  • Adam Prentice FB | DEN

Adam Prentice: Back with practice squad

Prentice reverted to the Broncos' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.

Prentice was elevated to the active roster for the third straight week, failing to record any stats while playing five snaps on offense and nine snaps with the special-teams unit in Sunday's 23-20 loss to the Chargers. The fullback will now have to be officially signed to the active roster in order to appear in another game with Denver this season.

  • Gunnar Helm TE | TEN

Titans' Gunnar Helm: Getting more invovled

Helm recorded three receptions on three targets for 27 yards in Sunday's 41-20 loss to the Colts.

Helm was on the field for a career-high 25 offensive snaps, and he also posted his best stat line. He recorded a pair of 11-yard receptions on consecutive possessions in the second quarter to account for the majority of his production. Chig Okonkwo will continue to serve as Tennessee's top tight end, and the team's high rate of three-receiver sets will limit Helm's upside for the time being.

  • Buccaneers' Lavonte David: Posts prolific line Sunday

David racked up 11 tackles, including 1.0 sacks, in a 29-27 Week 3 win against the Jets on Sunday.

David led the Bucs in tackles while reaching the double-digit mark for the first time this season. The veteran linebacker also recorded a fourth-quarter sack of Tyrod Taylor, and though David briefly exited due to an injury after that play, he was able to re-enter the contest after missing just two defensive snaps. David has 22 stops, including 1.5 sacks, through three games this season.

  • Kaden Davis WR | CHI

Kaden Davis: Reverts to practice squad

Davis reverted to the Browns' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Davis played 14 snaps on special teams and returned one kick for 28 yards during the Browns' 13-10 win over the Packers on Sunday. It was the first time he was elevated from the practice squad, and he can be called up twice more before the Browns would be required to sign him to the active roster in order for him to play again this season with Cleveland.

  • Patriots' Robert Spillane: Massive impact in Week 3

Spillane recorded 15 total tackles (10 solo), while also securing an interception in Sunday's 21-14 loss to the Steelers.

Spillane was a busy man in Week 3, picking off Aaron Rodgers in third quarter for his first interception of the year, while his 15 total takedowns led the team. The linebacker has now compiled 21 total tackles (16 solo), including 1.0 sacks, while adding two passes defensed, one of which was Sunday's interception, over three games this season.

  • Nik Bonitto LB | DEN

Broncos' Nik Bonitto: Tallies two sacks vs. Bolts

Bonitto registered four tackles (three solo), including 2.0 sacks, during the Broncos' 23-20 loss to the Chargers on Sunday.

Both of Bonitto's sacks on Justin Herbert resulted in eight-yard losses, and the former was responsible for five of the Broncos' 14 quarterback hits. Bonitto is up to 3.0 sacks on the season, which is tied for seventh most in the NFL and leads the Broncos. He'll look to add his sack total against the Bengals in Week 4.

  • Pete Werner LB | NO

Saints' Pete Werner: Tallies 13 tackles in Week 3 loss

Werner registered 13 tackles (seven solo) and recovered a fumble Sunday in a loss to the Seahawks.

Werner and Demario Davis combined for 24 stops in the defeat while no other Saints player had more than five tackles. Werner has yet to reach a triple-digit single-season tackle total in his career, but he's on pace to get there through three games with 27 total tackles.

  • Kaden Elliss LB | NO

Falcons' Kaden Elliss: Records sack in loss

Elliss recorded nine total tackles (five solo), including 1.0 sacks, in Sunday's 30-0 loss to the Panthers.

Elliss tied with Xavier Watts for team lead in takedowns, while also bringing down Bryce Young for his first sack of the year in the third quarter. The linebacker has now registered 18 total tackles (10 solo), including 1.0 sacks, while also adding a pass defensed over three games this season.

  • Brandon Jones SAF | DEN

Broncos' Brandon Jones: Picks off Herbert in Week 3 loss

Jones registered 11 tackles (six solo) and an interception during the Broncos' 23-20 loss to the Chargers on Sunday.

Jones recorded his first interception of the season early in the second quarter, when a Justin Herbert pass to Quentin Johnston was deflected by a Broncos defender and fell into the hands of Jones, though Denver wasn't able to capitalize on the turnover with a score. Jones also finished with a season-high 11 tackles, which was second most on the Broncos behind Alex Singleton (12). Jones is up to 25 total tackles through three games, and the 2020 third-rounder is on pack to crack 100-plus tackles for a second consecutive year.

  • Titans' Tyler Lockett: Some impact in Week 3

Lockett recorded four receptions (on four targets) for 37 yards in Sunday's 41-20 loss to the Colts.

Lockett has maintained a consistent snap rate across three games in Tennessee, playing nearly exactly half of the snaps in every contest. His performance in Sunday's loss was his best of the year, highlighted by a long gain of 16 yards. Elic Ayomanor, Calvin Ridley and Chig Okonkwo are likely to remain prioritized ahead of Lockett in the offense, leaving him with limited upside on a weekly basis.
