Ryan Suzuki C | CAR
Hurricanes' Ryan Suzuki: Summoned to NHL
Suzuki was called up by Carolina on Friday, according to Walt Ruff of the Hurricanes' official site.
Suzuki's demotion to AHL Chicago was clearly a paper transaction given that he spent less than 24 hours in the minors. He made his NHL debut Thursday, recording no points and one hit in 6:12 of ice time.

Gage Goncalves C | TB
Lightning's Gage Goncalves: Sent down Friday
Goncalves was reassigned to AHL Syracuse on Friday.
Goncalves was called up by the Lightning on Monday, and he made two appearances during his stint with the NHL club, racking up an assist, three shots on goal, a blocked shot and a plus-1 rating while averaging 12:25 of ice time. He's been with Tampa Bay on several occasions this year, but it's unclear whether he'll be recalled before the league's break for the 4 Nations Face-Off.

Jacob Quillan C | TOR
Maple Leafs' Jacob Quillan: Returns to minors
Quillan was reassigned to AHL Toronto on Friday.
Quillan has six goals and 15 points over 35 AHL outings with the Marlies in 2024-25. The 22-year-old made his NHL debut Saturday, recording no points and one hit in 5:21 of ice time.

Adam Henrique C | EDM
Oilers' Adam Henrique: Deals helper Thursday
Henrique notched an assist, two shots on goal and two hits in Thursday's 3-2 shootout loss to the Red Wings.
Henrique logged four goals, one assist, 16 shots on net, 15 blocked shots and 13 hits over 14 appearances in January. Playing in a third-line role behind superstar centers in Connor McDavid and Leon Draisaitl has left little more than scraps on offense for Henrique and other bottom-six forwards in Edmonton. Henrique has 15 points, 73 shots, 51 blocks, 37 hits and a plus-4 rating across 51 outings this season.

Zach Hyman C | EDM
Oilers' Zach Hyman: Nabs helper Thursday
Hyman provided an assist, seven shots on goal, two hits and two PIM in Thursday's 3-2 shootout loss to the Red Wings.
Hyman continues to bounce between the first and third lines, though his ice time has remained fairly steady regardless of his role. It still adds some volatility to his offense -- he hasn't had a point streak longer than three games in January. The 32-year-old winger is up to 17 goals, 13 helpers, 134 shots on net, 37 hits and a plus-14 rating over 46 appearances this season.
-
Callahan Burke C | LV
Golden Knights' Callahan Burke: Returned to AHL affiliate
Burke was loaned to AHL Henderson on Friday, SinBin.Vegas reports.
Burke was recalled Thursday and played 9:27 against the Blue Jackets while failing to record a point. Burke has one goal over seven NHL games this season. The 27-year-old had seven goals and six assists across 34 AHL contests before being recalled.

Connor Bedard C | CHI
Blackhawks' Connor Bedard: Keeps rolling with goal
Bedard scored a goal on two shots in Thursday's 3-2 loss to the Hurricanes.
Bedard has goals in back-to-back games and has gotten on the scoresheet in four straight contests. He heated up just before the holiday break and hasn't slowed down in January with five goals and seven helpers over 13 outings. The 19-year-old is up to 15 goals, 45 points, 120 shots on net and a minus-23 rating through 51 appearances this season.
-
Jack Roslovic C | EDM
Hurricanes' Jack Roslovic: Supplies helper in return
Roslovic notched an assist in Thursday's 3-2 win over the Blackhawks.
Roslovic showed his versatility, slotting in as the listed first-line center due to the absence of Sebastian Aho (illness). Roslovic held his own in the role, winning 11 of 17 faceoffs, and he set up Mikko Rantanen's first goal as a Hurricane. For the season, Roslovic has been something of a utility player, moving around the lineup as necessary. He's at 18 goals, 27 points, 96 shots on net and a minus-4 rating through 51 appearances, so he may carry some value in deeper fantasy formats that focus on offense.

Seth Jarvis C | CAR
Hurricanes' Seth Jarvis: Reaches 20-goal, 40-point marks
Jarvis scored a shorthanded goal on four shots and added two hits in Thursday's 3-2 win over the Blackhawks.
Jarvis was a goal machine in January, potting 11 of his 20 tallies for the season over his last 15 games. The 22-year-old's goal Thursday gave him 20 on the campaign, as well as 40 points through 45 appearances. He's added 121 shots on net, 69 hits, 33 blocked shots and an even plus-minus rating. Jarvis emerged as a strong all-situations player last season, and he's kept it going in 2024-25.

Pavel Zacha C | BOS
Bruins' Pavel Zacha: Earns shorthanded assist
Zacha notched a shorthanded assist, three shots on goal and a minus-2 rating in Thursday's 6-2 loss to the Jets.
Zacha closed out January hot, earning two goals and seven helpers over his last eight contests. The 27-year-old center is getting the job done in all situations as well, and he continues to see top-six minutes. For the season, he's at 11 goals, 30 points (three on the power play, three shorthanded), 96 shots, 31 hits and a plus-2 rating over 53 appearances.
