Jake Guentzel C | TB
Lightning's Jake Guentzel: Goal streak now at seven games
Guentzel scored a goal and added an assist in a 5-3 win over Columbus on Tuesday.
Guentzel pushed the Bolts up 3-0 in the second period when he stuffed in his own rebound from in tight. It was his seventh straight game with a goal and ninth in that span (three assists). Guentzel added another five shots to his stat pack Tuesday, which gives him 29 on this run and 84 in 29 games this season. He's on pace for his first-ever 50-goal season and mid-90s point total. Steven Stamkos who? Guentzel has been an exceptional signing and a great fit on the ice with the Bolts and on your squad, too.

Nick Suzuki C | MON
Canadiens' Nick Suzuki: Helps twice on power play
Suzuki recorded two power-play assists and two blocked shots in Tuesday's 6-1 win over Buffalo.
Suzuki was in on two of Patrik Laine's three power-play tallies, giving the captain 10 multi-point efforts this season. He has four goals and nine assists over his last 10 outings and leads Montreal with 32 points.

Craig Smith C | DET
Blackhawks' Craig Smith: Still out Tuesday
Smith (back) will not play Tuesday versus the Capitals, Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
Smith is set for a fourth straight absence due to the injury. The winger's next chance to play is Thursday versus the Kraken. If he can't return for that game, it's unclear if Smith will travel with the Blackhawks when they begin a road trip in Calgary on Saturday.

Bo Horvat C | NYI
Islanders' Bo Horvat: Ready to rock
Horvat (lower body) will play versus Carolina on Tuesday, according to Andrew Gross of Newsday .
Horvat will occupy a third-line role and could see time on the top power-play combination after a one-game absence. He has registered eight goals, 22 points and 86 shots on net across 31 appearances this season. With Horvat back in the lineup, Matt Martin will be a healthy scratch versus the Hurricanes.

Pius Suter C | STL
Canucks' Pius Suter: Slides helper
Suter notched an assist in Monday's 3-1 win over the Avalanche.
Suter helped out on the first of Kiefer Sherwood's three goals in the game. The 28-year-old Suter snapped his three-game slump, but offense may be harder to come by moving forward. He's lost his top-six spot since J.T. Miller returned from a personal leave, with Suter now centering the third line rather than playing on the wing. He's been good this year with 18 points, 53 shots on net and a plus-6 rating over 29 appearances, and the Canucks have a fairly deep offense, so don't rush to drop Suter -- just have a backup plan ready if he enters a slump.

Devin Shore C | MIN
Wild's Devin Shore: Remains with team
Shore will stay with Minnesota after clearing waivers Tuesday, Michael Russo of The Athletic reports.
Shore could be in the lineup for Wednesday's game against Florida if Yakov Trenin (upper body) is unavailable. The 30-year-old Shore hasn't earned a point in 12 NHL appearances while collecting 10 shots on goal, seven blocked shots and 17 hits.

Connor Brown RW | NJ
Oilers' Connor Brown: Tallies in loss
Brown scored a goal in Monday's 6-5 loss to the Panthers.
Brown gave the Oilers their first lead of the game with a second-period tally. The 30-year-old winger has scored in three straight games, adding two assists, four shots on net and a plus-5 rating in that span. It's tough to trust any depth forward for the Oilers, but Brown is worth a look as a streaming play for the rest of the week as Edmonton hosts Boston, San Jose and Ottawa prior to the holiday break. He has surpassed last year's point total (12 in 71 games) with six goals, seven assists, 52 shots on net and a plus-5 rating in just 31 appearances this season.

Eetu Luostarinen C | FLA
Panthers' Eetu Luostarinen: Contributes helper in win
Luostarinen logged an assist, six hits, two blocked shots and a plus-2 rating in Monday's 6-5 win over the Oilers.
Luostarinen helped out on Niko Mikkola's game-tying goal in the third period. The assist snapped a six-game dry spell for Luostarinen, who remains in a middle-six role. He's picked up power-play time while Aleksander Barkov (illness) has been out of the lineup for two games, but Luostarinen doesn't regularly play with the man advantage. The power winger has 12 points, 34 shots on net, 71 hits, 21 blocked shots and a plus-2 rating through 32 appearances this season.

Anton Lundell C | FLA
Panthers' Anton Lundell: Supplies pair of helpers
Lundell produced two assists, two blocked shots and a plus-2 rating in Monday's 6-5 win over the Oilers.
The pair of helpers snapped a six-game slump for Lundell, who has moved up to the top six over the last two contests to cover for the absence of Aleksander Barkov (illness). Moving up the lineup typically helps Lundell's production, but this promotion is likely to be short-lived once Barkov is cleared to return. Lundell has eight goals, 13 assists, 63 shots on net, 42 hits, 26 blocked shots and a minus-2 rating over 31 outings, so there's still room for him on fantasy rosters in deeper formats.
