Las Vegas signed Bell to its practice squad Thursday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Bell was waived by the Saints on Saturday after missing the cut for their 53-man roster, but now he's getting a shot to make an impression with a new team. The Raiders have arguably the most unproven group of wide receivers in the league to start 2026, so if Bell is elevated to the active roster at any point, he could be a candidate to draw targets right away.

Washington signed Henry to its practice squad Monday, Zach Selby of the Commanders' official site reports.

Henry had a decently productive preseason as a rusher (26 carries for 105 yards and a touchdown), but it wasn't enough to earn him a spot on the Commanders' initial 53-man roster, and now he'll start the new campaign on the practice squad. If free-agent acquisition Rachaad White (hamstring) is unable to play in Week 1, Henry could find himself on the short list for elevations to the active roster.

The Commanders signed Reynolds to the practice squad Monday, Zach Selby of the team's official site reports.

Reynolds was released by the Commanders on Sunday but at least earned a spot on the practice squad. The 30-year-old has appeared in 57 regular-season games for the Commanders, Jaguars and Lions throughout his career in a complementary role, rushing for 658 yards and one touchdown off 154 attempts while adding 25 catches for 258 yards. Reynolds could be elevated at some point during the 2026 season, though that move would likely be only for depth purposes.

Simon was waived by the Falcons on Saturday after missing the cut for their 53-man roster, but he's now getting a fresh opportunity with a new team. He spent the entirety of last season on Atlanta's practice squad.

The Commanders signed Hartman to the practice squad Monday, Zach Selby of the team's official site reports.

Hartman went undrafted in 2024, and while he has remained affiliated with the Commanders since then, he has mostly been relegated to the practice squad. There's a chance the 27-year-old could be elevated during the 2026 campaign, though he still likely wouldn't see any action.

Bryant is slotted in as a top reserve option on the Broncos' unofficial depth chart.

Bryant reeled in 31 of 49 targets for 378 yards and a touchdown over 15 regular-season contests in his rookie campaign with Denver in 2025. The 23-year-old possesses a 6-foot-2, 200-plus pound frame, and he's on track to operate as the immediate backup behind Courtland Sutton as a boundary receiver with Denver this season. Bryant has already impressed with his physicality at his position, and he could earn more opportunities in his first campaign with new play caller Davis Webb.

Washington signed Westover to its practice squad Tuesday, Zach Selby of the Commanders' official site reports.

Westover went unclaimed after the Patriots waived him Sunday, but now he's getting another shot with a new club. He suited up for 17 regular-season games with New England in 2025, catching one of his two total targets for no gain.

Smith was voted a Jets captain by his teammates ahead of the 2026 season, Amanda Vogt and Eric Allen of the team's official site reports.

It's been nearly 10 years since Smith last took a snap for the Jets, but after revitalizing his career with the Seahawks and Raiders over the last four seasons, he's back in New York as a grizzled vet with age (34) and experience on his side. Smith recorded at least 3,000 yards and 19 touchdowns through the air in each of those four campaigns, but he also tossed 52 interceptions in 64 regular-season games during that span. Picks are often an issue for Smith, but he at least will have a nice skill-position group of RB Breece Hall (groin), WRs Garrett Wilson, Adonai Mitchell and Omar Cooper and TEs Mason Taylor and Kenyon Sadiq (abdomen) to throw to in 2026.

Tennessee signed Osborn to the practice squad Monday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.

After being released by Tennessee on Sunday, Osborn will join the Titans' practice squad. The 29-year-old has plenty of NFL experience, suiting up for the Vikings and Patriots throughout his career. In 66 regular-season games, he recorded 165 catches for 1,902 yards and 16 touchdowns. Osborn could find his way to the field during the 2026 campaign, though he's not expected to be much of a contributor if he does.
