Tennessee signed Mullings (hip) to its practice squad Monday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Mullings was sidelined during the preseason due to a hip injury, but he's apparently in good enough shape to contribute as a member of Tennessee's practice squad. In nine games with the team in 2025, he totaled three carries for seven yards.

The 28-year-old was selected by the Lions in the third round of the 2023 NFL Draft. He appeared in three regular-season games for Detroit in 2024, going 6-for-9 for 6 yards and adding five carries for two yards. While Hooker could suit up for the Titans during the 2026 campaign, he is a long way away from earning a starting opportunity.

Montgomery totaled two catches for 25 over his three preseason games, which helped to earn him a place on the Titans' practice squad to start the new campaign. He was productive with an age advantage at John Carroll, but it may take injuries for him to be elevated to Tennessee's active roster in 2026.

The 2021 fourth-round pick of the Jets has appeared in 61 regular-season games with New York and the Cardinals, amassing 1,692 rushing yards off 418 attempts and catching 145 passes for 1,038 yards while totaling 10 total touchdowns (nine rushing, one receiving). Carter has a fair amount of starting experience and put together some serviceable performances for Arizona down the stretch last season, so he could get a chance to see the field for the Titans at some point during the 2026 campaign.

Lampe (undisclosed) visited the Bills on Thursday, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.

Lampe was recently waived by the Seahawks with an injury settlement. His visit with the Bills suggests Lampe may be past whatever injury he'd been recovering from.

Dallas signed Mitchell to its practice squad Thursday, Nick Harris of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.

Mitchell cleared waivers after getting cut by the Panthers on Sunday, and he's getting an opportunity with a new team less than a week later. In a corresponding transaction, the Cowboys cut tight end Mitch Van Vooren.
