Alex Wennberg C | SJ
Sharks' Alexander Wennberg: Two points in 800th career game
Wennberg scored a goal, added an assist, blocked two shots and went plus-2 in Thursday's 5-2 win over the Devils.
This was Wennberg's second multi-point effort in a row. He set up a Philipp Kurashev goal before scoring one of his own as part of the Sharks' three-goal first period. Wennberg was skating in his 800th career game Thursday. The two-way center has three goals, four helpers, 12 shots on net, 11 blocked shots and a minus-4 rating through 11 appearances in a strong first month of the campaign. As a veteran on a young Sharks team, he should continue to see plenty of ice time.

Logan Stankoven C | CAR
Hurricanes' Logan Stankoven: Three points in last two games
Stankoven had a goal and an assist in a 6-2 win over the Islanders on Thursday.
His goal was the final dagger at 19:49 of the third period to drive the score to 6-2. Stankoven has three points, including two goals, in his last two games, and he has seven points (four goals, three assists) and 22 shots in 10 games this season. That's a nice bump for Stankoven, who put up nine points in 19 contests last year after arriving from Dallas in a trade. The young spark plug is a great fit in the Carolina system. His future is bright.

Matthew Savoie C | EDM
Oilers' Matthew Savoie: Scores first career goal
Savoie scored a power-play goal in Thursday's 4-3 overtime loss to the Rangers.
Savoie's goal was the first of his NHL career, and it put the Oilers ahead 2-1 in the second period. The 21-year-old has been a regular in the lineup this season, but he's yet to find much success on offense. He's at two points, 13 shots on net, eight blocked shots and a minus-5 rating through 12 appearances in a middle-six role. However, he's earned some trust on the defensive side of things, as he's seeing regular penalty-killing minutes, which will go a long way to keeping him in the lineup.

Jonny Brodzinski C | NYR
Rangers' Jonny Brodzinski: Gets first goal of season
Brodzinski scored a goal on two shots in Thursday's 4-3 overtime win over the Oilers.
Brodzinski was playing for just the fourth time in 12 games for the Rangers this season. The 32-year-old opened the scoring on a breakaway in the first period, though the Rangers held the lead for just 1:07 before the Oilers tied it. Brodzinski is likely to remain in a bottom-six role when he's in the lineup. He doesn't tend to score a lot, nor does he fill a physical role, so his fantasy upside is minimal, especially if the Rangers pivot to including more young players on the roster.

J.T. Miller C | NYR
Rangers' J.T. Miller: Scores in overtime
Miller scored a goal on five shots and went plus-2 in Thursday's 4-3 overtime win over the Oilers.
Miller completed the Rangers' comeback with a goal at 2:49 of overtime. Offense has been inconsistent for Miller in the early going, as it has been for most of his New York teammates. The 32-year-old has three goals, seven points, 29 shots on net, 27 hits and a minus-1 rating across 12 appearances. Miller's offense should improve as the Rangers find more consistency, and he offers plenty of all-around upside in fantasy.

Oskar Sundqvist C | STL
Blues' Oskar Sundqvist: Collects two more helpers
Sundqvist notched two assists, including one on the power play, and added two shots on net in Thursday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Canucks.
Sundqvist has a pair of two-assist games among his five appearances since returning from a lower-body injury. The 31-year-old has resumed a role in the Blues' bottom six, but he's also on the second power-play unit, which gives him a chance for more productivity. He's at four helpers, two shots, seven hits and a minus-1 rating across five outings.
-
Pius Suter C | STL
Blues' Pius Suter: Two points against former team
Suter scored a power-play goal on three shots and added an assist in Thursday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Canucks.
While the Blues didn't win, Suter had a productive outing against his former team. The 29-year-old had a career-high 46 points in 81 appearances with the Canucks last year before cashing in as a free agent in St. Louis. Through 11 contests to begin 2025-26, Suter has four goals, three helpers, 19 shots on net, 10 hits and six blocked shots while filling a middle-six role. He's earned three of his points over the last two games.

Anthony Cirelli C | TB
Lightning's Anthony Cirelli: Second game-winner this year
Cirelli scored a goal in a 2-1 overtime win over Dallas on Thursday.
Cirelli nabbed a turnover by Mikko Rantanen and took off on a breakaway, beating Jake Oettinger with a backhand. Cirelli has six goals, four assists and 19 shots in 11 games this season. It was his second game-winning goal this year.

Brady Martin C | NSH
Predators' Brady Martin: Stands out in Greyhounds' win
Martin scored a goal on five shots and added three assists in OHL Sault Ste. Marie's 4-1 win over North Bay on Thursday.
It hasn't taken Martin long to readjust to the junior ranks after he was demoted from the Predators' NHL roster. In his first three games back with the Greyhounds, he's racked up a goal and six assists. The hard-working center had one helper in three games while in Nashville, and it's possible the 18-year-old rejoins the big club if the Greyhounds' campaign ends early enough.

Jason Dickinson C | EDM
Blackhawks' Jason Dickinson: Aggravates previous injury
Dickinson aggravated his previous shoulder injury in Thursday's game against the Jets, Ben Pope of the Chicago Sun-Times reports.
Dickinson has been dealing with this injury for a few weeks, and it cropped up again during Thursday's contest. The 30-year-old's status is questionable for Saturday versus the Oilers. If Dickinson is forced out of the lineup for a stretch, the Blackhawks could opt to put him on injured reserve to free up a roster spot.
