Gray (concussion) was a full participant at practice Thursday.

Gray is working his way back from a concussion he suffered on Sept. 7 during a UTV accident, and it seems he's close to clearing the league's five-step concussion protocol. If he receives clearance for game action from a neurologist in the next couple days, he should be available Sunday versus the Eagles.

Bowman (Achilles) was a limited participant in practice Thursday after participating in full a day earlier, Will McFadden of the Falcons' official site reports.

Bowman passed a physical at the end of training camp, got taken off the active/PUP list and logged limited practices ahead of Week 1, but he still had to sit out of Atlanta's loss to Pittsburgh. The starting slot corner's limited participation Thursday might just be a precaution ahead of Sunday's matchup with Carolina, but if he has to miss the game, Sydney Brown should be in line to step forward in his place.

Lane (groin) was a limited participant at practice Thursday.

Lane was an unexpected addition to the Commanders' injury report Wednesday, and now his status for Week 2 genuinely appears to be in question. Unless he logs a full practice Friday, there's a decent chance he'll end up carrying an injury designation into the weekend.

Campbell (ankle) did not participate at practice Thursday, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.

Campbell was a new addition to the injury report Thursday, so it appears he might have suffered an ankle injury during Wednesday's practice. He'll likely have to practice in some capacity Friday to have an opportunity to play in Week 2.

Terrell (shoulder) was a full participant in Thursday's practice, Will McFadden of the Falcons' official site reports.

The cornerback told reporters that he would be available to play Sunday against the Panthers, per D. Orlando Ledbetter of BowTieSports.com. Terrell missed practice Wednesday after briefly exiting last Sunday's loss to Pittsburgh following a shoulder injury. He did return to the game and play on 62 defensive snaps overall.

Jones (back) was a limited participant at the Panthers' practice Thursday, Darin Gantt of the team's official website reports.

Jones was unavailable for the team's Week 1 loss to the Bears while nursing a back injury, but he was able to return to practice this week. The linebacker will have one more chance to log a full practice before Sunday's matchup with the Falcons.

Giddens (knee) did not participate at practice Thursday.

Giddens was a healthy scratch in Week 1, so it seems he may have hurt his knee during practice Wednesday. He'll probably have to return to practice Friday to give himself a chance at suiting up Sunday at Kansas City.

Bell (coach's decision) is inactive for Thursday's game versus Detroit.

Bell will be inactive for another contest after being a healthy scratch for Sunday's 36-31 win over the Texans. His next opportunity to get on the field will come in Week 3 versus the Chargers.

Sanders (knee/illness) is officially listed as inactive for Thursday's game versus the Lions.

Sanders was sidelined by a knee injury in Week 1 and then came down with an illness earlier in the week, and the combination of both leaves him unavailable for Week 2. In his absence, 2024 third-rounder DeWayne Carter figures to continue to see increased work on the defensive line.

Bishop (groin) is active for Thursday Night Football against the Lions.

The safety was limited during practice sessions leading up to Thursday's game and entered the day with a questionable tag. He appears to be good to go, though, and he should be able to man his starting spot at strong safety. Bishop recorded seven tackles (two solo) across 72 defensive snaps and two special-teams snaps in Week 1 versus the Texans.
