  • Ross Colton C | COL

Avalanche's Ross Colton: Ready to return

Colton (lower body) is good to play Thursday in Montreal, per Conor McGahey of Altitude TV.

Colton missed three straight games due to the injury. He has five goals and 20 points in 48 appearances in 2025-26. Colton's return is expected to result in Taylor Makar being a healthy scratch Thursday.

  • Blues' Oskar Sundqvist: Off injured reserve

Sundqvist (ankle) was taken off injured reserve, per the NHL media site, which suggests he's available to play Thursday versus Florida.

Sundqvist was last in the lineup Jan. 18. He has three goals, 13 points, 14 PIM, 47 hits and 23 blocks in 39 outings in 2025-26. Sundqvist is likely to play in a bottom-six capacity against the Panthers, which might lead to Nathan Walker serving as a healthy scratch.

  • Panthers' Anton Lundell: Ruled out Thursday

Lundell (upper body) will not play Thursday in St. Louis and is considered day-to-day at this time, Rob Darragh of the Panthers' official site reports.

Malkin (undisclosed) will be in action against Chicago on Thursday, Seth Rorabaugh of Tribune-Review Sports reports.

Malkin appeared to be injured versus Vancouver on Sunday, but he will remain in the lineup for Thursday's tilt. Since returning from a previous upper-body injury, the 39-year-old center has been rolling offensively with five goals and six helpers, including two power-play points, in his last 10 outings. Turcotte (upper body) has returned to Los Angeles and has been ruled out for the rest of the road trip which concludes Sunday in Carolina, Zach Dooley of the Kings' official site reports.

Turcotte missed Tuesday's tilt in Detroit with the injury. The 24-year-old has three goals and 12 points with 29 hits and 25 blocked shots over 49 games this season. He could return as early as Wednesday versus Seattle, though the Kings could give him some extra time off as they are off from Feb. 6 to 24 due to the Olympic break.

  • Blues' Oskar Sundqvist: Game-time call Thursday

Sundqvist (ankle) will be a game-time decision ahead of Thursday's home clash versus Florida, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.

  • Jordan Kyrou C | STL

Blues' Jordan Kyrou: Considered game-time decision

Kyrou (upper body) is considered a game-time decision for Thursday's matchup against Florida, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.

Kyrou suffered an upper-body injury during Tuesday's game against the Stars and was labeled day-to-day Wednesday. It's not yet clear whether he'll be able to suit up against the Panthers, but he'll participate in an optional skate Thursday before the Blues determine his status.
