Shaka Heyward LB | CIN
Bengals' Shaka Heyward: Not playing Sunday
Heyward (lower leg) has been ruled out for Cincinnati's matchup versus the Bills on Sunday.
Heyward was designated to return from injured reserve, but the team will wait at least one more week before officially activating him. Sunday's game will mark the 25-year-old's fifth consecutive absence, but he'll aim to be good to go for the Week 15 matchup versus Baltimore.

Jaelan Phillips LB | CAR
Eagles' Jaelan Phillips: Set to play Monday
Phillips (concussion) does not carry an injury designation for Week 14 against the Chargers.
Phillips cleared concussion protocol and was a full participant in the team's practice Friday, meaning he is ready to play Monday versus the Chargers. In four games since being traded to the Eagles, the 26-year-old has recorded 15 tackles (eight solo), including 1.0 sacks, and one pass breakup.

Shy Tuttle DT | WAS
Titans' Shy Tuttle: Ruled out vs. Browns
Tuttle (concussion) won't play in Tennessee's matchup versus the Browns on Sunday.
Tuttle was a full participant in practice throughout the week but was unable to clear the league's concussion protocol in time for Sunday's game. The 30-year-old will now aim to make his return during the Week 15 matchup versus the 49ers, where he would resume his role as a depth defender.

Zack Baun LB | PHI
Eagles' Zack Baun: Clear for Monday
Baun (hand) does not carry an injury designation for Week 14.
Baun was listed as a limited participant in practice both Thursday and Friday with a hand injury. However, he was listed as a full participant Saturday and is ready for Monday night's game against the Chargers. The 28-year-old has 96 tackles, including 3.0 sacks, one interception and one forced fumble in 12 games this season.

Kendell Brooks SAF | TEN
Titans' Kendell Brooks: Will play Sunday
Brooks (concussion) is good to go for Tennessee's matchup versus the Browns on Sunday.
Brooks has officially cleared the league's concussion protocol after having been a full participant in practice throughout the week. The 25-year-old missed the team's last two games but should resume his role as a special teamer during Sunday's game.

Ty Chandler RB | NO
Vikings' Ty Chandler: Staying on injured reserve
The Vikings have ruled out Chandler (knee) for Sunday's game versus the Commanders.
Since Minnesota designated Chandler for return from injured reserve Wednesday, he followed an LP/FP/FP practice regimen before the team considered him questionable for Week 14 action. Now that he's officially unavailable Sunday, the Vikings will continue to roll with the RB trio of Aaron Jones, Jordan Mason and Zavier Scott. Chandler's next chance to play is Sunday, Dec. 14 at Dallas.

Greg Dortch WR | DET
Cardinals' Greg Dortch: Placed on injured reserve
The Cardinals placed Dortch (chest) on injured reserve Saturday, Darren Urban of the team's official site reports.
Dortch thus will miss at least the next four games due to the chest injury that didn't allow him to practice at all during Week 14 prep, meaning his next possible chance to play this season is Week 18 at the Rams. With Marvin Harrison (heel) out for Sunday's game against the Rams and all of Dortch, Zay Jones (Achilles) and Simi Fehoko (wrist) on IR, Arizona's available wide receivers will be Michael Wilson, Andre Baccellia and practice-squad elevations Trent Sherfield and Jalen Brooks, while Xavier Weaver (hamstring) is questionable to suit up.

Otito Ogbonnia DT | DAL
Chargers' Otito Ogbonnia: Questionable for Monday
Ogbonnia (elbow) is questionable for Monday's game versus the Eagles.
The Chargers designated Ogbonnia to return to practice Nov. 29 after he missed the last five games with an elbow injury. Though he has not been officially activated off injured reserve, the 25-year-old was able to string together multiple full practices, giving him the potential to play in Week 14 against the Eagles.
-
Noah Brown WR | WAS
Commanders' Noah Brown: Comes off IR, still questionable
The Commanders activated Brown (groin/knee) from injured reserve Saturday, but he remains questionable for Sunday's game in Minnesota.
Brown thus is poised for his first action since Week 2, as he seeks to put an end to a 10-game absence due to groin and knee injuries. The Commanders are turning back to second-year QB Jayden Daniels after he completed his recovery from a dislocated left elbow, so the passing game is as close to 100 percent as it has been since the very early stages of the campaign. Brown will be operating behind the top WR duo of Terry McLaurin and Deebo Samuel on Sunday, assuming he's made active about 90 minutes before a 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.

Tucker Fisk TE | LAC
Chargers' Tucker Fisk: Ruled out for Monday
The Chargers have ruled out Fisk (ankle) for Monday's game against the Eagles.
Fisk was unable to practice this week with an ankle injury. It's unclear when he was injured, as he saw 26 snaps on offense in Week 13, on par with the rest of the season. Oronde Gadsden should not see much of a role change; however, Will Dissly and Tyler Conklin could see a higher snap count and larger role in the blocking game in Fisk's absence.
