Xavier Worthy WR | KC
Chiefs' Xavier Worthy: Won't play Sunday
Worthy (shoulder) has been ruled out for Sunday night's game against the Giants.
Worthy will not travel with the team for the contest, so his return to action is on hold for now. In his continued absence, Hollywood Brown, Tyquan Thornton and JuJu Smith-Schuster are once again slated to see added WR snaps for the Chiefs, while Jalen Royals (knee, questionable) could join the mix as well in Week 3.

Xavier Worthy WR | KC
Chiefs' Xavier Worthy: Not expected to play Sunday
Worthy (shoulder) isn't expected to play Sunday night against the Giants, Dianna Russini of The Athletic reports.
Though Worthy was able to practice in a limited fashion this week, it appears as though the Chiefs are inclined to err on the side of caution with the wideout. Assuming he is ruled inactive Sunday, Hollywood Brown, Tyquan Thornton and JuJu Smith-Schuster would continue to see added WR snaps in Week 3, with Jalen Royals (knee, questionable) possibly joining the mix as well.

Jordan Watkins WR | SF
49ers' Jordan Watkins: Could be headed for lengthy absence
Watkins (calf) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Matt Barrows of The Athleticreports.
Watkins was added to the injury report Thursday and was quickly ruled out for Sunday's game. Coach Kyle Shanahan stated the injury is a long-term issue, and Watkins is a candidate to be placed on injured reserve, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

Cody White WR | SEA
Cody White: Bounced back to practice squad
The Seahawks released White but signed him back to the practice squad Friday, John Boyle of the team's official site reports.
White has had a whirlwind week, as he was signed to the Seahawks' active roster Wednesday. He'll now return to the practice squad, and he is a candidate to be elevated ahead of Sunday's game against the Saints.

Bryce Oliver WR | TEN
Titans' Bryce Oliver: Questionable for Week 3
Oliver (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Colts.
Oliver suffered a knee injury in Week 2 and has not practiced in any capacity throughout the week. While he's officially listed as questionable, his practice participation doesn't bode well for him suiting up.

Jauan Jennings WR | SF
49ers' Jauan Jennings: Deemed questionable for Week 3
Jennings (ankle/shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
Jennings didn't practice Wednesday or Thursday and wasn't spotted by reporters at Friday's session. It's not looking great right now, but the 49ers could treat Jennings as a game-day decision ahead of their 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff this Sunday. If Jennings doesn't play, Ricky Pearsall will project for a larger target share, while veteran wideouts Kendrick Bourne, Russell Gage, Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Skyy Moore take on Jennings' vacated snaps.

Braxton Berrios WR | HOU
Texans' Braxton Berrios: Cleared to play
Berrios (hamstring) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the Jaguars.
Berrios is set to make his season debut after missing the first two games with a hamstring issue. He's unlikely to see much action on offense, but Berrios could handle some kickoff and punt returns.
-
Tory Horton WR | SEA
Seahawks' Tory Horton: Good to go
Horton (groin) was a full practice participant Friday and doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's game against New Orleans, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.
Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Cooper Kupp have accounted for 67.3 percent of Seattle's targets through two weeks, but Horton found a way to chip in during last Sunday's 31-17 win at Pittsburgh, scoring from 21 yards out on his first NFL catch. The Seahawks likely won't expect much more from him than the occasional big play, unless Smith-Njigba or Kupp misses time with an injury. For Week 3, the rookie figures to handle his usual role as the No. 3 wide receiver in Seattle.

Noah Brown WR | WAS
Commanders' Noah Brown: Ruled out for Sunday
Brown (groin) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against Las Vegas, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.
Brown hasn't practiced since making an early exit from last Thursday's loss to the Packers. His absence leaves Jaylin Lane as the probable No. 3 receiver, although Luke McCaffrey could also help fill the void.
-
Christian Kirk WR | SF
Texans' Christian Kirk: Set to play Sunday
Kirk (hamstring) doesn't carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Jaguars after practicing fully Friday.
DJ Bien-Aime of ESPN.com relayed Tuesday that coach DeMeco Ryans said Kirk was expected to play this weekend after missing the Texans' first two games with a hamstring issue, an outcome that's now been confirmed. In his looming return, Kirk will bolster a Houston wideout corps that's led by Nico Collins, and assuming no in-game setbacks, he has a chance to see enough volume Sunday to merit Week 3 fantasy lineup consideration.
