Zay Flowers WR | BAL
Ravens' Zay Flowers: Likely to play Sunday
Flowers, who is questionable for Sunday's matchup against the Rams due to a shoulder injury, is expected to suit up, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Flowers logged a trio of limited practices this week while managing a shoulder issue. Though he ended up taking a designation into the weekend, Flowers looks like he'll ultimately be able to suit up. However, for the second straight game, he'll be working with quarterback Cooper Rush, as Lamar Jackson (hamstring) has already been ruled out for Week 6. In addition, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network notes that Flowers will likely play less snaps than usual, rendering the wideout a less appealing fantasy option than he normally would be.

Quentin Johnston WR | LAC
Chargers' Quentin Johnston: Trending down for Week 6
Johnston (hamstring), who is questionable to play against Miami on Sunday, is trending toward missing the matchup, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.
As a result of the hamstring injury, Johnston was a limited participant Wednesday through Friday. Though the Chargers initially had more hope that Johnston would be able to take the field against the Dolphins, his status is very much in question, with Ian Rapoport of NFL Network noting that the receiver is considered a game-time decision but is likely to be held out if the team determines he has any "chance of re-injury." With that said, Johnston's official status may not be announced until the Chargers release their inactive list around 90 minutes before Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff. Should Johnston indeed need to sit out Sunday's contest, Tre' Harris could be asked to step up as the Chargers' No. 3 wideout.

Ja'Marr Chase WR | CIN
Bengals' Ja'Marr Chase: In line to play Sunday
Chase (illness), who is officially questionable for Sunday's Week 6 game against Green Bay, is "trending toward playing," NFL reporter Jordan Schultz reports.
Chase was deemed questionable entering the weekend after missing Friday's practice due to an illness. The star wideout appears to be doing better, though Schultz notes that the Bengals will see how he feels Sunday morning before making a final decision on his status versus the Packers. Should Chase indeed be able to suit up, he'll be working with a new quarterback, as veteran Joe Flacco is slated to start behind center for Cincinnati after the team acquired him in a trade with Cleveland on Tuesday.

Jacoby Brissett QB | ARI
Cardinals' Jacoby Brissett: Expected to get starting nod Sunday
Brissett is likely to start at quarterback for the Cardinals against the Colts on Sunday, as Kyler Murray (foot) remains listed as questionable but is expected to be inactive for the contest, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, Murray's foot injury is a "version of a Lisfranc injury" and could keep him out of action for more than one week. Arizona hasn't yet officially ruled out Murray for Sunday's matchup, but Brissett looks in line to serve as the club's starter against the Colts, with whom he played four seasons from 2017 through 2020. Brissett has taken just four offensive snaps and thrown just one pass this season, but he has ample NFL experience and completed 95 of 161 pass attempts for 826 yards and two touchdowns along with one interception as a member of the Patriots in 2024. He also rushed 15 times for 62 yards.

Kyler Murray QB | MIN
Cardinals' Kyler Murray: Not expected to play Sunday
Murray (foot), who remains listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Colts, is likely to sit out the contest, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
Murray is dealing with a foot injury that held him out of two practices and limited in one other this week. According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, Murray is dealing with a mid-foot sprain that is "a version of a Lisfranc injury," which could sideline the nimble quarterback for more than one week. While the Cardinals haven't completely closed the door on Murray playing Sunday, the team will most likely turn to Jacoby Brissett to start at quarterback against Indianapolis. Brissett is familiar with the Colts organization, having played for the club for four seasons from 2017 through 2020.

JC Latham OT | TEN
Titans' JC Latham: Trending toward Week 6 return
Latham (hip) is expected to be available for Sunday's game against the Raiders, John Glennon of the Nashville Post reports.
Latham has missed the Titans' last four games due to a hip injury that he sustained in Week 1 against the Cardinals. He opened the week with limited back-to-back practices before finishing strong with a full session Friday, and the 2024 first-rounder is poised to reclaim his starting job at right tackle against Las Vegas.

Ja'Markis Weston LB | SEA
Jets' Ja'Markis Weston: Won't make NFL debut Sunday
Weston (groin) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Broncos, Eric Allen of the Jets' official site reports.
The undrafted rookie opened the season on IR due to a groin injury. He was cleared to return to practice Wednesday and ended the week strong with a full session Friday, but he has not been given the green light to make his NFL regular-season debut. Weston's next opportunity to do so is Week 7 against the Panthers on Sunday, Oct. 19.
-
Aaron Brewer C | MIA
Dolphins' Aaron Brewer: Trending toward playing Sunday
Brewer (pectoral) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Chargers.
Brewer was limited in practice all week due to a pectoral injury, but he appears to be trending toward being available for Sunday's home contest, per David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel.
-
Lucas Patrick C | WAS
Bengals' Lucas Patrick: Won't play against Green Bay
Patrick (calf) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Packers.
Patrick's 21-day window to return from injured reserve opened Wednesday. He earned the questionable tag for Sunday's game after ending the week with back-to-back full practices, but he has not progressed enough in his recovery from a calf injury to play against Green Bay. Patrick hasn't played since Week 1 against the Browns, and his next chance to play is Thursday at home against the Steelers.

Bobby Hart OT | SEA
Chargers' Bobby Hart: Signed to Bolts' active roster
The Chargers signed Hart from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, Kris Rhim of ESPN.com reports.
Hart's addition to the active roster gives the Chargers much-needed depth at offensive tackle with both Trey Pipkins (knee) and Joe Alt (ankle) both ruled out for Sunday's game against the Dolphins. Hart last saw regular-season action in 2022 with the Bills and made his last start in 2021 with the Titans.
