  • Kings' Nikita Alexandrov: Huge effort in AHL comeback win

Alexandrov scored twice and added an assist in AHL Ontario's 4-3 shootout win over Colorado on Wednesday.

Alexandrov has 18 points in as many games with the Reign since he was traded to the Kings from the Blues back in early December. The forward is up to nine goals and 23 helpers over 36 outings at the AHL level this season. The 25-year-old forward should be in contention for a call-up to the Kings if he keeps up this scoring pace.

  • J.T. Miller C | NYR

Rangers' J.T. Miller: Pockets two assists

Miller notched two assists and two hits in Wednesday's 8-4 loss to the Senators.

Miller has four points over his last four games since returning from an upper-body injury. The 32-year-old forward has added nine shots on net and seven hits in that span, though he also has a minus-6 rating as the Rangers have struggled in their own zone. Miller is up to 26 points (11 goals, 15 assists), 86 shots on net, 81 hits and a minus-17 rating through 39 appearances this season.

  • Rangers' Mika Zibanejad: Contributes pair of helpers

Zibanejad logged two assists and five shots on goal in Wednesday's 8-4 loss to the Senators.

Zibanejad's point streak is up to seven games (six goals, eight assists) with this effort. The 32-year-old has been one of the few bright spots for the Rangers lately. He's up to 18 goals, 25 helpers, 129 shots on net, 70 hits, 33 blocked shots and a minus-15 rating over 47 appearances. Zibanejad has played center and right wing this season, so that versatility should give him a little extra appeal in fantasy as long as he can keep scoring regularly.

  • Noah Laba C | NYR

Rangers' Noah Laba: Power-play goal in loss

Laba scored a power-play goal, added two PIM, logged two hits and went minus-2 in Wednesday's 8-4 loss to the Senators.

Laba's tally came near the end of the Rangers' lone power play in the game. This ended an 11-game goal drought for the center, who also missed three contests in that span due to an upper-body injury. The 22-year-old rookie has six goals, 13 points (four on the power play), 46 shots on net, 57 hits, 31 blocked shots, 22 PIM and a minus-2 rating over 45 outings this season. He's not a lock for power-play minutes, so his scoring numbers are likely to remain fairly low.

  • Nick Cousins C | OTT

Senators' Nick Cousins: Dishes two helpers

Cousins logged two assists and a plus-3 rating in Wednesday's 8-4 win over the Rangers.

Cousins snapped a six-game point drought with his first multi-point effort of the season. The 32-year-old helped out on goals by Jake Sanderson and Thomas Chabot during the second period. For the season, Cousins has earned 12 points, 35 shots on net, 85 hits, 51 PIM and a plus-2 rating over 45 appearances, mainly in a fourth-line role.

  • Ridly Greig C | OTT

Senators' Ridly Greig: Distributes trio of assists

Greig notched three assists and went plus-2 in Wednesday's 8-4 win over the Rangers.

Greig had the primary helpers on first-period tallies by Nick Jensen, Brady Tkachuk and Dylan Cozens. The line of Tkachuk, Cozens and Greig combined for 10 points in the contest. For the season, Greig is up to six goals, 13 helpers, 75 shots on net, 55 PIM, 51 hits, 27 blocked shots and a plus-1 rating over 41 appearances. This was his first multi-point effort since Nov. 9 versus the Mammoth.

  • Dylan Cozens C | OTT

Senators' Dylan Cozens: Produces three points in win

Cozens scored a goal on four shots, added two assists and went plus-2 in Wednesday's 8-4 win over the Rangers.

Cozens did all of his work in a four-goal first period for the Senators. One of his helpers came on the power play. The 24-year-old had gone 10 contests without a multi-point effort, earning just one goal and three assists in that span. For the season, the center has 13 goals, 21 helpers, 108 shots on net, 126 hits, 36 PIM and a minus-15 rating across 46 appearances.

  • Josh Norris C | BUF

Sabres' Josh Norris: Dealing with rib issue

Norris took a cross-check to the ribs that knocked him out of Wednesday's game versus the Flyers, and he'll be evaluated Thursday prior to the Sabres' game against the Canadiens, Rachel Lenzi of The Buffalo News reports.

This confirms Norris avoided a concussion as well as any additional damage to his shoulder, which has been a concern throughout his career. Norris is likely day-to-day at this point, though his evaluation Thursday will provide more information about his status.

  • Josh Norris C | BUF

Sabres' Josh Norris: Sustains upper-body injury

Norris (upper body) won't return to Wednesday's game versus the Flyers.

Norris was hurt in the second period, though he was able to pick up an assist before his exit. With a lack of additional details, it's fair to be concerned about Norris' status, given his lengthy history of injuries, particularly of the upper-body variety. It's unclear if he'll be able to suit up in Thursday's game versus the Canadiens.

  • Red Wings' Sheldon Dries: Returns to minors

Dries was reassigned to AHL Grand Rapids on Wednesday.

Dries was a healthy scratch for three straight games after being recalled from the minors last Friday. The 31-year-old has 11 goals and 25 points in 26 outings with Grand Rapids in 2025-26.
