    The Colts waived Horton on Tuesday. Horton signed with the Colts in early May as an undrafted free agent out of Purdue. The wide receiver is likely no longer necessary now that Josh Downs is healthy and practicing. Horton will be placed on waivers, and if he clears will become a free agent able to sign with any team.
