"Newly released records," according to NBC 26, "show additional women contacted the Hobart/Lawrence Police Department to report alleged physical incidents involving Jacobs."

Per the initial report, "The accounts surfaced during the department's investigation into a May 23 incident at Jacobs' home," and according to the Associated Press "were included in evidence regarding Jacobs' battery case," which he ultimately pleaded no contest to. The follow-up report notes that the NFL will "review these allegations as part of its investigation, which has remained open."

The Browns elevated Ryan from their practice squad to their active roster Saturday.

Ryan has had a roller-coaster week, as he was waived by Cleveland on Monday before signing with the team's practice squad Wednesday. With Saturday's elevation, the rookie tight end is eligible to suit up for his seventh contest of the campaign. Ryan has almost exclusively worked on special teams this year, as he's logged just two offensive snaps during his six NFL games to date.

The Titans elevated Restrepo from their practice squad to their active roster Saturday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Restrepo was with Tennessee throughout training camp and initially made the 53-man roster, but he was cut before the team's season opener. He'll now get a look on game day for the first time this season, as fellow wideout Carnell Tate (shoulder) has been ruled out for Sunday, and Calvin Ridley (hip) is questionable but expected to play. Restrepo saw action in two games as a rookie with the Titans last year, catching three of seven targets for 41 yards.

Payne suffered a season-ending Jones fracture during practice Friday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

After Payne was injured Friday, he was quickly ruled out for Sunday's clash against Philadelphia. It turns out the veteran nose tackle is dealing with a Jones fracture, which will prevent him from playing again this season. Payne had played at least 15 regular-season games in each of his first eight NFL campaigns, but he'll finish 2026 with 14 tackles, including 1.0 sacks, and one forced fumble over just six matchups. He's slated to be a free agent after the season, so he may have played his final game with the Commanders.

Shaheed (knee) has been ruled out for Monday's game against the Bears, Curtis Crabtree of FOX 13 Seattle reports.

Shaheed will miss his first game of the 2026 season due to a knee injury that he sustained during the Seahawks' Week 7 win over the Chiefs. Tory Horton and Velus Jones are the top candidates to operate as Seattle's returners on kickoffs and punts, and Horton and Cooper Kupp should see a bump in offensive snaps in Shaheed's absence. Shaheed's next opportunity to play is Week 9 against the Cardinals on Sunday, Nov. 8.

Price (chest) doesn't have a designation for Monday's game against the Bears, but he remains on injured reserve, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.

The Seahawks designated Price for return from IR on Thursday, and he proceeded to be limited that day and full Friday. Now that he's been given clearance for his first game action since Week 3 due to a chest injury, the team still needs to activate him from IR by Monday afternoon in order for him to be available in Week 8. Fellow RB Zach Charbonnet (knee) also doesn't have a designation this week, so Seattle's backfield suddenly is crowded, with Emanuel Wilson and George Holani also in the mix.

Charbonnet (knee) does not carry an injury designation into Monday's game against the Bears, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.

Charbonnet has been officially cleared to make his 2026 regular-season debut, marking the end to his rehab from a torn ACL in his left knee that he sustained in mid-January during the Seahawks' playoff run. The Seahawks' backfield will be whole for the first time this season, seeing as both Charbonnet and Jadarian Price (chest) have been cleared to play Monday, with Emanuel Wilson and George Holani providing depth.

The Broncos placed Harvey (knee) on injured reserve Saturday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Harvey was already ruled out for Sunday's contest against the Chiefs, but now that he's on IR, the second-year running back will be required to miss at least the next four games. That means the earliest that he is eligible to return is Week 13 against the Dolphins on Sunday, Dec. 6. In Harvey's absence, the Broncos' backfield will be led by J.K. Dobbins and rookie fourth-rounder Jonah Coleman.

The Raiders activated Bech (forearm) from injured reserve Saturday, and he does not carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Jets, Sam Warren of The Athletic reports.

Bech has progressed enough in his recovery from a fractured forearm to return Sunday from a four-game absence. Tre Tucker and Brock Bowers will both be the preferred targets for Kirk Cousins, but the addition of Bech gives the veteran QB another set of hands in the passing game. Bech caught five of seven targets for 48 yards and a touchdown across the Raiders' first two games of the regular season.

Loveland (neck) does not carry an injury designation into Monday's game against the Seahawks.

Loveland popped up on Friday's injury report as a limited practice participant due to a neck injury. However, the second-year tight end was able to practice without restriction Saturday and is good to go for Monday's game. His availability for Week 8 and beyond is particularly important given that Cole Kmet (knee, IR) is out for the rest of the 2026 season. Loveland has caught 25 passes (on 37 targets) for 241 yards and two touchdowns over his last five outings.
