reception the rest of the way. Lockett likely is fine moving forward, but his practice reps may be capped in the short term to ensure he stays healthy.

Jamison Crowder WR | WAS
Jets' Jamison Crowder: Back at practice
Crowder (groin) was a limited participant in practice Wednesday.
Head coach Robert Saleh previously noted that Crowder -- who didn't practice last week -- is trending toward a return to action Sunday against the Titans. If so, he'll move back into a slot role for the Jets and provide the team's wideout corps with some welcome depth, given that both Elijah Moore and Jeff Smith are dealing with concussions.

Ihmir Smith-Marsette WR | ARI
Vikings' Ihmir Smith-Marsette: No practice reps Wednesday
Smith-Marsette (toe) didn't practice Wednesday.
Since getting four offensive snaps in the season opener, Smith-Marsette has been contained to exclusively special teams, with his 20.8 yards per kickoff return ranking 16th in the NFL. Otherwise, he's waiting for his first NFL target, which may be in the distant future due to his bout with a toe injury.

Odell Beckham Jr. WR | MIN
Browns' Odell Beckham: Logs limited practice
Beckham was limited at practice Wednesday due to a shoulder injury, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
In his first contest back from suffering a torn ACL last October, Beckham logged 52 of 81 snaps on offense in the Browns' Week 3 win over the Bears. Afterward, Beckham noted that his shoulder popped out when he took his first hit of the game, according to Anthony Poisal of the Browns' official site. However, Beckham proceeded to play through the shoulder issue, finishing the day with five receptions for 77 yards on nine targets. Since he wasn't held out of Wednesday's practice session entirely, Beckham is expected to be good to go for Sunday's game against the Vikings.

Darnell Mooney WR | NYG
Bears' Darnell Mooney: Remains limited at practice
Mooney (groin) was a limited practice participant Wednesday.
Mooney's availability has been in question for all three games this season -- first due to a back injury Weeks 1 and 2 and then by a groin issue last week -- but he still was able to play on game days. The latter injury has followed him into Week 4 prep, but perhaps the bigger question mark in Chicago is who will be throwing him passes. Andy Dalton (knee), who sat out last Sunday in Cleveland, was also limited Wednesday, while rookie Justin Fields brushed off a right thumb injury and practiced in full. If Dalton doesn't make the requisite progress this week, Mooney likely will be on the receiving end of throws from Fields on Sunday against the Lions, assuming the wide receiver suits up again himself.

Marquez Valdes-Scantling WR | LAC
Packers' Marquez Valdes-Scantling: Week 4 status to come down to wire
Head coach Matt LaFleur said the Packers will need all week to know whether Valdes-Scantling (hamstring) will be able to suit up Sunday versus the Steelers, Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
In the wake of the hamstring injury suffered by Valdes-Scantling late in the Packers' Week 3 win at San Francisco, he was unable to practice Wednesday. He has two more opportunities to get on the field this week, which will be key for the fourth-year wide receiver to put himself in a position to play Week 4. If Valdes-Scantling needs some time off, Allen Lazard and Randall Cobb figure to pick up the slack alongside top wide receiver Davante Adams.
-
Adam Thielen WR | PIT
Vikings' Adam Thielen: Rested Wednesday
Thielen was held out of Wednesday's practice for rest purposes.
With no injury at play, Thielen belongs in fantasy lineups for the Vikings' Week 4 game against the Browns. He's second in the NFL with four receiving touchdowns, though Justin Jefferson leads the Vikings in targets (30 to Thielen's 26) and receiving yards (254 to 181).
-
Russell Gage WR | SF
Falcons' Russell Gage: Still not practicing
Gage (ankle) was a non-participant at Wednesday's practice, Scott Bair of the Falcons' official site reports.
Gage has had a disappointing start to the campaign, following up a catchless season opener by injuring his ankle Week 2, when he hauled in five of seven passes for 28 yards. He likely will need to get on the practice field in some capacity Thursday or Friday to be considered a candidate to return to action Week 4. While Gage remains sidelined, Olamide Zaccheaus and Tajae Sharpe should have larger roles in the Falcons offense.
-
JuJu Smith-Schuster WR | NYG
Steelers' JuJu Smith-Schuster: Misses practice
Smith-Schuster (ribs) didn't practice Wednesday.
He's considered day-to-day after X-rays on his ribs came back negative. Meanwhile, Diontae Johnson (knee) returned to a limited practice Wednesday, after missing each session last week and ultimately being ruled out ahead of the Steelers' loss to Cincinnati. Smith-Schuster left that game early, finishing with three catches for 25 yards while playing 40 percent of snaps.
-
Diontae Johnson WR | CLE
Steelers' Diontae Johnson: Returns to limited practice
Johnson (knee) returned to practice Wednesday as a limited participant, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.
While Johnson returned after missing every practice each week, quarterback Ben Roethlisberger (pectoral) and wide receiver JuJu Smith-Schuster (rib) both missed Wednesday's session. Roethlisberger likely will continue playing through his injury -- though perhaps not at a high level -- but Smith-Schuster's availability for Week 4 is a real question. Either way, the biggest issue for Johnson is his own knee injury, as he gets plenty of targets whenever he's healthy, even if the Steelers have other mouths to feed as well. An upgrade to full participation Thursday or Friday would allow fantasy managers to enter the weekend with confidence in Johnson suiting up Sunday in Green Bay.
