  • Kings' Quinton Byfield: Scores in shootout loss

Byfield scored a goal in Thursday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Flyers.

Byfield ended an eight-game goal drought with his tally late in the first period. He was limited to three assists during that stretch, and he also lost two contests due to an upper-body issue. Byfield is now at 14 goals, 36 points, 139 shots on net, 51 hits, 36 blocked shots, 40 PIM and a minus-10 rating over 65 appearances in a top-six role.

  • Kings' Anze Kopitar: Buries goal in shootout loss

Kopitar scored a goal on two shots in Thursday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Flyers.

Kopitar was acknowledged during the game for setting the Kings' franchise record in points during their most recent road trip. He's picked up the pace with five goals and four assists over his last nine outings, getting on the scoresheet in eight of those games. The 38-year-old's offense has been rejuvenated by the play of Artemi Panarin, so Kopitar could still help fantasy managers late this season. Through 53 appearances, Kopitar has 11 goals, 32 points, 77 shots on net, 46 blocked shots and a plus-16 rating.

  • Mammoth's Kevin Stenlund: Nabs helper in return

Stenlund logged an assist, two shots on goal and two PIM in Thursday's 4-0 win over the Golden Knights.

Stenlund missed Monday's game in Dallas but was able to shake off a lower-body injury ahead of Thursday's matchup. He saw 16:12 of ice time in this contest, helping to protect a lead with his defensive skills for much of the game. The veteran center has four helpers over his last seven outings and is up to 16 points, 57 shots on net, 50 blocked shots, 35 hits, 24 PIM and a minus-7 rating over 67 appearances.

  • Jack McBain C | UTA

Mammoth's Jack McBain: Finds twine in win

McBain scored a goal on two shots and added seven hits in Thursday's 4-0 win over the Golden Knights.

McBain has scored in back-to-back games after going 20 contests without a goal. The 26-year-old continues to play on the third line, which suits him well as a strong checking forward. He's up to eight goals, 24 points, 101 shots on net, 249 hits, 40 blocked shots, 67 PIM and a plus-13 rating over 69 appearances. He still has time to challenge his career-best 27-point output from 82 games a year ago.

  • Mammoth's Barrett Hayton: Produces two points

Hayton scored an empty-net goal on two shots, added an assist and went plus-2 in Thursday's 4-0 win over the Golden Knights.

Hayton had been limited to just one goal over his last nine outings. This was his first multi-point effort since Jan. 24 versus the Predators. Hayton's inconsistent offense is a big reason why he remains in a third-line role, though he's also part of the first power-play unit. The center has 10 goals, 25 points, 116 shots on net, 34 hits, 29 blocked shots, 52 PIM and a plus-5 rating over 64 appearances this season.

  • Marco Rossi C | VAN

Canucks' Marco Rossi: Dishes pair of helpers

Rossi notched two assists and three hits in Thursday's 6-2 loss to the Lightning.

Rossi has three goals and six assists during a four-game point streak, with three of those outings going for multiple points. The 24-year-old center has grown comfortable in a second-line role and also has a share of power-play time. Rossi has earned 27 points, 50 shots on net, 29 hits, 25 blocked shots and a minus-12 rating over 36 appearances between the Canucks and the Wild this season.

  • Canucks' Linus Karlsson: Pots goal in loss

Karlsson scored a goal on two shots and went minus-2 in Thursday's 6-2 loss to the Lightning.

Karlsson has remained fairly productive in March with two goals and four assists over nine outings this month. He got the Canucks within two goals in the third period, but Anthony Cirelli and Brandon Hagel quickly answered with tallies of their own. Karlsson is up to 13 goals, 30 points, 95 shots on net, 76 hits, 28 PIM and a minus-20 rating through 65 appearances in his first full NHL campaign.

  • Lightning's Yanni Gourde: Lights lamp Thursday

Gourde scored a goal on two shots in Thursday's 6-2 win over the Canucks.

Gourde has scored twice over the last three games. The 34-year-old continues to play in a third-line role, so he may have some ups and downs on offense for a team where the starpower carries the scoring. Gourde is up to nine goals, 25 points, 95 shots on net, 92 hits, 58 PIM, 25 blocked shots and an even plus-minus rating across 67 appearances.

  • Lightning's Jake Guentzel: Opens scoring with 30th goal

Guentzel scored a goal on three shots and added two PIM in Thursday's 6-2 win over the Canucks.

Guentzel reached the 30-goal mark on the year when he opened the scoring at 17:37 of the first period. The 31-year-old winger has reached that scoring level in each of the last five seasons and six times overall in his career. He's picked up four goals and four assists over nine outings in March, putting him at 71 points, 178 shots on net, 51 PIM and a plus-11 rating through 67 appearances on the year.

  • Lightning's Anthony Cirelli: Picks up three more points

Cirelli scored a goal on two shots, added two assists and went plus-3 in Thursday's 6-2 win over the Canucks.

Cirelli has back-to-back three-point outings to his name. He's gotten on the scoresheet in six of the Lightning's last seven games, earning two goals and nine assists in that span. The 28-year-old center is loving life between Nikita Kucherov and Brandon Hagel on the top line lately, which bodes well for the trio's production. Cirelli is at 17 goals, 29 assists, 102 shots on net, 43 hits, 38 blocked shots, 37 PIM and a plus-30 rating through 59 contests this season.
