  • Josh Palmer WR | BUF

Bills' Joshua Palmer: Records five catches in win

Palmer caught five of nine targets for 61 yards in Sunday's 41-40 win over the Ravens.

Palmer played a solid 62 percent of the Bills' offensive snaps Sunday while operating as Buffalo's No. 3 wide receiver behind Keon Coleman and Khalil Shakir, who finished with snap percentages of 88 and 75 percent, respectively. Additionally, the veteran wideout's nine targets were tied for the second-highest total among all Bills pass catchers. Though he may be an inconsistent producer based on his role in an offense flush with playmakers, Palmer proved that he is a trusted target of Josh Allen in his regular season debut with Buffalo. Palmer will look to build upon his performance when the Bills visit the Jets in Week 2.

  • Jaylin Lane WR | WAS

Commanders' Jaylin Lane: Targeted twice in debut

Lane caught one of his two targets for 11 yards in Sunday's 21-6 win over the Giants.

Lane operated as the No. 4 wide receiver in the Commanders' offense, but it was encouraging to see him targeted twice while he played 30 percent of the team's offensive snaps. The rookie wideout will continue to develop as the season progresses, but he'll likely face an uphill battle for steady usage in an offense that is flush with playmakers. Lane will have his next opportunity to take a step forward in Week 2 when the Commanders visit the Packers.

  • Luke McCaffrey WR | WAS

Commanders' Luke McCaffrey: Not involved against Giants

McCaffrey failed to record a single target in Sunday's 21-6 win over the Giants.

McCaffrey was unable to take a step forward in the first game of his second season, as the 24-year-old was not targeted in the passing game and was on the field for just five of the Commanders' 70 offensive snaps. Buried on the wide receiver depth chart behind Terry McLaurin, Deebo Samuel, Noah Brown and Jaylin Lane, McCaffrey will not see enough usage in Washington's offense to make a fantasy impact on a consistent basis. Nonetheless, the Rice product will have his next chance to be more involved when the Commanders visit the Packers in Week 2.

  • Andrei Iosivas WR | CIN

Bengals' Andrei Iosivas: Not targeted in win

Iosivas was not targeted in Sunday's 17-16 win over the Browns.

Iosivas operated as the Bengals' No. 3 wide receiver Sunday, playing 65 percent of the team's offensive snaps. Meanwhile, Cincinnati's top duo at wideout, Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins, saw snap shares of 87 and 79 percent, respectively. With plenty of mouths to feed on offense in Chase, Higgins, Chase Brown, Noah Fant and Mike Gesicki, Iosivas will be extremely difficult to trust for anything close to consistent fantasy production. Iosivas should remain far off the fantasy radar when the Bengals host the Jaguars in Week 2.

  • Buccaneers' Kameron Johnson: Flashes on one punt return

Johnson logged one snap on offense and didn't draw a target in the Buccaneers' 23-20 win over the Falcons on Sunday, but he returned one punt for 54 yards.

Johnson wasn't expected to have a role on offense, but his chunk play on special teams set up the Buccaneers at the Falcons' 32-yard line early in the third quarter. Tampa Bay would go on to score five plays later on a nine-yard touchdown pass from Baker Mayfield to Bucky Irving, making Johnson's impressive return an integral play in the narrow victory. Johnson will remain the Buccaneers' punt returner in a Week 2 road matchup against the Texans, and he could begin carving out some snaps on offense as the season unfolds.

  • Myles Price WR | MIN

Vikings' Myles Price: Shines as returner in NFL debut

Price averaged 17.0 yards on four punt returns and 24.5 yards on three kickoff returns in Monday's win at Chicago.

Price is Minnesota's punt returner and a primary kickoff returner along with Ty Chandler. He made a significant impact in Monday's game, and it looks like the rookie could be a star return man.

  • Tai Felton WR | MIN

Vikings' Tai Felton: Plays exclusively on special teams

Felton did not play a single offensive snap in Monday's 27-24 win over the Bears.

Felton played 19 snaps with the Vikings' special teams unit but didn't see any usage in Minnesota's offense. The rookie wideout is behind teammates Justin Jefferson, Jalen Nailor and Adam Thielen in the wide receiver pecking order, so Felton faces an uphill battle for playing time outside of his role on special teams. Seeing rotational snaps at receiver will become even more difficult when teammate Jordan Addison returns from his three-game suspension. Felton should be ignored for fantasy purposes when the Vikings host the Falcons in Week 2.

  • Tim Jones WR | JAC

Tim Jones: Back on Minnesota's practice squad

Jones reverted to the Vikings' practice squad Tuesday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Jones was elevated for Week 1 against Chicago and saw most of his work on special teams, logging 14 snaps with that unit versus three on offense. He didn't see any targets during his brief time lining up as a wideout. Jones could continue to get elevated for gameday while Jordan Addison serves out the remainder of his three-game suspension.

  • Ravens' Devontez Walker: Limited to special teams

Walker failed to play a single offensive snap in Sunday's 41-40 loss to the Bills.

Walker played 21 snaps on special teams Sunday and was not a part of Baltimore's offensive plans against the Bills. The second-year wideout remains buried on the wide receiver depth chart behind Zay Flowers, Rashod Bateman, DeAndre Hopkins and Tylan Wallace. Barring injuries, Walker remains far off the fantasy radar ahead of a Week 2 matchup against the Browns.

  • Packers' Christian Watson: Nabs one-year contract extension

Watson (knee) agreed to a one-year, $13.25 million contract extension with the Packers on Tuesday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Watson has opened the campaign on the reserve/PUP list while he continues to recover from a torn ACL in his right knee, which he suffered in Week 18 of last season. The wide receiver entered 2025 on the final year of his rookie deal, but he now will remain in Green Bay at least one additional season. Watson compiled a career-high 620 receiving yards with two touchdowns on 29 catches over 15 games in 2024 before going down with the knee injury. The 26-year-old will remain out for the first four games of the season, but he could return to action as soon as Week 6 versus the Bengals on Oct. 12.
