Jordan Meredith G | LV
Raiders' Jordan Meredith: Placed on injured reserve
The Raiders placed Meredith (ankle) on injured reserve Monday.
Meredith has been battling the ankle injury most of the month of December and played just three snaps on special teams in Sunday's loss to the Texans. He'll now miss the final two weeks of the season after starting the first 11 games of the campaign at center.

Austin Keys LB | ARI
Vikings' Austin Keys: Estimated as full practice
Keys (ankle) was listed as a full participant on Monday's estimated practice report.
Keys was inactive for Sunday's win over the Giants but appears to be ready to return to the lineup following the one-game absence. The linebacker has logged 191 of his 199 snaps on special teams this season.

Tanor Bortolini G | IND
Colts' Tanor Bortolini: Possible concussion
Bortolini is being evaluated for a possible concussion and is questionable to return to Monday's game against the 49ers.
Bortolini sustained the injury during the Colts' first drive of the first quarter, and he is being evaluated by medical staff in the locker room to determine whether he can return to Monday's game. Danny Pinter has taken over at center in Bortolini's absence.

Collin Oliver LB | GB
Packers' Collin Oliver: Activated from PUP list
The Packers activated Oliver (hamstring) from the reserve/PUP list Monday.
The rookie fifth-round pick has fully recovered from a hamstring surgery, which he underwent in March prior to being drafted. He then had a setback in his recovery that forced him to begin the season on the PUP list, but Oliver has checked out fine since he resumed practicing earlier this month. Oliver could be on track to make his NFL debut Saturday against the Ravens, but he'll likely have a small role on defense if he suits up.

Brian O'Neill OT | MIN
Vikings' Brian O'Neill: Estimated as DNP
O'Neill (heel) was listed as DNP on Monday's estimated practice report.
O'Neill has dealt with the heel issue for the past week-plus but was cleared to play Sunday against the Giants and played all 61 offensive snaps in the win. Assuming he didn't suffer a setback, O'Neill will likely play Thursday against the Lions.
-
Ryan Kelly C | MIN
Vikings' Ryan Kelly: Estimated as DNP on Monday
Kelly (concussion) was listed as DNP on Monday's estimated practice report.
Kelly has already suffered three concussions this season, with his latest coming in Sunday's win over the Giants. Realistically, it would be a shock if he played again this season. Michael Jurgens would be next up to start at center for Minnesota.

Nick Bellore FB | WAS
Commanders' Nick Bellore: DNP on Monday
Bellore (concussion) was listed as DNP on Monday's estimated practice report.
The Commanders held a walkthrough Monday after losing to the Eagles on Saturday night. Washington faces Dallas on Thursday, so it will be tough for Bellore to clear the protocol in time for that Week 17 contest.
-
Andrew Vorhees G | BAL
Ravens' Andrew Vorhees: Day-to-day with foot injury
Coach John Harbaugh said Monday that Vorhees is day-to-day with a foot injury, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports.
Vorhees was injured in Sunday night's loss to the Patriots and was replaced in the lineup at left guard by Emery Jones. If Vorhees is unable to play Saturday against the Packers, Jones would presumably get the start.

Rob Havenstein OT | LAR
Rams' Rob Havenstein: Won't return Week 17
Head coach Sean McVay told reporters Monday that Havenstein (ankle) will not be activated from injured reserve ahead of the Rams' Week 17 tilt against the Falcons, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.
Havenstein landed on injured reserve in mid-November due to an ankle injury. He hasn't progressed enough in his recovery to return in Week 17, so Warren McClendon figures to start at right tackle for at least one more game.

James Daniels G | MIA
Dolphins' James Daniels: Likely done for season
Coach Mike McDaniel said Monday that Daniels (pectoral) is not expected to play again this season, Joe Schad of The Palm Beach Post reports.
Signed to a three-year deal during the offseason, Daniels played a total of three offensive snaps in Week 1 and has been sidelined ever since. Cole Strange will continue to work at right guard for Miami.
