Holmes (illness) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Chargers.

Holmes was unable to practice Friday with what appears to be a newly acquired illness. The slot cornerback's ability to play Sunday will hinge on his immune system working quickly. If the 27-year-old is unable to suit up, snaps at slot cornerback will likely pass to Darien Porter, with Jamal Adams also having a chance at the role.

Moore brought in two of five targets for 17 yards and rushed once for 10 yards in the Bears' 24-15 win over the Eagles on Friday.

Just five days following a two-touchdown effort against the Steelers, Moore was virtually a non-factor in Friday's upset victory. Moore has topped out at two catches and 18 receiving yards in three of his last four games, making his 5-64-2 line versus Pittsburgh in Week 12 an outlier within that stretch. Caleb Williams' inconsistencies certainly don't help the veteran receiver's cause, but he figures to at least draw plenty of targets in a critical Week 14 road clash against the Packers on Sunday, Dec. 7.

Hill (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Colts.

Hill was injured in Week 11 and will miss his second straight contest for Houston. Mainly a special-teams player, Hill has appeared in 10 games this season, logging 201 snaps in kick coverage and just three snaps on defense.

Carter (hamstring) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Colts.

Carter was injured in last Thursday night's win over the Bills. He's logged 36 snaps on special teams this season.

Butler (illness) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Chargers.

Butler was unable to practice Thursday due to an illness, but he appears to have fought it off enough to be a limited participant Friday. If the starting defensive tackle cannot suit up for Sunday's game, Thomas Booker and JJ Pegues will likely see an increase in rotational defensive-line snaps.

Williams completed 17 of 36 passes for 154 yards with one touchdown and one interception while adding five carries for 13 yards in the Bears' 24-15 win over the Eagles on Friday.

As his numbers indicate, Williams put together a forgettable fantasy effort that saw him average just 4.3 yards per attempt and finish with a QB rating of 56.9. The 2024 first overall pick leaned heavily on a ground attack that repeatedly knifed through the Eagles defense and a gritty performance from his own team's unit against Philadelphia's offense. Williams connected with Cole Kmet for his one touchdown pass from 28 yards out with just over six minutes remaining in the contest, and his late third-quarter pick was nullified by a Jalen Hurts fumble on a Tush Push attempt four plays later. Williams did see a four-game interception-less streak snapped with the miscue and has thrown for under 200 yards in two of the last three games, but at 9-3, the Bears head into a critical road clash with the Packers on Sunday, Dec. 7 with plenty of momentum.

White (illness) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Chargers.

White was unable to practice Friday due to an illness he seemingly just acquired. Even if the running back can shake the illness, he will likely be a healthy inactive for the seventh consecutive game behind Ashton Jeanty, Raheem Mostert and Dylan Laube.

Campbell (hip) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against San Francisco, Zac Jackson of The Athletic reports.

Campbell's practice reps were limited earlier in the week, but he's ready to roll after piling up a career-high 10 tackles in last Sunday's win over the Raiders. Campbell should see a lot of Jauan Jennings and Ricky Pearsall in coverage against the 49ers.

Monangai rushed 22 times for 130 yards and a touchdown and failed to bring in his only target in the Bears' 24-15 win over the Eagles on Friday.

Monangai surprisingly returned to a starter-level workload despite D'Andre Swift being active and gaining 125 rushing yards of his own while also punching in a score. Monangai outpaced his veteran backfield mate by four carries and recorded his fifth rush TD of the season on a four-yard run early in the fourth quarter. Monangai had topped out at 12 carries in terms of a single-game tally in the last three contests, so the boost in volume Friday was significant and surprising. Nevertheless, the division of labor in the backfield is likely to continue fluctuating game to game moving forward, and Friday's usage for both backs was largely the result of a favorable game script and clear matchup advantage.

Schwesinger (ankle) doesn't carry an injury designation into Sunday's game against the 49ers, Zac Jackson of The Athletic reports.

Schwesinger saw some limited practice reps earlier in the week but is good to go for Week 13. The rookie linebacker has appeared in all 11 games this season, recording 96 tackles (44 solo), including 1.5 sacks, and two interceptions.
