  • Lightning's Anthony Cirelli: Nets 10th goal of season

Cirelli scored a goal on two shots and went plus-2 in Monday's 4-1 win over the Blues.

Cirelli's second-period tally answered the Blues' lone goal from Justin Faulk. The goal ended a nearly month-long slump for Cirelli, who was limited to three assists over 13 contests between tallies. The center is up to 10 goals, 20 points, 59 shots on net, 20 hits, 19 blocked shots and a plus-19 rating over 32 appearances this season.

  • Matt Rempe C | NYR

Rangers' Matt Rempe: Set to play

Rempe (illness) is expected to play against Washington on Tuesday, according to Mollie Walker of the New York Post.

Rempe sat out Sunday's 2-1 loss to Nashville, but he participated in Tuesday's morning skate and said he's feeling much better. He has compiled one goal, 10 shots on net, 44 hits and seven PIM across 13 appearances this season.

  • Canadiens' Phillip Danault: Ready to rock

Danault (illness) will play against Boston on Tuesday, according to Patrick Friolet of RDS.

Danault skated with the team for the first time at Tuesday's morning skate since being acquired from the Kings on Friday. Based on the session, he will occupy a third-line role against the Bruins. Danault has five assists, 42 shots on goal, 11 blocked shots and 22 hits in 30 games this season.

  • Flyers' Rodrigo Abols: Two helpers in Monday's win

Abols pocketed two assists in Monday's 5-2 win over the Canucks.

The Flyers' new fourth line of Abols, Nikita Grebenkin and Carl Grundstrom made a surprising impact, combining for the team's first two goals of the night and five points between them. Abols has just five points on the season in 30 games, but four of them (one goal and three helpers) have come in the last six contests.

  • Blue Jackets' Luca Del Bel Belluz: Returned to minors

Del Bel Belluz was reassigned to AHL Cleveland on Tuesday.

Del Bel Belluz was promoted under emergency conditions, but with the Jackets off until Sunday's clash with the Islanders, the forward wasn't needed on the NHL roster anymore. Despite the demotion, the 22-year-old Ontario native could be brought back up prior to the clash with New York and fill out a bottom-six role for the club.

  • Lightning's Jake Guentzel: Two PP helpers Monday

Guentzel collected two power-play assists in Monday's 4-1 win over the Blues.

The veteran winger had a hand in tallies by Darren Raddysh in the first period and Oliver Bjorkstrand in the third. Guentzel has three multi-point performances in the last six games, and since the beginning of November, he's delivered an impressive 13 goals and 28 points in 25 contests.

  • Blue Jackets' Mathieu Olivier: Making progress in recovery

Olivier (upper body) is expected to join the team for Saturday's full practice, Aaron Portzline of The Athletic reports.

Portzline relayed that it is unclear if Olivier will be cleared for contact Saturday, as the right-shot winger has mostly been skating on his own. The 28-year-old has previously joined the team for optional morning skates, so he's seemingly progressing toward making his return to the lineup. The Mississippi native has been out of action since Nov. 26. Olivier will probably serve on the third line once he receives the green light to suit up.

  • Jets' Mark Scheifele: Offers two more assists

Scheifele notched two assists, including one on the power play, in Sunday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Mammoth.

Scheifele helped out on both of Kyle Connor's goals in the contest. Over the last seven games, Scheifele has three goals and four assists while logging multiple points in three outings. He's up to 43 points (eight on the power play), 72 shots on net, 22 PIM and a plus-9 rating through 35 appearances as he continues to be a leader in the Jets' offense.

  • Mammoth's Alex Kerfoot: Nets first goal of season

Kerfoot scored a goal and blocked three shots in Sunday's 4-3 overtime win over the Jets.

This was Kerfoot's second game back from an abdominal injury that cost him the first 36 contests of the season. The 31-year-old has slotted back into a bottom-six role, though he'll likely move around the lineup as necessary as one of the Mammoth's most versatile forwards. His 28-point output from 81 outings last season constituted a down year, but he may still struggle to match that total considering all the time he's missed in 2025-26.

  • Will Smith C | SJ

    Sharks' Will Smith: Deemed week-to-week

Smith (upper body) is week-to-week, per Max Miller of NHL.com on Monday.

Smith has already missed the last three games and remains on injured reserve. The Sharks will evaluate him further after the calendar flips to 2026. Smith has generated 12 goals, 29 points and 80 shots on net across 33 outings this campaign. With Smith and Philipp Kurashev (upper body) unavailable, Collin Graf and Igor Chernyshov have been seeing time on San Jose's top line.
