Harris (calf) is active for Sunday's game against the Patriots, Paul Kuharsky of PaulKuharsky.com reports.

Harris has been cleared to return from a one-game absence due to a calf injury. The rookie sixth-rounder has primarily served on special teams this season and has three tackles (two solo) over his last two games.

Hekker (illness) is active for Sunday's game against the Patriots, Paul Kuharsky of PaulKuharsky.com reports.

Hekker was under the weather over the weekend, but he has been cleared to play Week 7. He is averaging 48.3 yards per punt on 29 attempts this season, nine of which have landed inside the 20-yard line.

Murray (neck) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Rams, Demetrius Harvey of The Florida Times-Union reports.

Murray sustained a neck injury during the third quarter of Sunday's game, which is severe enough for him to be sidelined for the rest of the contest. Antonio Johnson will remain in the game at safety alongside Andrew Wingard. Murray will end his day with five tackles (three solo).

Stiggers (hip) is inactive Sunday against the Panthers.

Stiggers did not practice throughout the week and will miss Sunday's game. The 23-year-old cornerback logged 132 special teams snaps through Week 6, and the Jets unit will be short-handed without him.

Howell is inactive (coach's decision) but will be available as the emergency third quarterback Sunday against the Vikings.

The 25-year-old has regularly filled that role this season since initially opening the campaign as Jalen Hurts' primary backup. Howell has yet to see game action while Tanner McKee continues to serve as Philadelphia's No. 2 quarterback.

Dillon (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Vikings.

Dillon has worked in a rotational role out of the backfield through the first six games of the regular season, but he will observe Sunday's road game on the sidelines in street clothes. The Eagles will go with a three-man backfield of Saquon Barkley, Will Shipley and Tank Bigsby. Dillon's next opportunity to suit up is Week 8 against the Giants on Sunday, Oct. 26.

Patrick has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Rams due to a groin injury, Demetrius Harvey of The Florida Times-Union reports.

Patrick sustained the injury in the third quarter, and the injury was deemed severe enough by medical staff to keep the veteran wide receiver sidelined for the rest of Sunday's game. Parker Washington and Dyami Brown will see more rotational snaps at wide receiver with Patrick done for the day. Patrick will finish with one catch for 22 yards on one target.

Coker (quadriceps) is active for Sunday's game against the Jets.

The 24-year-old was activated from injured reserve Saturday and has been cleared to make his season debut Sunday in New York. Coker caught 32 passes for 478 yards and two touchdowns as an undrafted rookie last year and could have a sizable role in Carolina's passing game.

Woods (knee) is inactive Sunday against the Titans.

Woods did not practice Friday with a knee injury and has been ruled out of Sunday's game. Cornerbacks Alex Austin and Miles Battle stand ready in case of starter injury to cover Woods' departure.

Judon (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Browns.

Judon has worked in a rotational role at defensive end through the first six games of the regular season, accumulating six tackles (three solo) over that span. He will be a healthy scratch for Sunday's road game, which gives Kenneth Grant, Matthew Butler and rookie fifth-rounder Jordan Phillips more opportunities for snaps on the Dolphins' defensive line.
