Packers' Warren Brinson: Ruled out with calf issue
Brinson (calf/groin) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, Wes Hodkiewicz of the Packers' official site reports.

Ronnie Stanley OT | BAL
Ravens' Ronnie Stanley: Questionable for Week 4
Stanley (toe) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Titans.
Stanley opened Week 4 prep with back-to-back limited practices before sitting out of Friday's session for rest purposes. He's working through a toe injury that caused him to miss the Ravens' Week 3 win against the Cowboys, and his status for Sunday's game may not be known until about 90 minutes before the 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff, which is when the Ravens will announce their list of inactive players. Carson Vinson would start at left tackle for a second consecutive game if Stanley is not cleared to play against Tennessee.

Braxton Jones OT | CHI
Bears' Braxton Jones: Ruled out for Week 4
Jones (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Jets.
Jones is considered week-to-week due to a knee injury, which prevented him from participating in any of the Bears' practices during Week 4 prep. Theo Benedet and Ozzy Trapilo are the top candidates to start at left tackle in the absence of Jones, whose next opportunity to play is Week 5 against the Packers on Sunday, Oct. 11.

Brett Thorson P | MIN
Vikings' Brett Thorson: Won't play Sunday
Thorson (hamstring) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Dolphins.
Thorson will miss consecutive games due to the hamstring injury he suffered ahead of the Vikings' Week 3 win over the Buccaneers. The punter and holder was still unable to practice throughout Week 4 prep, and it is unclear when he will be able to return to the field. Johnny Hekker is set to be elevated to the active roster again for Sunday's game against the Dolphins.

Josh Simmons OT | KC
Chiefs' Josh Simmons: Won't play vs. Las Vegas
Simmons (back) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Raiders.
The second-year offensive lineman is set to miss each of the first four games of the regular season due to a bulging disc in his back, which has also prevented him from practicing. The Chiefs are on bye Week 5, so Simmons' next chance to make his 2026 debut is Week 6 against the Chargers on Sunday, Oct. 18. Kahlih Benson will continue to start at left tackle in Simmons' absence.

Monroe Freeling OT | CAR
Panthers' Monroe Freeling: Questionable vs. Detroit
Freeling (concussion) was a full participant in Friday's practice but is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Lions, Alex Zietlow of The Charlotte Observer reports.
Freeling entered the league's concussion protocol following the Panthers' loss to the Browns in Week 3. He was cleared to fully practice Friday, but he needs to pass an evaluation by an independent neurologist in order to play Sunday. Stone Forsythe would likely start at right tackle if Freeling held out.

Robert Beal Jr. DE | SF
Dolphins' Robert Beal: Ruled out for Sunday
Beal (hamstring) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Vikings, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports.
Beal has been unable to fully participate since sustaining a hamstring injury in the Dolphins' Week 2 loss to the 49ers. The defensive end remains sidelined for a third consecutive week with no return date in sight.

Damien Lewis G | CAR
Panthers' Damien Lewis: Ruled out for Week 4
Lewis (elbow) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Lions, Alex Zietlow of The Charlotte Observer reports.
As expected, Lewis will miss at least one game due to a UCL injury that he picked up during Carolina's Week 3 loss to Cleveland. The Panthers are on a bye Week 5, so his next chance to play is Week 6 against the Eagles on Sunday, Oct. 18. Corey Bullock figures to start at left guard in Lewis' absence.

Dylan Parham G | NYJ
Jets' Dylan Parham: Won't play against Chicago
Parham (knee) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bears, Zack Rosenblatt of The Athletic reports.
Parham was unable to finish the Jets' Week 3 loss to the Lions after sustaining a knee injury. He could not participate in any of the Jets' three practice sessions during Week 4 prep, and in his absence, Jordan Meredith will likely start at left guard against Chicago.
