Jake Guentzel C | TB
Lightning's Jake Guentzel: Nets lone goal in loss
Guentzel scored a power-play goal and went minus-2 in Sunday's 4-1 loss to the Ducks.
Guentzel scored midway through the second period to get the Lightning on the board. The 30-year-old winger has six points, including three on the power play, over his last six games. For the season, he's at 21 goals, 18 helpers, 98 shots on net, 12 power-play points and a plus-8 rating through 36 outings.

Leo Carlsson C | ANA
Ducks' Leo Carlsson: Slides assist Sunday
Carlsson notched an assist in Sunday's 4-1 win over the Lightning.
Carlsson helped out on Jackson LaCombe's insurance tally in the third period. With a goal and two assists over three games in January, it looks like Carlsson's offense is thawing out after a frigid December (one goal in 10 outings). The 20-year-old continues to occupy a second-line role, and he's at 15 points, 44 shots on net and an even plus-minus rating through 33 appearances with steady top-six minutes this season.

Ryan Strome C | CGY
Ducks' Ryan Strome: Generates pair of helpers
Strome notched two assists, five shots on goal, three blocked shots and a plus-3 rating in Sunday's 4-1 win over the Lightning.
Strome's point streak is up to five games (two goals, five assists) after Sunday's performance. The top-line center set up the Ducks' first and last goals of the game. For the season, he has seven goals, 16 helpers, 73 shots on net and a plus-3 rating through 39 appearances. He's on track to surpass the matching 41-point seasons he had in his first two years with the Ducks, and it wouldn't take a lot more to put him on pace for 50 points, though his contributions outside of scoring are fairly modest.

Connor Bedard C | CHI
Blackhawks' Connor Bedard: Extends point streak in loss
Bedard banked an even-strength assist in Sunday's 6-2 loss to the Rangers.
Bedard set up Tyler Bertuzzi's 14th goal of the season to open the scoring Sunday. Bedard has produced three goals and six assists during his seven-game point streak, which is the longest run of offensive success for the right-shot center over his 108 career NHL appearances. The 2023 first-overall selection is leading Chicago in scoring with 35 points (10 goals, 25 helpers) through 40 games. The 19-year-old's production has been been steady since entering the league, but if Bedard is insulated with high-end offensive talent in the coming years in Chicago, his ceiling in the fantasy realm would skyrocket.

Sean Couturier C | PHI
Flyers' Sean Couturier: Provides assist Sunday
Couturier notched an assist in Sunday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Maple Leafs.
Couturier set up Scott Laughton's game-tying goal midway through the second period. After being limited to four points over 12 games in December, Couturier has been demoted to the fourth line, and his 13:41 of ice time Sunday suggests it's not just a change on paper. The 32-year-old center is at 19 points, 68 shots on net, 28 hits, 23 blocked shots and a minus-3 rating through 38 appearances.

Scott Laughton C | LA
Flyers' Scott Laughton: Finds twine Sunday
Laughton scored a goal on four shots and added four hits in Sunday's 3-2 overtime loss to the Maple Leafs.
Laughton has two goals and six assists over his last nine outings. He's seen middle-six minutes in that stretch, primarily alongside Morgan Frost and Matvei Michkov. The 30-year-old Laughton is up to nine goals, 22 points, 74 shots, 91 hits, 22 blocked shots and a minus-9 rating through 40 appearances this season. It's right in line with his usual pace in most categories, which makes Laughton a decent depth option in fantasy despite a lack of power-play time.

Connor Dewar C | PIT
Maple Leafs' Connor Dewar: Garners assist in overtime win
Dewar notched an assist and six hits in Sunday's 3-2 overtime win over the Flyers.
Dewar has two helpers over his last four contests. The 25-year-old forward has also contributed 31 hits over his last six games, providing plenty of physicality in a fourth-line role. He's at three assists, 24 shots on net, 67 hits and an even plus-minus rating through 23 outings overall.
-
Steven Lorentz C | TOR
Maple Leafs' Steven Lorentz: Registers assist Sunday
Lorentz notched an assist and five hits in Sunday's 3-2 overtime win over the Flyers.
Lorentz has contributed three points over his last six outings, an improvement on the 11-game drought that preceded this stretch. The 28-year-old has been a fourth-line fixture this season, leading to limited chances to contribute offense in a top-heavy forward group. Lorentz has five goals, three assists, 33 shots on net, 109 hits, 28 blocked shots and a plus-2 rating over 41 appearances.
-
John Tavares C | TOR
Maple Leafs' John Tavares: Helpers in consecutive games
Tavares logged an assist, two shots on goal and two blocked shots in Sunday's 3-2 overtime win over the Flyers.
Tavares' eight-game point streak ended Thursday, but he has bounced back with an assist in each of the last two contests. The 34-year-old center is up to 40 points in as many games this season (19 goals, 21 helpers). He's added 116 shots on net, 50 hits, 25 blocked shots and a plus-4 rating. Tavares may take a step back now that Auston Matthews has returned to great success in a top-line role, but both centers are well worth rostering in fantasy.

Auston Matthews C | TOR
Maple Leafs' Auston Matthews: Supplies two more helpers Sunday
Matthews notched two assists, three shots on goal and three hits in Sunday's 3-2 overtime win over the Flyers.
Matthews played in both halves of a back-to-back after missing six contests due to an upper-body injury. He's been excellent since returning, racking up five points, eight shots and a plus-6 rating over those two games. The superstar center is at 12 goals, 16 helpers, 109 shots on net, 37 blocked shots, 17 hits and a plus-4 rating through 26 appearances. It will be an uphill battle for him to get to the 100-point mark after two significant injury absences in the first half of the campaign, but he should stay above a point-per-game pace without much trouble.
