  • Jalen Brooks WR | ARI

Cardinals' Jalen Brooks: Reverts to practice squad

Brooks reverted to the Cardinals' practice squad Monday, per the league's transaction log.

Brooks was elevated to the Cardinals' active roster for Sunday's game against the Rams, and he finished with two catches (on three targets) for 32 yards while returning three kickoffs for 66 yards. With Greg Dortch (chest) on injured reserve and both Marvin Harrison (heel) and Xavier Weaver (hamstring) dealing with injuries, Brooks could be elevated from the practice squad for this Sunday's road tilt against the Texans.

  • Elijah Arroyo TE | SEA

Seahawks' Elijah Arroyo: Status for Week 15 uncertain

Arroyo (knee) may miss Sunday's contest against the Colts, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports.

Arroyo was forced out of the team's 37-9 win over the Falcons in Week 14 due to a knee injury, and head coach Mike Macdonald said Monday that "this week's probably in jeopardy," for the tight end. If Arroyo is sidelined for Week 15, Nick Kallerup would stand to operate as the team's No. 2 tight end against Indianapolis.

  • Cody Schrader RB | DEN

Texans' Cody Schrader: Staying in AFC South with Houston

The Texans claimed Schrader off waivers from the Jaguars on Monday.

Schrader was waived by the Jaguars on Saturday after appearing in just one regular-season game for Jacksonville. He'll stay in the AFC South as a member of the Texans, and he gives Houston added depth out of the backfield in case Nick Chubb is sidelined due to a rib injury he picked up against the Chiefs on Sunday.

  • Jakob Johnson RB | HOU

Jakob Johnson: Let go by Houston

The Texans waived Johnson on Monday.

Johnson has been let go by the Texans despite being the lone fullback on the roster. He should garner interest from teams in need of blocking out of the backfield, though he could opt to remain in Houston as a member of the team's practice squad if he clears waivers.

  • Malik Heath WR | ATL

Falcons' Malik Heath: Catches on with Atlanta

The Falcons claimed Heath off waivers from the Packers on Monday, Marc Raimondi of ESPN.com reports.

Heath was waived by the Packers on Saturday after Jayden Reed (foot) was activated from injured reserve. He'll find a new opportunity with the Falcons, though he faces an uphill battle to carve out a meaningful role in Atlanta's offense for the rest of the 2025 season. Heath has six catches (on seven targets) for 86 yards through 11 regular-season games.

  • Jason Pierre-Paul: Added to Bucs' practice squad

Pierre-Paul was signed to the Buccaneers' practice squad Monday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Pierre-Paul will make his return to the NFL after last playing with the Dolphins in 2023. The 36-year-old was a member of the Buccaneers' roster when the team won the Super Bowl in 2021, and he'll provide Tampa Bay with another veteran presence at practice moving forward.

  • Khadarel Hodge WR | ATL

Falcons' KhaDarel Hodge: Considered limited Monday

Hodge (shoulder) was considered a limited participant on Monday's estimated injury report, Tori McElhaney of the Falcons' official website reports.

Hodge is dealing with an apparent shoulder injury to open the week, and although the team didn't practice Monday, it was significant enough to include him on the injury report. The wide receiver will have two more opportunities to up his participation at practice before Thursday night's matchup with the Buccaneers.

  • Buccaneers' SirVocea Dennis: Nursing hip injury

Dennis (hip) was listed as a DNP on Monday's estimated practice report, Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

It's the first time since mid-September that Dennis has appeared on the Buccaneers' injury report. The Bucs held a walkthrough practice Monday, so the third-year linebacker will have two more opportunities to increase his practice participation ahead of Thursday's NFC South tilt against the Falcons.

  • Raiders' Kyu Blu Kelly: Suffers ruptured patella tendon

Kelly suffered a ruptured patella tendon during the Raiders' 24-17 loss to the Broncos on Sunday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.

Kelly was carted off the field and into the locker room after sustaining the injury in the first quarter of Sunday's game. Garafolo relays that there is some good news in that Kelly did not suffer any ligament damage, which opens the door for the third-year cornerback to return at some point during the 2026 campaign. Kelly will end the 2025 regular season with 40 tackles (31 solo), six pass defenses (three interceptions) and one fumble recovery across 13 games. With Kelly done for the year, rookie third-rounder Darien Porter is poised for a larger role at outside corner.

  • 49ers' Kurtis Rourke: Practice window opened

Rourke (knee) had his 21-day practice window opened Monday by the 49ers.

Rourke has been sidelined since late August while on the reserve/non-football injury list with a pre-existing knee injury from his final college campaign with Indiana. The team will now have 21 days to activate him from the NFI list, or he'll be forced to sit out the remainder of the season.
