  • Saints' Charlie Smyth: Placed back on practice squad

The Saints reverted Smyth to their practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Smyth has been New Orleans' kicker three straight weeks and has performed well, making four of five field-goal attempts and all five of his extra-point tries. It seems likely that he'll kick again for the team in Week 16 versus the Jets, but he's out of elevations, so the Saints would need to sign Smyth to their active roster in order for him to be active on gameday. If New Orleans decides against doing so, Cade York -- who is currently on the club's practice squad -- would likely get an opportunity.

  • Tank Bigsby RB | PHI

Eagles' Tank Bigsby: Big role late in blowout

Bigsby carried the ball 17 times for 57 yards in Sunday's blowout victory over the Raiders.

A total of 13 of Bigsby's 17 carries came after the Eagles went up 31-0 at the start of the fourth quarter. He wasn't particularly efficient, averaging 3.4 yards per carry on the day, but his fourth-quarter efforts helped the Eagles to an 11-minute, 22-second drive which killed off the game. Expect his role to shrink again next week if the Eagles aren't up big, as his 27 offensive snaps are equal to his total from the last five games combined.

  • Dalevon Campbell: Returns to practice squad

Campbell reverted to the Chargers' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Campbell was elevated from the practice squad Saturday for a second straight game, but he ended up being a healthy scratch for Sunday's 16-13 win over the Chiefs despite the absences of Quentin Johnston (groin) and Derius Davis (ankle). Campbell is eligible to be elevated to the Chargers' active roster once more this season.

  • Saints' Kevin Austin: Back to practice squad

Austin reverted to the Saints' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Austin played a season-high 38 percent of the offensive snaps in Sunday's win over the Panthers, catching three of five targets for 33 yards. With Devaughn Vele going down with a shoulder injury against Carolina, Austin could be in line for an elevated Week 16 role against the Jets.

  • Adrian Martinez: Returns to practice squad

Martinez reverted to the Jets' practice squad Monday.

Martinez was elevated from the practice squad for Week 15 and served as the backup to starting quarterback Brady Cook in Sunday's 48-20 loss to the Jaguars while Tyrod Taylor (groin) and Justin Fields (knee) were unavailable. Martinez can still be elevated two more times this season.

  • Dolphins' Ollie Gordon: Suffers ankle injury

Gordon is questionable to return to Monday's game against the Steelers after suffering an ankle injury in the second quarter.

Gordon was hurt on his second carry of the game as he was hit hard in the backfield. He managed to limp off the field with the help of trainers, though there aren't further details at this time.

  • Shedrick Jackson: Moves back to practice squad

Jackson reverted to Las Vegas' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Jackson was elevated this weekend ahead of Sunday's matchup against Philadelphia. He logged four offensive snaps and one snap on special teams in the loss without producing any output. Since he's already been elevated three times, Jackson would need to be signed to the active roster to be active on gameday for the Raiders again this season.

  • Velus Jones: Reverts to practice squad

Jones reverted to the Seahawks' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's official transaction log.

Jones was elevated for the third game in a row ahead of Sunday's 18-16 win over the Colts, failing to record any stats while playing one offensive snap and 20 snaps on special teams. The running back will now need to be officially signed to the active roster in order to appear in another game this season.

  • Coleman Owen WR | IND

Coleman Owen: Back to practice squad

Owen reverted to the Colts' practice squad Monday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Owen was brought up from the practice squad Saturday to provide depth at wide receiver in the absence of Anthony Gould (foot). Owen ended up playing solely on special teams and returned one punt for two yards and two kickoffs for 52 yards. The undrafted rookie is eligible to be elevated from the practice squad twice more this season.

  • Jawhar Jordan RB | HOU

Texans' Jawhar Jordan: Back with practice squad

Jordan reverted to the Texans' practice squad Monday.

Jordan was elevated for Week 15 and made his NFL debut in Sunday's 40-20 win over the Cardinals. Though he wasn't expected to take on a prominent role Sunday, Jordan ended up seeing ample work with Nick Chubb (ribs) inactive for the contest and with Woody Marks missing the entire second half with an ankle injury. Jordan turned 15 carries into 101 yards while reeling in both of his targets for 17 yards in the team's win. He notably played 28 of the team's 67 offensive snaps, seven more than backup Dare Ogunbowale (21). If both Chubb and Marks are sidelined Week 16, Jordan will likely operate as the team's lead option on the ground this coming Sunday against the Raiders.
