  • Rashod Bateman WR | BAL

Ravens' Rashod Bateman: Active versus Steelers

Bateman (foot) is listed as active for Saturday's game against the Steelers.

After being a full participant Tuesday, Bateman was limited at practice Wednesday before being deemed a non-participant Thursday as well as questionable for Saturday's contest. Per Jamison Hensley of ESPN.com, the 2021 first-rounder was spotted wearing a walking boot in the locker room Thursday, but Bateman has evidently progressed to the point that he'll be available to face Pittsburgh after all. It remains to be seen if he'll be limited at all in the process, but Bateman's presence in any capacity bolsters a Ravens wideout corps that also features Zay Flowers, with Tylan Wallace, Devontez Walker and Anthony Miller on hand to provide support in the absence of Nelson Agholor (concussion) and Diontae Johnson, who the team waived Friday.

  • Tank Dell WR | HOU

Texans' Tank Dell: Suffers significant knee injury

Dell was carted off Saturday's game against the Chiefs after suffering a knee injury, DJ Bien-Aime of ESPN.com reports. His leg was immobilized by a brace.

Dell caught a 30-yard touchdown but in the process had his knee rolled into by a teammate. The second-year receiver had tallied six catches for 98 yards and a touchdown before suffering the injury during the early stages of the third quarter.

  • Chiefs' Xavier Worthy: Returns to game

Worthy returned to start the second half after suffering an ankle injury in the second quarter of Saturday's contest against the Texans, Adam Teicher of ESPN.com reports.

The speedy wide receiver ultimately didn't miss a possession after Worthy suffered an ankle injury late on the Chiefs' final drive of the first half. Worthy has six touches through the first 30 minutes of the game.

  • Chiefs' Xavier Worthy: Injures ankle during game

Worthy is questionable to return to Saturday's game against the Texans after sustaining an ankle injury.

Worthy appeared to injure his ankle after slipping while running a route. The rookie was trending toward one of the better games of his career with four catches for 26 yards on five targets and another two carries, and it remains to be seen if he'll return.

  • James Proche WR | TEN

Browns' James Proche: Elevated again for Week 16

The Browns elevated Proche from their practice squad Saturday ahead of Sunday's battle against the Bengals, Chris Easterling of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.

Proche will be elevated for the third straight week as Cedric Tillman continues to sit out due to a concussion. Over the past two weeks as a gameday elevation, Proche has tallied two catches for 18 yards on four offensive snaps. He figures to again log just a few offensive snaps Sunday while also contributing on special teams.

  • Cedric Tillman WR | CLE

Browns' Cedric Tillman: Missing fourth straight game

Tillman (concussion) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Bengals, Chris Easterling of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.

This is the fourth game Tillman will miss after suffering a concussion against the Steelers back on Thursday night football in Week 12. The switch from Jameis Winston to Dorian Thompson-Robinson might subdue what had been a vibrant passing attack with Jerry Jeudy and Elijah Moore absorbing the majority of the passing volume in Tillman's absence.

  • Derius Davis WR | LAC

Chargers' Derius Davis: First TD of season

Davis lost three yards on his only carry and also caught two passes for 31 yards and a touchdown in the 34-27 win over the Broncos on Thursday.

Davis' first touchdown of the season came on a blown assignment as the speedy receiver took advantage of a defender cheating too far up on a simple checkdown route, and the receiver immediately exploded down the sideline for a relatively easy 19-yard touchdown reception. The second-year wideout is effectively an end-around gadget player, as he's played 10 or fewer offensive snaps in six of the past eight games.

  • Jared Wayne WR | HOU

    Texans' Jared Wayne: Elevated Friday

Wayne was elevated to the Texans' active roster Friday.

Wayne made his NFL regular-season debut in the Texans' Week 13 win over the Jaguars, failing to record a stat over 31 total snaps (16 offensive and 15 on special teams). He's been added to the active roster again ahead of Week 16 with John Metchie (shoulder) ruled out for Saturday's matchup against the Chiefs. Wayne is likely to serve as a depth piece in Houston's wide receiver room Saturday.

  • Steven Sims WR | ARI

    Steven Sims: Dropped by Houston

The Texans waived Sims on Friday.

Before being waived Friday, Sims appeared in seven games with the Texans in 2024, recording 195 kick-return yards and 99 punt-return yards across 72 total snaps (nine offensive and 63 on special teams). Sims could draw significant interest on the free-agent market from teams in need of a return specialist.

  • Jaylen Waddle WR | DEN

Dolphins' Jaylen Waddle: Doubtful for Week 16

Fellow wideout Tyreek Hill (wrist/personal) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the 49ers, while Waddle (knee) is doubtful for the contest, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.

With Waddle -- who didn't practice this week -- as well as Dee Eskridge (knee, doubtful) trending toward being out this weekend and Hill's status now uncertain, Malik Washington and River Cracraft currently are the healthiest wideout options that Miami currently rosters. Considering that, practice-squad members Tarik Black, Erik Ezukanma and Isaiah McKenzie are candidates to be elevated ahead of Week 16 action.
