  • Tommy Novak C | PIT

Penguins' Thomas Novak: Pots power-play goal Saturday

Novak scored a power-play goal in Saturday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Flyers.

Novak had been limited to one assist over his previous four outings. The Penguins are thin up front right now with Sidney Crosby (lower body) hurt and Evgeni Malkin (suspension) sidelined, so Novak has an opportunity to take on a larger role despite the weakened supporting cast. The 28-year-old Novak has done a fine job so far with 13 goals, 34 points (seven on the power play), 95 shots on net and a plus-1 rating over 62 appearances this season.

  • Bruins' Elias Lindholm: Deposits empty-netter

Lindholm scored an empty-net goal on four shots in Saturday's 3-1 win over the Capitals.

This was Lindholm's first goal since Jan. 26 versus the Rangers. He's earned three points over five NHL contests since he returned from an upper-body injury. The veteran center reached the 40-point mark Saturday (12 goals, 28 assists), and he's added 79 shots on net, 44 blocked shots, 34 PIM and a minus-5 rating over 49 appearances.

  • Sharks' Macklin Celebrini: Scores lone goal in overtime loss

Celebrini scored a goal on four shots in Saturday's 2-1 overtime loss to the Islanders.

Celebrini has four goals and four assists during his five-game point streak. He's scored in each of the last three contests. The 19-year-old is knocking on the door of a 90-point campaign -- he has 32 tallies, 57 assists, 216 shots on net, 39 blocked shots, 34 hits, 34 PIM and a plus-7 rating over 61 appearances.

  • Bo Horvat C | NYI

Islanders' Bo Horvat: Nets game-winner in overtime

Horvat scored a goal on six shots and blocked two shots in Saturday's 2-1 overtime win over the Sharks.

Horvat's goal 4:20 into overtime gave the Islanders their first win in three games on this road trip. He's scored in three of four contests in March and continues to play a leading role on offense. Horvat is up to 27 goals (six game-winners), 44 points, 167 shots on net, 44 hits, 34 blocked shots and a plus-10 rating across 50 appearances this season.

  • Kraken's Matty Beniers: Nets goal in loss

Beniers scored a goal, added two hits and blocked two shots in Saturday's 7-4 loss to the Senators.

Beniers scored midway through the third period, but that only cut the deficit to 7-3 at the time. The 23-year-old has two goals over six contests since the Olympic break, which appears to have sapped the momentum he was building before the NHL went on pause. The center is at 16 goals, 39 points, 118 shots on net, 55 blocked shots and a minus-5 rating through 62 appearances this season. Beniers remains in a top-line role, but he's little more than a depth forward in most fantasy formats.

  • Nick Cousins C | OTT

Senators' Nick Cousins: Manages two assists in win

Cousins logged a pair of assists and went plus-2 in Saturday's 7-4 win over the Kraken.

Cousins helped out on goals by his linemates, Shane Pinto and Michael Amadio, as the Senators built up a 4-1 lead in the middle of the second period. The 32-year-old Cousins doesn't add much on offense, though he has three assists over five contests since the Olympic break. The veteran forward is up to 19 points, 56 shots on net, 127 hits, 30 blocked shots, 68 PIM and a plus-11 rating over 61 appearances. He's on pace to top the 20-point mark for the first time in three years and could challenge his career high of 27 points, set in 2018-19 with the Coyotes and matched in 2022-23 regular season as a member of the Panthers.

  • Dylan Cozens C | OTT

Senators' Dylan Cozens: Scores in fourth straight game

Cozens scored a goal on two shots and added five hits in Saturday's 7-4 win over the Kraken.

Cozens has five goals and an assist during his four-game streak. The 25-year-old center continues to provide quality offense from the second line, as well as a hearty helping of physical play to round out his production in fantasy. For the season, he's up to 23 goals, 49 points, 146 shots on net, 169 hits and 49 PIM through 62 appearances. Cozens has a chance to push for the 30-goal and 60-point marks if he can keep up his surge late in the campaign.

  • Senators' Michael Amadio: Produces two points

Amadio scored a goal on two shots, added an assist and logged two hits in Saturday's 7-4 win over the Kraken.

Amadio has earned two goals and two helpers over three outings in March. The 29-year-old forward is still in a third-line role, but the Senators receive contributions throughout their top nine, so Amadio is a decent depth contributor. For the season, he has 10 goals, 26 points, 77 shots on net, 87 hits, 35 blocked shots and a plus-8 rating over 62 appearances. He needs just one more point to match his total from each of the last three regular seasons.

  • Shane Pinto C | OTT

Senators' Shane Pinto: Leads charge with three points

Pinto scored a goal on three shots, dished two assists, added four PIM, notched two hits and went plus-2 in Saturday's 7-4 win over the Kraken.

Pinto was involved in three of the Senators' first four goals. His line with Nick Cousins and Michael Amadio combined for two goals and five helpers in the contest. Pinto hadn't logged a multi-point effort since Jan. 1, so this could be a spark for his offense. The 25-year-old center is up to 17 goals, 16 assists, 117 shots on net, 72 hits, 36 blocked shots, 36 PIM and a plus-3 rating over 52 appearances. Pinto has a good chance of getting over the 40-point mark for the first time in his career.

  • Seth Jarvis C | CAR

Hurricanes' Seth Jarvis: Earns three points in loss

Jarvis scored a goal on two shots, added two assists and went plus-2 in Saturday's 5-4 loss to the Flames.

One of his helpers came on the power play. Jarvis has gotten on the scoresheet in five of six games since the Olympics, compiling two goals and seven assists in that span. He continues to thrive on the Hurricanes' top line as one of the team's top forwards. For the season, Jarvis has 27 goals, 25 assists, 15 power-play points, 171 shots on net, 75 hits and a plus-12 rating over 55 appearances.
