Jonathan Mingo WR | DAL
Cowboys' Jonathan Mingo: Healthy scratch Thanksgiving Day
Mingo (coach's decision) is inactive for Thursday's game against the Chiefs, Nick Harris of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.
Mingo has consistently been a healthy scratch since returning from IR late October, as his first game being listed as active came Week 12 versus the Eagles. With Jalen Tolbert now back in the lineup versus Kansas City, however, Mingo reverts to his usual role. His next chance to suit up will come Thursday, Dec. 4 versus the Lions in Week 14.

Jameis Winston QB | NYG
Giants' Jameis Winston: Back to backup role
Winson is positioned to operate as the No. 2 quarterback behind Jaxson Dart, who cleared the concussion protocol Thursday, versus the Patriots on Monday Night Football.
Winston kept the Giants competitive in both of his starts while Dart was unavailable, though New York ultimately lost by one score to the Packers in Week 11 and in overtime to the Lions in Week 12. Across those two games, Winston completed 37 of 65 pass attempts for 567 yards, two touchdowns and two interceptions. He also rushed seven times for 23 yards and another score. While Winston will now revert to the bench, bumping Russell Wilson down to the No. 3 role, he remains a high-upside backup stash in fantasy formats that allow multiple starting quarterbacks.

Kamren Kinchens SAF | LAR
Rams' Kamren Kinchens: DNP again Thursday
Kinchens (shoulder) did not practice Thursday, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.
It is unclear when Kinchens suffered his shoulder injury, as he finished Sunday night's win over the Buccaneers. With two missed practices this week, the starting safety will have one more chance to participate ahead of Sunday's matchup against the Panthers.

Amon-Ra St. Brown WR | DET
Lions' Amon-Ra St. Brown: Ruled out of Thanksgiving matchup
St. Brown (ankle) won't return to Thursday's contest against the Packers.
St. Brown exited in the first quarter after the first play of the Lions' second possession after he was rolled up on by two Lions offensive linemen. He'll thus finish Week 13 action with no catches (on one target) and turn his focus to next Thursday's matchup with the Cowboys. Jameson Williams will handle the No. 1 WR role for the Lions for the rest of this Thursday's outing.

Brian Thomas Jr. WR | JAC
Jaguars' Brian Thomas: Logs full practice Thursday
Thomas (ankle) practiced fully Thursday.
This past Sunday, Tom Pelissero of NFL Network indicated that Thomas -- who last played in Week 9 -- had a good chance to return to action in Week 13 versus the Titans, and the wideout's return to a full practice Thursday paves the way for that to occur. In the eight contests he's been available for, Thomas has recorded a 30-420-1 line on 60 targets, a pace down from his strong level of output in 2024, yet enough to make the Jaguars' top WR worthy of fantasy lineup consideration in his looming return to the lineup.

Jaxson Dart QB | NYG
Giants' Jaxson Dart: Clears concussion protocol
Dart was listed as full on Thursday's estimated practice report, and the Giants announced that the rookie quarterback officially cleared the concussion protocol, Dan Salomone of the team's official site reports.
When interim head coach Mike Kafka spoke to the media Wednesday, he told Evan Barnes of Newsday that Dart remained in the protocol for head injuries, but as of the Giants posting their first Week 13 injury report, he's now received clearance for his first game action since Week 10. Dart thus is poised to resume directing the offense Monday at New England, while Jameis Winston will return to a backup role.

Christian Rozeboom LB | TB
Panthers' Christian Rozeboom: Fails to participate again
Rozeboom (hip/hamstring) was a non-participant in Thursday's walkthrough, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.
Rozeboom missed Week 12 with a hip injury and has now missed two practices this week as well. If the linebacker wants to suit up for Sunday's contest against the Rams, he will have to practice Friday in some capacity.
-
Tutu Atwell WR | MIA
Rams' Tutu Atwell: Practices in full again
Atwell (hamstring), who officially remains on IR, was a full participant in Thursday's practice, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.
Atwell has logged two straight full practices since having his 21-day window opened Wednesday. The expectation is that Los Angeles will activate Atwell to the 53-man roster from IR in time for him to suit up for Sunday's road matchup against Carolina.
-
Jaycee Horn CB | CAR
Panthers' Jaycee Horn: Absent from walkthrough
Horn (concussion) did not practice in Thursday's walkthrough, Darin Gantt of the Panthers' official site reports.
Horn has sat out consecutive practices with the concussion he sustained in the Monday Night Football loss to the 49ers. The cornerback's Week 13 availability will hinge on whether he can return to practice Friday on at least a limited basis and whether he gains clearance from the concussion protocol ahead of kickoff.
-
Kendell Brooks SAF | TEN
Titans' Kendell Brooks: Upgrades to full practice Thursday
Brooks (concussion) practiced in full Thursday.
This is a great sign for Brooks, who didn't play Sunday against Seattle due to a concussion and opened this week as non-participant in practice. However, he'll need to clear the NFL's concussion protocol in order to be able to return to action this Sunday versus Jacksonville. If Brooks does get clearance to play, he'll likely continue to work primarily on special teams, as he's logged just one defensive snap so far this season.
