Brisson scored twice in AHL Hartford's 5-2 win over Bridgeport on Saturday.
Brisson had gone six games without a point prior to Saturday. The 24-year-old forward's stock has fallen during his time in the Rangers' organization -- he has eight goals, two assists and a minus-15 rating over 28 appearances this season. Brisson has fallen behind some of the Rangers' younger forward prospects, and it's unclear if he'll see a call-up during 2025-26.

Flames' Cullen Potter: Big game for ASU
Potter scored a goal on six shots and added two assists in Arizona State University's 5-1 win over Dartmouth College on Saturday.
Potter returned to a point-per-game pace with this effort, which gave him seven goals and 12 helpers through 19 outings this season. The Flames prospect has taken a step forward in his sophomore year of NCAA play. He needs just three points to match his total from 35 contests in 2024-25.

Sabres' Tyson Kozak: Still out Saturday
Kozak (upper body) won't play Saturday versus the Bruins, Heather Engel of NHL.com reports.
Kozak is set to miss a fourth straight game. He was involved in a morning skate Tuesday, so his absence might not last much longer. Fantasy managers won't need to track Kozak up to his return, as he's likely to fill a bottom-six role once healthy.

Golden Knights' Jack Eichel: Unavailable Saturday
Eichel (lower body) is set to miss Saturday's game against Colorado.
Eichel also missed Vegas' previous four games. He has 12 goals and 41 points in 31 outings this year. Alexander Holtz is projected to serve on the second line Saturday, but he might lose his spot in the lineup once Eichel is ready to return.

Ducks' Leo Carlsson: Good to go
Carlsson (lower body) will return to the lineup against the Kings on Saturday, according to Derek Lee of The Hockey News.
After a one-game absence, Carlsson will return to the top line and first power-play unit. He has compiled 17 goals, 41 points and 89 shots on net across 36 appearances this season. With Carlsson back, Jansen Harkins will be a healthy scratch versus the Kings on Saturday.

Pettersson missed eight straight games due to the injury. Now that he's back, he'll presumably play on the top line and first power-play unit. He has eight goals and 22 points in 28 appearances in 2025-26.

Canadiens' Jake Evans: Will miss 4-6 weeks
Evans (lower body) is expected to miss the next 4-6 weeks, the team announced Saturday.
Evans was already on injured reserve after suffering the injury Dec. 20. He has five goals and 10 points in 34 appearances this season. His absence might lead to Sammy Blais being in the lineup regularly. When Evans is healthy, he should resume his middle-six role.

Predators' Jonathan Marchessault: Remains unavailable
Marchessault (lower body) will miss his fourth straight game Saturday in St. Louis. per Lou Korac of NHL.com.
Marchessault was injured Dec. 17 against Carolina. He has seven goals and three assists in 28 games this season. Marchessault's name has surfaced in trade rumors, but with the Predators on a hot streak, that talk could subside.

Blues' Jordan Kyrou: Taken off injured reserve
Kyrou (lower body) will return to the lineup Saturday against Nashville, according to Lou Korac of NHL.com.
Kyrou was forced to miss nine games due to the injury. The 27-year-old struggled offensively before the injury, as he had eight goals and 16 points in 28 games -- a big drop from the 36-goal, 34-assist season he had in 2024-25. Kyrou will play alongside Brayden Schenn and Jonatan Berggren on the second unit, as well as seeing first-unit power-play time.
