Canucks' Max Sasson: Finds twine in shootout win

Sasson scored a goal and blocked two shots in Thursday's 4-3 shootout win over the Kraken.

Sasson ended a four-game point drought with the tally. He was also scratched twice in that span, as his spot on the fourth line is not yet secure. The 24-year-old forward has contributed two goals, four assists, 16 shots on net, 10 hits, 11 blocked shots and a plus-4 rating over 15 appearances.

  • Marco Rossi C | VAN

Wild's Marco Rossi: Scores game-tying goal Thursday

Rossi found the back of the net on three shots in Thursday's 4-3 shootout win over the Capitals.

Rossi potted the game-tying goal at 11:19 of the final frame after a give-and-go sequence with Ryan Hartman. Rossi has recorded three goals and three helpers over his last six games. The 23-year-old has shown why he was a top-10 selection in the 2020 NHL Draft -- the Austrian center's production increased by at least two points in each of the first three months of the campaign. On the season, he's at 15 goals, 18 helpers and a plus-12 rating through 39 outings. Rossi and the Wild will have their hands full on the road Saturday against a Carolina team that is 14-4-0 on home ice this season.

  • Morgan Frost C | CGY

Flyers' Morgan Frost: Manages power-play assist

Frost posted a power-play assist and a minus-2 rating in Thursday's 5-2 loss to the Golden Knights.

Frost has three goals and three helpers over his last seven contests. The 25-year-old has quietly gotten his offense back on track, and he earned his first power-play point since Oct. 26 in this game. For the season, he has 18 points (five on the power play), 56 shots on net, 25 blocked shots and a minus-10 rating over 35 appearances.

  • Travis Konecny RW | PHI

Flyers' Travis Konecny: Strikes on power play again

Konecny scored a power-play goal on four shots and went minus-2 in Thursday's 5-2 loss to the Golden Knights.

Konecny has a power-play goal in back-to-back games following a recent five-game goal drought. The 27-year-old winger is up to 18 tallies, 43 points (10 on the power play), 96 shots on net, 48 hits, 37 PIM and a minus-3 rating through 39 appearances this season. Konecny is arguably the most important forward on the Flyers' roster and should continue to offer well-rounded production in the second half of the campaign.

  • Jack Eichel C | LV

Golden Knights' Jack Eichel: Dishes pair of assists

Eichel registered two assists, three shots on goal and a plus-2 rating in Thursday's 5-2 win over the Flyers.

Eichel helped out on the Golden Knights' first and last goals in the contest. The center saw his four-game point streak end in a loss to the Canadiens on Tuesday, but he was able to avoid his third multi-game dry spell. The 28-year-old is up to 50 points (10 goals, 40 helpers) with 112 shots on net and a plus-23 rating through 38 appearances. Eichel has been one of the top players in the league this season and is well on his way to a career year.

  • Golden Knights' Pavel Dorofeyev: Pots goal Thursday

Dorofeyev scored a goal on three shots in Thursday's 5-2 win over the Flyers.

Dorofeyev has two goals and an assist over his last four outings. While he's been on the third line in that time, it appears the move down the lineup has helped him get back on track after a rough early portion of December. The 24-year-old winger is up to a career-high 14 goals with seven assists, 108 shots on net and a minus-2 rating over 38 appearances.

  • Flames' Yegor Sharangovich: Records helper in loss

Sharangovich notched an assist in Thursday's 5-3 loss to Utah.

The 26-year-old has a helper in three of the last five games, adding four shots on net and a plus-2 rating in that span. Sharangovich's non-scoring production has been virtually non-existent this year, and his offense has been mediocre at best with 11 points, 67 shots on net and a minus-9 rating over 31 appearances. While he plays in a versatile role, he'll need to display some consistency to be helpful in fantasy.

  • Nazem Kadri C | COL

Flames' Nazem Kadri: Supplies power-play helper

Kadri logged a power-play assist, six shots on goal and 12 PIM in Thursday's 5-3 loss to Utah.

Kadri set up Blake Coleman's first-period tally. The helper gives Kadri a total of 12 points over 13 contests since the start of December. The center is up to 14 goals, 13 assists, eight power-play points, 133 shots on net, 29 hits, 42 PIM and a minus-13 rating through 38 outings overall in a top-line role.

  • Connor Zary C | CGY

Flames' Connor Zary: Stays warm with goal

Zary scored a goal on four shots in Thursday's 5-3 loss to Utah.

Zary has scored in back-to-back contests and has six points over his last seven games. The 23-year-old forward is up to 10 goals, 22 points, 80 shots on net and a minus-5 rating through 38 appearances this season. He's made modest gains in most areas this season, and while he remains listed on the third line, Zary has often seen more ice time that role would suggest. He's a decent option for fantasy managers in deeper redraft formats.

  • Flames' Blake Coleman: Pair of points in loss

Coleman scored a power-play goal, dished an assist and added two hits in Thursday's 5-3 loss to Utah.

Coleman ended a three-game slump when he scored late in the first period. He also assisted on a Brayden Pachal tally in the second period. After logging seven points over 12 contests in December, expectations may be a little higher for Coleman, who has held a spot on the second power-play unit for a couple of weeks. The 33-year-old has nine goals, 19 points (two on the power play), 86 shots on net, 75 hits, 35 blocked shots and a minus-4 rating over 38 outings this season.
