  Coyle notched an assist, eight hits, two blocked shots and two PIM in Tuesday's 2-1 win over the Panthers in Game 5. Coyle set up Charlie McAvoy's second-period tally, which was the game-winner. With three points over five contests in the second round, Coyle has surpassed his production of two helpers over seven first-round outings versus the Maple Leafs. He's still not doing great overall, but he's added 56 hits, 23 blocked shots and an even plus-minus rating to his five points across 12 playoff appearances while holding down a top-six role.

Coyle has a helper in back-to-back contests following a four-game point drought. Both of those assists have been on the power play. Coyle has added six shots on net, 15 hits, six blocked shots and four PIM through four playoff outings while continuing to see top-six usage.

  Coyle notched two assists, three blocked shots and a plus-2 rating in Saturday's 6-4 win over the Penguins. Coyle helped out on Jake DeBrusk's opening tally and Brad Marchand's shorthanded goal in a four-goal second period for the Bruins. The 32-year-old Coyle hadn't posted a multi-point effort since March 16. The center is up to 25 goals, 60 points (11 on the power play, five shorthanded), 146 shots on net, 126 hits, 59 blocked shots and a plus-2 rating through 80 appearances.

  Coyle scored a power-play goal in Saturday's 3-2 overtime win over the Panthers. Coyle deflected home a Brad Marchand pass late in the second period to give the Bruins a 2-1 lead. The 32-year-old center has a modest three-game point streak going, and Saturday's tally was his 25th of the season -- the first time in his career that Coyle has reached that plateau. Coyle is also two points away from the first 60-point campaign of his career.
