Jauan Jennings WR | SF
49ers' Jauan Jennings: Highly inefficient in loss
Jennings secured two of nine targets for 31 yards in the 49ers' 12-6 loss to the Rams on Thursday night.
Just four days after bringing in seven of eight targets -- a pair of touchdown grabs among them -- against the Bears, Jennings saw a team-high target total in Thursday's rainy conditions but was highly inefficient. The veteran wideout entered Thursday with a solid 73.1 percent catch rate on the season, and his struggles led to his lowest yardage total since Week 6. Jennings will aim to bounce back against a talented Dolphins secondary in a Week 16 road interconference battle on Sunday, Dec. 22.

Cooper Kupp WR | SEA
Rams' Cooper Kupp: Comes up empty on three targets
Kupp failed to bring in any of his three targets in the Rams' 12-6 win over the 49ers on Thursday night.
The wet conditions certainly played a role, but seeing Kupp finish without a catch for the first time since Week 10 of the 2019 season and second time in his career still was shocking, not to mention especially ill-timed from a fantasy perspective. Kupp had entered Thursday with at least 60 receiving yards in five of the previous six games, and he'll naturally have nowhere to go but up in a Week 16 road matchup against the Jets on Sunday, Dec. 22.

Puka Nacua WR | LAR
Rams' Puka Nacua: Seven catches in Week 15 win
Nacua secured seven of eight targets for 97 yards in the Rams' 12-6 win over the 49ers on Thursday night. He also rushed twice for 11 yards.
Nacua comfortably led the Rams in receptions, receiving yards and targets, with his night boosted significantly by a 51-yard grab to ignite an early fourth-quarter drive. The second-year standout now has at least seven receptions and Thursday's yardage tally in six of the eight games he's played since returning from an IR stint due to a knee injury, affording him plenty of momentum heading into a Week 16 road matchup against the Jets on Sunday, Dec. 22.

Britain Covey WR | PHI
Eagles' Britain Covey: Full participant Thursday
Covey (neck) was a full participant in Thursday's practice.
The wide receiver and punt returner was a limited participant Wednesday. Covey suffered the injury in Week 13 against the Ravens and missed the Eagles' Week 14 clash with the Panthers. The third-year pro should resume his punt-return duties Sunday against the Steelers.

Bub Means WR | NO
Saints' Bub Means: Misses practice Thursday
Means (ankle) did not participate in practice Thursday, Matthew Paras of The New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.
The wide receiver was downgraded after participating on a limited basis in Wednesday's session. Means remains on injured reserve and in the midst of his 21-day practice window to return to the active roster. His absence Thursday seems to suggest that he may not be available for Sunday's matchup with the Commanders.

Jamari Thrash WR | CLE
Browns' Jamari Thrash: Limited again
Thrash (shoulder) was listed as a limited participant in practice for the second day in a row Thursday, Mary Kay Cabot of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports.
The wide receiver missed the Browns' Week 14 loss to the Steelers with the injury. Thrash has appeared in five games and on 50 offensive snaps this season, making three catches for 22 yards and no scores. With Cedric Tillman (concussion) returning to practice this week. Thrash may find himself low on the depth chart even if he's able to play this Sunday against the Chiefs.

Bryce Ford-Wheaton WR | NYG
Giants' Bryce Ford-Wheaton: Limited at practice
Ford-Wheaton (shoulder) was a limited participant at the Giants' practice Thursday.
Ford-Wheaton appears to be dealing with a shoulder injury to open the week, limiting his ability to fully participate at the team's practice. The wide receiver will look to increase his participation at Friday's final practice of the week ahead of Sunday's matchup with the Ravens.

Jakeem Grant WR | ATL
Jakeem Grant: Back with Atlanta
Atlanta signed Grant to its practice squad Tuesday, Terrin Waack of the Falcons' official site reports.
Due to injuries, Grant hasn't appeared in a regular-season game since 2021, but he spent parts of August and November with the Falcons and could get a chance to see some late-season playing time over the final four weeks of the regular season.

Romeo Doubs WR | NE
Packers' Romeo Doubs: Another full practice, still in protocol
Doubs (concussion) practiced in full Thursday, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.
Despite logging a second straight uncapped session, Doubs remains in the protocol for head injuries, as coach Matt LaFleur told Matt Schneidman of The Athletic earlier Thursday. Doubs likely only needs to gain clearance from an independent neurologist in order to gain clearance to play again, but it's unclear yet if he'll do so and put an end to a two-game absence Sunday at Seattle.

DK Metcalf WR | PIT
Seahawks' DK Metcalf: Still dealing with shoulder issue
Metcalf (shoulder) was limited at Thursday's practice, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Metcalf now has had his practice reps impacted for a third consecutive week due to a shoulder issue, but he still was able to play Weeks 13 and 14, combining for eight catches (on 15 targets) for 115 yards and no touchdowns. Friday's injury report may provide some clarity regarding his status ahead of Sunday's contest against the Packers.
