The Vikings hosted Ford (hamstring) for a workout Tuesday, Kevin Seifert of ESPN.com reports.

Ford suffered a hamstring injury during training camp with the Commanders. He's healthy enough to participate in a workout, and he could latch on with the Vikings if Jordan Mason misses time due to a thumb injury he sustained against the Packers in Week 1. Ford, a fifth-round selection of the Browns in the 2022 NFL Draft, spent the first four years of his career with Cleveland, and he logged 24 carries for 73 yards (3.0 YPC) while adding 26 catches (on 32 targets) for 103 yards across 13 regular-season games in 2025.

Sanders (knee/illness) did not participate in Tuesday's practice.

Sanders has come down with an illness and is not ready to suit up as he battles both his immune system and a lingering knee issue. The defensive tackle was inactive for Buffalo's Week 1 game against Houston and is trending toward missing Thursday night's game against Detroit as well.

Stoll was signed to the 49ers' practice squad Tuesday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.

Stoll was cut by Cleveland in late August after reaching an injury settlement with the team following an undisclosed injury that he suffered during the preseason. The tight end worked out with Tennessee on Sept. 8, proving that he was back to full health, and he has now found another opportunity with the Niners. Stoll played in 15 regular-season contests with the Saints in 2025, catching six of 11 targets for 46 yards and a touchdown while splitting his time between the offense and special teams.

Bishop (groin) was a limited participant in Tuesday's practice.

Bishop was projected as a full participant on Monday's estimated practice report. The realization of limited participation in Tuesday's complete session means the starter is likely working through a minor injury. The safety will likely log a limited session Wednesday before ultimately suiting up for Thursday's contest anyway. If the issue proves too much for the third-year player, Damar Hamlin is set to start at strong safety in his stead.

The Jets signed Johnson to the practice squad Tuesday.

Johnson failed to crack the Cowboys' 53-man roster at the end of training camp, but the 2020 fifth-rounder will get a new opportunity with the Jets on the practice squad, along with fellow wideout Sterling Shepard. First-round wide receiver Omar Cooper is considered week-to-week due to an ankle injury, so both Johnson and Shepard are candidates to be elevated to the Jets' active roster for Week 2 against the Packers on Sunday if Cooper is ruled out.

Reed (foot) was limited during Tuesday's practice, Tim Twentyman of the Lions' official site reports.

Reed logged 89 snaps in Sunday's 31-30 overtime victory over the Saints, finishing with a team-high 10 tackles (seven solo), as well as a pass defense. If Reed can't suit up for Thursday's meeting with Buffalo, then Roger McCreary or Keith Abney could see an uptick in snaps at outside corner opposite Rock Ya-Sin.

The Ravens cut Moody from the practice squad Tuesday.

With Zay Flowers (hamstring), Ja'Kobi Lane (wrist) and Devontez Walker (groin) all working through injuries, the Ravens signed Gage Larvadain to the practice squad to bolster depth at wide receiver. Baltimore appears to be content with Tyler Loop as the starting kicker, but Moody should get a call at some point this season from another team that is not so thrilled with its kicking situation. Moody finished the 2025 regular season with the Commanders, making 10 of 11 field-goal attempts while going 10-for-11 on extra-point tries across six games.

The Eagles signed Deguara to the practice squad Tuesday, Tim McManus of ESPN.com reports.

The Giants released Deguara before cutdown day. The tight end has played in 77 career regular-season games, logging 53 receptions for 471 yards and three touchdowns. The 2020 Packers' third-rounder will now get a shot to play for an Eagles team that is searching for additional tight end depth.

Zylstra was cut by the Patriots with an injury waiver Tuesday, Mark Daniels of MassLive.com reports.

Zylstra was signed to the practice squad with New England on Sept. 2 after he was let go by the Bills in late August. The tight end will now hit the open market again, and he'll likely have to settle for a practice squad spot at his next destination.

To'oTo'o (shoulder) was placed on the injured reserve list Tuesday, Jonathan M. Alexander of the Houston Chronicle reports.

To'oTo'o suffered a shoulder injury late in Sunday's 36-31 loss to Buffalo. He will now miss a minimum of four games, meaning he is not eligible to return until at least the Week 6 clash with the Jaguars.
