  • Greg Dortch WR | BUF

Greg Dortch: Reverts to practice squad

Dortch reverted to the Bills' practice squad Thursday, per the NFL's transaction log.

Dortch played a total of 12 snaps (four on offense, eight on special teams) and was the Bills' primary returner on special teams in Thursday's 41-31 win over the Lions, logging 36 yards on three punt returns and turning two kickoffs into 51 yards. It's the second consecutive game in which Dortch has been elevated to the active roster, and he's eligible to be elevated only once more for the rest of the regular season before having to be signed to the active roster in order to suit up again for the Bills in 2026.

  • Greg Rousseau LB | BUF

Bills' Greg Rousseau: Continues dominant streak

Rousseau logged three solo tackles, including 2.0 sacks, in Thursday night's 41-31 win over the Lions.

Rousseau helped the Bills open the new Highmark Stadium in style, sacking Jared Goff twice and hitting him four times en route to the team's first regular-season win in the building. Rousseau's 4.0 sacks through two games in defensive coordinator Jim Leonhard's 3-4 defense already match half of the veteran linebacker's top single-season sack tally (8.0 in 2022 and 2024).

  • Zach Wood LS | NO

Saints' Zach Wood: Placed on IR

The Saints placed Wood (calf) on injured reserve Friday.

Wood's calf injury is set to keep him away from the field for at least four weeks, which essentially mirrors the minimum amount of time he'd be required to miss while on IR. The Saints will likely utilize new practice-squad addition Scott Daly as the interim long snapper beginning with an elevation for Sunday's game against the Ravens.

  • CJ Donaldson RB | NO

Saints' CJ Donaldson: Signed to New Orleans' active roster

The Saints signed Donaldson from the practice squad to the active roster Friday.

Donaldson will join a Saints backfield that is led by Travis Etienne, with Alvin Kamara and Kendre Miller providing depth at the position. Kamara didn't play in the Saints' Week 1 overtime loss to the Lions, with Donaldson being elevated from the practice squad and logging two carries for four yards and one catch for minus-2 yards. Kamara is available for Sunday's game against the Ravens, so Donaldson figures to see most of his playing time on special teams rather than on offense.

  • Seahawks' Anthony Bradford: Questionable for Sunday's game

Bradford (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.

Bradford was limited in the Seahawks' first two practices of the week before sitting out Friday's session altogether. If Bradford is indeed inactive on game day, Christian Haynes is set to start at right guard.

  • Cardinals' Isaac Seumalo: Questionable for Week 2

Seumalo (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Seahawks, Tyler Drake of ArizonaSports.com reports.

Seumalo drew the questionable tag after logging back-to-back limited practices to end Week 2 prep. Hayden Conner would likely start at left guard if Seumalo is unable to play. The Cardinals could be without both of their starting guards in Seumalo and Isaiah Adams (knee) against the defending Super Bowl champions.

  • Trey Pipkins OT | LAC

Chargers' Trey Pipkins: Won't play Sunday

Pipkins (knee) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Raiders.

Pipkins missed every practice of Week 2 prep due to the knee injury. Pipkins' absence Sunday will leave the Chargers' offensive line a bit thinner on depth against a talented Raiders front seven.

  • Jaguars' Cole Van Lanen: Will suit up at Denver

Van Lanen (knee) does not carry an injury designation ahead of Sunday's game against the Broncos, Ryan O'Halloran of The Florida Times-Union reports.

Van Lanen was limited at practice Wednesday and Thursday with a nagging knee issue, but he managed a full session Friday, so it looks like he'll be available in Week 2. He should make another start at right tackle Sunday.

  • Isaiah Adams G | ARI

Cardinals' Isaiah Adams: Iffy for Week 2 vs. Seattle

Adams (knee) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Seahawks, Tyler Drake of ArizonaSports.com reports.

Adams was a limited participant in all three practices this past week due to a knee injury that prevented him from suiting up for the Cardinals' Week 1 win over the Chargers. If he's unable to play against Seattle, then Jon Gaines would likely start at right guard for a second consecutive game.

  • Giants' Francis Mauigoa: Nursing shoulder injury

Mauigoa was a limited participant in Friday's practice due to a shoulder injury, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.

Mauigoa may have picked up the injury during the Giants' Week 1 win over the Cowboys, and his shoulder issue has limited his practice participation in each of the last two days. Saturday's practice is his last opportunity to upgrade his participation and avoid an injury designation for Monday's game against the Rams.
