Bobby McMann C | SEA
Maple Leafs' Bobby McMann: Four points in last two games
McMann set up two goals in a 4-1 win over the Panthers on Tuesday.
McMann, Dakota Joshua and Troy Stecher were on fire early and set the pace for the Leafs. They combined for two goals in a 2:30 span by the 7:54 mark of the first frame. McMann looks good in this deployment, but it does little for his fantasy value. The 29-year-old has four points, including three assists, in his last two games, and six goals and six assists in 26 games overall.

Dakota Joshua C | TOR
Maple Leafs' Dakota Joshua: Three points in last two games
Joshua had a goal and an assist in a 4-1 win over Florida on Tuesday.
Joshua's goal stood as the winner. He took a pass from Bobby McMann on the rush and wired a shot over Sergei Bobrovsky's right pad at 7:54 of the first period. Joshua has a goal in each of his last two games (one assist). He makes the most of limited ice time -- he skated 19 shifts in 11:07 (one shot).

Michael Rasmussen C | DET
Red Wings' Michael Rasmussen: Shaken up after hits
Rasmussen (undisclosed) didn't finish Tuesday's game versus the Bruins, Ansar Khan of MLive.com reports.
Head coach Todd McLellan didn't seem overly concerned about Rasmussen's status, but the forward will be checked on in the morning. He can be considered day-to-day for now, and an update on his status should be available prior to Thursday's game versus the Blue Jackets.

Dominic James C | TB
Lightning's Dominic James: Pretty goal in loss
James scored a goal in a 2-1 loss to the Islanders on Tuesday.
James curled out from below the goal line and wired a wrist shot at a sharp angle that went in off Ilya Sorokin's glove. It was the rookie's first goal in nine games and first point in eight. James has played in 17 games this season, averaging 12:28 with three goals, three assists, 18 shots and 27 shots in a fourth-line role.

Bo Horvat C | NYI
Islanders' Bo Horvat: Among NHL's top snipers right now
Horvat scored a goal in a 2-1 win over the Lightning on Tuesday.
Horvat opened the scoring just 55 seconds into the second frame when he followed his own shot and stuffed in the rebound. It was his 16th goal of the season, which moved him into a tie for fifth in the NHL. Horvat now has a goal in each of his last two games (seven shots). He's flirting with a 50-goal pace, which would obliterate his career mark of 38 that he set in the 2022-23 regular season between Vancouver and Long Island.

Jonathan Marchessault C | NSH
Predators' Jonathan Marchessault: Good to go
Marchessault (lower body) will be in the lineup against Calgary on Tuesday, according to Brooks Bratten of the Predators' official site.
Following a two-game absence, Marchessault will return to a top-six role and see power-play time in his return to action. He has provided four goals, seven points, 46 shots on net and 33 hits in 20 appearances this season.

Tyler Seguin C | DAL
Stars' Tyler Seguin: Questionable to return
Seguin sustained a lower-body injury and is questionable to return to Tuesday's game versus the Rangers, Brien Rea of Victory+ reports.
Seguin sustained the injury as he fell awkwardly following a hit by Vladislav Gavrikov in the first period. The injury was announced before the first intermission, and while he's officially questionable to return, the early update doesn't bode particularly well for his status. The Stars also play Wednesday versus the Devils, which could require Nathan Bastian to draw into the lineup if Seguin can't play.
-
Carter Verhaeghe C | FLA
Panthers' Carter Verhaeghe: Not playing Tuesday
Verhaeghe (personal) is not in the Panthers' lineup on Tuesday versus the Maple Leafs, Mark Masters of TSN reports.
Verhaeghe's wife is expecting a baby, and he'll be away from the team for at least one game to be with his growing family. Jack Studnicka will draw into the lineup in a bottom-six role, but Mackie Samoskevich and A.J. Greer are likely to get the biggest boosts in ice time.

Sean Monahan C | CLB
Blue Jackets' Sean Monahan: Dealing with injury
Monahan (undisclosed) left Monday's 5-3 win over New Jersey in the third period and didn't return, according to Mark Scheig of The Hockey Writers on Tuesday.
Monahan has played through injury for most of the season, but he hasn't missed a game yet. However, it's unclear if he will be in the lineup against Detroit on Thursday. Columbus recalled Luca Del Bel Belluz from AHL Cleveland on an emergency basis Tuesday, and put Mathieu Olivier (upper body) on injured reserve.

Luca Del Bel Belluz C | CLB
Blue Jackets' Luca Del Bel Belluz: Recalled from AHL
Del Bel Belluz was summoned on an emergency basis from AHL Cleveland on Tuesday.
In a corresponding move, Columbus placed Mathieu Olivier (upper body) on injured reserve. Del Bel Belluz has one assist, six shots on goal and five blocked shots in seven NHL appearances this season. He will provide the Blue Jackets with some forward depth, but it's unclear if he will play against Detroit on Thursday.
