Uchenna Nwosu LB | SEA
Seahawks' Uchenna Nwosu: Dealing with ankle injury
Nwosu (ankle) did not practice Wednesday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Nwosu likely injured his ankle during the Seahawks' 30-24 win over the Titans this past Sunday, when he logged one solo tackle and one pass defense. His practice participation over the next two days will shed light on his chances of playing against the Buccaneers on Sunday. Nwosu's absence would mean more rotational snaps at outside linebacker would be available for Derick Hall, Jared Ivey and Connor O'Toole.

Konata Mumpfield WR | LAR
Rams' Konata Mumpfield: Limited by calf injury
Mumpfield (calf) logged a limited practice Wednesday, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.
Mumpfield had his most productive game of the season in Week 12, logging two receptions for 25 yards while playing 42 percent of offensive snaps. He was also apparently banged up in the process, leaving his status unclear for a Week 13 matchup against the Panthers.

Claudin Cherelus LB | CAR
Panthers' Claudin Cherelus: Misses practice Wednesday
Cherelus (concussion) did not participate at practice Wednesday.
Cherelus sustained a concussion in Monday night's 20-9 loss to the 49ers, so his inability to practice Wednesday was expected. The linebacker will have to clear concussion protocol in order to play in Week 13, and he'll have two more chances to return to practice before Sunday's game against the Rams.
-
Xavier Smith WR | LAR
Rams' Xavier Smith: Returns to full participation
Smith (concussion) logged a full practice Wednesday, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.
Smith missed the Rams' Week 12 win over the Buccaneers after logging a pair of limited practices. His return to a full session Wednesday is positive, but it's unclear if he has cleared the league's concussion protocol -- a necessary step before he can return in Week 13 against the Panthers.
-
Jaycee Horn CB | CAR
Panthers' Jaycee Horn: Absent from practice
Horn (concussion) did not practice Wednesday.
Horn suffered a concussion in the team's 20-9 loss to the 49ers on Monday Night Football, so his absence Wednesday doesn't come as a surprise. The cornerback is fighting an uphill battle to play in Week 13, and he'll have two more chances to return to practice prior to Sunday's matchup with the Rams.
-
Jaylon Johnson CB | CHI
Bears' Jaylon Johnson: Racking up full practices
Johnson (groin) logged a full practice Wednesday.
Johnson has only played one game this season and has been recovering from groin surgery since late September. He has logged four consecutive full practices dating back to last week, so he could return to the field Friday against Philadelphia.
-
Trevin Wallace LB | CAR
Panthers' Trevin Wallace: Full practice Wednesday
Wallace (shoulder) was a full participant at practice Wednesday.
Wallace appears to be on track to return to action in Week 13 after missing the team's Week 12 loss to the 49ers on Monday Night Football due to a shoulder injury. The linebacker will have two more chances to build off of Wednesday's practice ahead of Sunday's matchup with the Rams.
-
Kyler Gordon CB | CHI
Bears' Kyler Gordon: Another full practice
Gordon (calf) was a full practice participant Wednesday.
Gordon has only been able to suit up for two games this season while dealing with a few lower-body injuries. He's logged three full practices since being designated to return dating back to last week, suggesting his return Friday against the Eagles is a realistic possibility.
-
Christian Rozeboom LB | TB
Panthers' Christian Rozeboom: Misses practice Wednesday
Rozeboom (hip/hamstring) was a non-participant at practice Wednesday.
Rozeboom was forced to miss the team's Week 12 loss to the 49ers due to a hip injury, and he's yet to return to practice since suffering the injury in Week 11. The linebacker will have two more chances to practice before Sunday's matchup with the Rams.
-
T.J. Edwards LB | CHI
Bears' T.J. Edwards: Still no practice
Edwards (hand) did not practice Wednesday.
Edwards is still recovering from a broken hand and has missed the last two games with the injury. He has yet to practice this week, suggesting his status is in jeopardy for Friday's game against the Eagles.
