Rourke (knee) is ruled out for Monday's game against the Colts, Briana Jeannel of the team's official site reports.

Rourke will remain on the reserve/non-football injury list for at least one more week. The rookie seventh-round pick has managed to practice in full since having his 21-day practice window opened Dec. 8, but he's nonetheless not ready to join the 53-man roster.

Pierce (Achilles) does not carry an injury designation for Monday's game against the 49ers.

Pierce was limited to open Week 16 prep due to an Achilles injury, but he's been cleared to play Monday after logging back-to-back full practices to end the week. Pierce was held to just one catch (on as many targets) for 16 yards during the Colts' Week 15 loss to the Seahawks, and his fantasy floor figures to be lower for the rest of the regular season with Philip Rivers under center.

The Lions activated Mahogany (lower leg) from injured reserve Saturday, and he remains questionable for Sunday's contest against the Steelers.

Mahogany appears to be trending in the right direction for Week 16, but the final word on his status may not arrive until 90 minutes before Sunday's 4:25 p.m. ET kickoff. He stands to start at left guard if cleared to play Week 16.

The Dolphins placed Campbell (ankle) on injured reserve Saturday.

Campbell will miss Miami's final three games of the regular season due to an ankle injury. His 2025 campaign comes to a wrap with five tackles (four solo) across 10 regular-season appearances.

Scott (knee) is ruled out for Monday's game against the 49ers.

Scott has been a full participant since having his 21-day practice window opened Thursday, but he nonetheless won't be activated from IR in time to play Week 16. The depth safety's next chance to take the field will be in Week 17 versus Jacksonville.

Raimann (elbow) is officially listed as questionable for Monday's game against the 49ers.

Raimann began Week 16 with two consecutive missed practices, but he upgraded to limited reps Saturday. If the starting left tackle ultimately isn't cleared for Monday's contest, Luke Tenuta will likely stand to take his place.

Dean (hamstring) is questionable to return to Saturday's game against the Commanders.

Dean picked up a hamstring injury during the first quarter of Saturday's divisional matchup, making his return uncertain. Jeremiah Trotter and Smael Mondon will benefit from expanded roles on defense as long as Dean remains sidelined.

Lane (ankle) is questionable to return to Saturday's game against the Eagles.

Lane was forced off the field due to an ankle injury midway through the first quarter Saturday. As long as he remains sidelined, Treylon Burks and Chris Moorewill stand to see a slight uptick in reserve opportunities behind Terry McLaurin and Deebo Samuel.

Nelson (wrist) does not carry an injury designation for Monday's game against San Francisco.

Nelson was limited in practice due to a wrist issue ahead of Week 16 action, but the standout left guard will be available for Monday night's matchup. The 29-year-old will operate as a pillar of Indianapolis' offensive line, as usual, versus the 49ers.

The Broncos have elevated Ehlinger from the practice squad to the active roster for Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Aric DiLalla of the team's official site reports.

Ehlinger was also elevated for Week 15, in which he didn't handle a single offensive snap while operating as a reserve option at quarterback behind Bo Nix and Jarrett Stidham. He stands to operate in a similar capacity versus Jacksonville. Ehlinger will revert to Denver's practice squad after Sunday's contest.
