Alt (ankle) didn't practice Wednesday, Daniel Popper of The Athletic reports.

Alt continues to be hampered by an ankle injury he suffered in Week 4 against the Giants. He hasn't practiced since he got hurt, though coach Jim Harbaugh said last Wednesday that the second-year offensive tackle is doing "really well." Austin Deculus has been logging starts during Alt's absence.

Graham (calf) was estimated to be a full participant in practice Wednesday, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.

The Falcons didn't actually take the field Wednesday, but Graham continues to work toward his 2025 debut. He's been on injured reserve for the entire campaign but has now logged three full practice sessions since being designated to return.

Harrison (knee) is questionable for Thursday's game against Cincinnati, Teresa Varley of the Steelers' official site reports.

Harrison suffered a knee injury in Pittsburgh's season-opening win over the Jets and subsequently landed on IR. He was designated to return Monday and has been limited in practice throughout the week. That gives Harrison a chance to suit up Thursday, though he'd first need to be activated.

Jurgens logged a full practice Wednesday.

Jurgens missed Minnesota's Week 5 matchup in London due to a hamstring injury. He managed a full session coming out of a bye week and is on track to return in Week 7 against the Eagles.

Walker (groin) was estimated as a non-participant in Wednesday's practice walkthrough, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official site reports.

Walker logged his usual allotment of snaps versus Buffalo on Monday Night Football, but he appears to have also picked up a groin injury. The Falcons held a walkthrough Wednesday, so more clarity about his status could come when the team returns to regular practices. Walker typically logs somewhere around a 50 percent defensive snap share for the Falcons.

Sewell (concussion) did not participate in Chicago's walkthrough Wednesday.

Sewell was knocked out of Monday's win with a concussion after accidentally being hit by a teammate. It's unsurprising that he was unable to take the field in any capacity just two days later, and he could have a tough time clearing the league's protocol in time for Sunday's Week 7 matchup against New Orleans.

The NFL's one-game suspension of Branch was upheld Wednesday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Branch was suspended for one game after getting into an altercation with multiple Chiefs players after their game in Week 6, and his appeal of the decision was unsuccessful. In his absence, Thomas Harper projects to start at safety alongside Kerby Joseph in Week 7. Branch should be eligible to return to game action in Week 9 versus the Vikings after Detroit's Week 8 bye.

Homer (calf) participated fully in Wednesday's walkthrough.

Homer practiced in full for the entire week leading up to Monday night's win over the Commanders, but he remained on injured reserve. It's unclear whether he'll be in line to return in Week 7 against the Saints, though his continued full practice participation is a positive sign.

Green (neck) was a limited participant at practice Wednesday, Cam Inman of The San Jose Mercury News reports.

Green has been able to play through the neck injury for the past two weeks, so it's probably reasonable to assume San Francisco's coaches are just exercising extra caution with one of their top cornerbacks. He'll get two more opportunities to practice in full before the 49ers publish their last practice report of the week Friday.

Santos (thigh) did not participate in Wednesday's walkthrough.

Santos was sidelined for Monday night's win over the Commanders, giving way to Jake Moody. Moody converted four of five field goals, including the game-winner, but coach Ben Johnson reiterated that Santos will retain his duties as the Bears' kicker when he's healthy, per Sean Hammond of the Chicago Tribune.
