  • Sharks' Zack Ostapchuk: Earns first two-point effort in win

Ostapchuk scored a goal, dished an assist, added four hits, blocked two shots and went plus-2 in Thursday's 4-1 win over the Maple Leafs.

Ostapchuk snapped his 16-game point drought with a goal just 3:27 into the contest. He also helped out on Adam Gaudette's empty-netter. Ostapchuk's performance Thursday was the first multi-point game of his career. The 22-year-old is up to four goals, three assists, 39 shots on net, 121 hits, 26 blocked shots, 41 PIM and a minus-8 rating through 51 appearances in a fourth-line role this season.

  • Nick Suzuki C | MON

Canadiens' Nick Suzuki: Adds two more helpers Thursday

Suzuki logged two assists and went plus-2 in Thursday's 3-2 win over the Rangers.

Suzuki has three goals and five assists during a four-game point streak. The 26-year-old center has approached superstar status this season with a career-high 94 points, including 67 helpers and a plus-36 rating over 75 appearances. He's added 170 shots on net, 59 blocked shots, 58 hits and 28 PIM, providing some decent category coverage in addition to his superb offense.

  • Devils' Nico Hischier: Adds pair of helpers in win

Hischier supplied two assists and had two PIM in Thursday's 7-3 win over the Capitals.

Hischier recorded a secondary helper on Dawson Mercer's goal in the opening period before later sliding the primary pass on Jesper Bratt's power-play tally in the third. With the pair of helpers, Hischier is up to 35 assists, 61 points, 194 shots on net, 55 hits and 61 blocked shots through 75 games this season. The 27-year-old center has been rolling during a six-game point streak with seven assists and nine points. Since March 4, he has 18 points and solid category-coverage stats, making Hischier an excellent option for the remainder of the fantasy playoffs.

  • Hurricanes' Logan Stankoven: Tickles twine twice

Stankoven scored twice Thursday in a 5-1 win over Columbus.

Stankoven scored both in a 6:25 span in the first period to put the game out of reach for the Blue Jackets. He has three goals in his last two games (six shots) and 17 on the season (36 points; 75 games). Stankoven's game is growing slowly. He has 11 points, including seven goals, in his last 24 games. That's a pretty consistent pace for the second-line center, who is in his fourth season. Stankoven's fantasy value has yet to materialize, but we do like the incremental improvement in his two-way game. He's plus-12 this season after struggling with a minus-3 rating in 19 games after his trade from Dallas last year.

  • Cody Glass C | NJ

Devils' Cody Glass: Finds twine in big win

Glass tallied a goal, placed three shots on net and served 12 PIM in Thursday's 7-3 win over the Capitals.

Glass sparked New Jersey's offensive clinic Thursday with his opening goal just over five minutes into the first period. The twine finder was his third goal of March and snapped his eight-game streak without finding the back of the net. Overall, the 27-year-old center is up to 16 goals, 23 points, 96 shots on net, 39 hits and 37 blocked shots through 63 games this season. His goal Tuesday helped him set his highest point total in a season since the 2022-23 campaign, when he posted 35 points across 72 regular-season games.

  • Jack McBain C | UTA

Mammoth's Jack McBain: Questionable to finish game

McBain is questionable to return to Thursday's game versus the Kraken after sustaining a lower-body injury.

McBain limped to the locker room during the second period. The 26-year-old's questionable status is not a worst-case scenario, but that still leaves his ability to play Saturday versus the Canucks in doubt if he can't get back into Thursday's contest.

  • Devils' Dawson Mercer: Nets pair of goals Thursday

Mercer scored two goals, including an empty-net goal, and fired six shots on net in Thursday's 7-3 win over Washington.

Mercer tallied a goal early in the first period to double New Jersey's lead before he later placed the bow atop Thursday's victory with an empty-net goal. With the pair of twine finders, he is up to 17 goals, 38 points, 143 shots on net, 31 hits and 45 blocked shots through 75 games this season. The 24-year-old forward is now just two points shy of reaching 40 on the season, which would be his first time with 40 or more points since the 2022-23 season. With five points over his last six games, Mercer holds solid streaming value in most standard fantasy formats for the remainder of the fantasy playoffs.

  • Jack Hughes C | NJ

Devils' Jack Hughes: Posts two-goal, five point night

Hughes scored two goals, recorded three assists and fired five shots on net in Thursday's 7-3 win over Washington.

Hughes stole the show in Thursday's victory, as he tallied two consecutive goals midway through the contest, including the game-winning tally. He also picked up a helper late in the first period and two assists in the third. Overall, the 24-year-old star is up to 24 goals, 44 assists, 200 shots on net and 23 blocked shots through 54 games this season. Hughes has been unstoppable since the Olympics with 32 points over his last 18 games, which ranks second in the NHL during that span. He's on pace to post the second-best points-per-game total of his career behind his 99-point campaign across 78 regular-season games during the 2022-23 season. When healthy, Hughes is a superstar for fantasy hockey.

  • Maple Leafs' Tyler Hopkins: Two goals in season-ending loss

Hopkins scored twice in OHL Guelph's 11-3 loss to Windsor in Game 4 on Thursday.

These goals were Hopkins' only points over four playoff outings this year. He had 50 points in 56 regular-season contests as well. The Maple Leafs prospect has done an alright job so far, but another year of development in the OHL would probably do him some good.

  • Alex Newhook C | MON

Canadiens' Alex Newhook: Nets 12th goal of season

Newhook scored a goal in a 3-2 win over the Rangers on Thursday.

It was Newhook's 12th goal of the season. The number seems unremarkable overall, but look closer. Newhook has 23 points in 35 games, which is a 54-point pace. He may not be a great help the rest of the way, but he could be a sneaky sleeper next season. Put Newhook's name on your watch list for next fall.
