Foerster scored the game-winning goal and added a power-play assist in Saturday's 3-2 win over the Bruins. After helping to set up Travis Konecny for the afternoon's first goal late in the second period, Foerster snapped a shot past Linus Ullmark with only 89 seconds left in the third. The 22-year-old Foerster had managed only one point, a goal, over the prior eight games. He has 18 goals and 31 points through 66 games in his first full NHL season.

Foerster scored twice Saturday in a 4-2 win over Ottawa. Both goals came in the final minute of the second period. Foerster put the Flyers up 2-1 at 19:13 when he jumped on a loose puck off a face-off and wired a wrist shot past Mads Sogaard from above the left circle. He then scored five-hole on a penalty shot at 19:58 to push the score to 3-1; the goal stood as the winner. Foerster has been a goal machine lately, putting up nine markers (ten points) on 24 shots in his last nine games. He's now tied with Dmitri Voronkov for third among rookies in goals with 16.

Foerster (lower body) is practicing in a regular jersey Friday, Bill Meltzer of NHL.com reports. Foerster has missed the last four games after he was injured blocking a shot versus Seattle on Feb. 10. The 22-year-old has 10 goals and 21 points in 52 games this season. He will likely play on the third line alongside Ryan Poehling and Noah Cates upon his return to the lineup. The Flyers sent Olle Lycksell to the minors Friday, suggesting Foerster will likely be able to return Saturday versus the Rangers.

Foerster (lower body) is not in the lineup for Saturday's Stadium Series game versus the Devils, Jordan Hall of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports. Foerster will miss his third straight game with the injury. He was expected to miss only a few more days as of last Wednesday, so it's possible he will still be available for the Flyers' road game in Chicago on Wednesday. Philadelphia will go with seven defensemen and 11 forwards in Saturday's contest.

Foerster (lower body) may not be available to play Monday versus the Coyotes after blocking a shot in Saturday's 3-2 win over Seattle, according to Adam Kimelman of NHL.com. Head coach John Tortorella isn't sure if Foerster will be ready to play in Monday's contest. The 22-year-old forward did not take part in the morning skate, which isn't an encouraging sign. Foerster, who has 10 goals and 21 points in 52 games this season, might be replaced by Olle Lycksell in the lineup versus Arizona.
